What up everybody?
For the next month or so of my cut I'm going to be using these two supplements and really want to share with everyone here the effectiveness of them both. I've been supplementing with E9 for about 2 weeks so far and today was my second use of Mesomorph.

Typical dosing for Ergonine(nanaberry), fasted in the morning about 25 minutes before cardio with a tab of caffeine(200mg).

Mesomorph: the past 2 days I've used 3/4th a serving. That has worked perfect for me but I may play around with the dosing.

Nutrition is going to be
180-protein
183-carbs
50-fats

Water intake will be around a gallon.

My goal weight by the end of the month is to be 185. This morning I was 189.9

Follow along, give some advice if ya got some.

What's your current weight/body fat?
I'm still to fat lol

I'm liking it a lot, definitely beats having to throw all of those powders together every morning, plus I took a break from creatine for a bit(don't know why) so far I'm definitely seeing some benefit I think. Weights are still going up even with fewer calories and I feel like I'm my muscles are full most of the time.

Training goes pretty much
Day 1:
Flat/incline Db press
Bb/Db row
Pull down
Db or single cable curl
Tricep push down

Day 2:
Squats
Leg press/lunges
Over head press/ Db or barbell
Leg ex/lying leg curl


Basically repeat those workouts 4 to 5 times a week.

Today is an active rest day:
Woke up at around 1130 after getting off at 6, my weight today was 191(the scale is going to drive me crazy) took one scoop of ergonine and hit the road for 35 minutes

Going to the fair tonight with my meals packed in a go bag lol

Took my Ergonine about 20 minutes after waking up. I think I'm going to stick the fasted cardio to days where I'm not at the gym.

Had two meals before going to the gym
(Protein cookie and egg white/protein powder/olive oil shake)

I had a little more than 3/4(12 grams) a scoop of Mesomorph 40 minutes after drinking the shake and headed to the gym.

Workout:
Incline dumbell:
85x9x3
(Heaviest I've ever done on incline!)

Close grip pull down:
140x9x3

Seated single hand cable row:
60x12x3

Wide grip/close grip bb curls(warming up)
50x12x2

Bb curl:
85x12x2

Close grip bench press:
185x12x2

Seated cable preacher curls
50x35x1

Walking for 10 minutes after

Came home and saw I was out of Real Food and decided it was smarter to buy some oats and blend them so I can mix them into shakes

Today I took one scoop of e9 and 1 scoop Mesomorph(15.5g) together, taste was not bad surprisingly, I thought the banana taste would over power but it didn't, after eatting some French toast.

Workout:
Squats:
275x9x4

Superset:
Bb shrugs
225x8x2

Barbell overhead press
115x12x3

Seated Db shrug:
60x20x2
85x8x2

Side laterals:
50x8x3

Face pulls:
70x25x3

Rear delt Db:
15x20x2

Seated machine overhead:
145x12x3

Cardio for 10 minutes after

Today is a full rest day so I took one scoop of ergonine about 20 minutes after waking up.

Weight is at 188.5 this morning.

Calories are the same as yesterday.

Great work so far!! I also use Mesomorph as my PWO and I love it! Have you tried the rocket pop flavor yet? Its my fav!

It's great so far I just hope I don't build a tolerance to it.

Lol yeah that kinda stinks if it gets shook up before you get it but I always shake mine anyways before using it.

I've been using it for about 3-4 months and still going strong! I doubt you will!
Hopefully I'm the same way, one scoop was plenty and I felt I could have stayed in the gym for 2-3 hours haha

Down 2.5 pounds in 6 days.

Took my Ergonine this morning before a walk.

Came back and mixed some egg whites oats and whey and did some chores.

Before the gym I took 1 serving of Mesomorph with one scoop of l carnitine and headed to the gym

Today's workout.
Cable flies:
50x8x6

Smith bench:
225x12x3

Tricep push down:
120x9x6
Reverse grip push down:
120x15x2

Seated row:
160x9x3

Today's macros:

Decided to try out Ergonine post workout today

I had a mission1 bar today

Taste is meh but the macros are on point
Also had two Oikos yogurts and then got my stuff ready for the gym

Took one serving(15.5) with one scoop of high volume about 20 minutes before the gym.

Workout:(doing my workouts in reverse order the next week to see if I can improve some lifts)

I'm glad I switched things up man, my caffeine tolerance was way to high. The DMAA is great in this.

Today was kinda a "cheat day" I didn't go into a surplus I just had some fast food to fill my macros.

I had that mean before I went and worked legs,
20 minutes before my workout I had one serving of Mesomorph.

Woke up and took one scoop of ergonine with my mission1 bar. Waited about an hour and a half and got my Mesomorph ready. Went to the gym with a buddy of mine, who has never tried pre workout and I gave him 3/4 a scoop. I've never seen someone so amped up lol.

(New personal record!)

Seated row:

(New pr!)

Bent over rows:
155x12x2

Barbell curls:

(New rep amount pr!)

How are you liking the mesomoroh? Getting a good pump during your sessions? Good energy?
The pump is pretty good, I did like it better with a scoop of high volume but that was like iceing on a cake basically.
The energy is unreal. The focus is amazing as well

Oh yeah, high volume is a great addition. Really great pump product. How do you find you come down from your workouts? Any crash, or is it a pretty smooth ride?

Today I actually noticed a slight crash, I took 16 grams though. So .5 over a serving. But besides that, I have no complaints.

Thank you both, I'm no where near where I want to be though. I am dropping weight like crazy though.

Also, I was told once that when you lose weight you lose strength? That person is a liar haha.


Today I woke up at 184.0

No cardio this morning.

Had my mission1 bar and I had some fast food(if it fits your macros right?) and mixed my ergonine and my Mesomorph into a shaker. For some reason idk if it's because I've been working a lot but the Mesomorph really didn't hit that hard today but I'm still increasing strength and had a very solid workout.

Today's workout:
Flat dumbell press:
100x8x3
(Milestone for me as it's the first time I've tried flat pressing 100lb dbs and I could almost easily, 8 being failure)
Close grip pull down:
140x9x3

Alternating Db curl:
50x12x2

Db row:
100x8x2

Push down:
140x12x12

Pec dec:
185x15x2

Nice to see that your strength is improving while on a cut. Your protein is pretty high, though, which is always beneficial to keep mass/strength during a cut. Keep pushin. Was there anything about your routine this morning that was different? Just trying to see why you didn't feel the Mesomorph as much. Hopefully it was just an "off" day and everything will be back to normal tomorrow. Let us know!

Thanks bro. Yeah that day was an off day, I've taken the past two days off from the gym just so I can get my mind right and come in tmw and f*ck sh*t up lol.
I have take Ergonine the today and yesterday right at waking. I also have an ECA stack here that I might start using in the mornings and at night. I don't know how it would interact with the dmaa though so I'm going to be careful. Anyways yesterday I upped my carb intake for the day and I'm up to 185. Hopefully I'll be down to 182-3 by next week.

Just make sure you start with just one dose of the EC stack. You don't need the aspirin, btw. It's best to titrate up on it to prevent any unwanted sides.

I read somewhere that the aspirin extends the fat burning ability?

Nah. The aspirin was shown to really have no benefit to the stack. Most stopped adding it in well over a year ago.

No, I usually just stick with the EC. I find it to be plenty strong without adding yhcl to it.
