For the next month or so of my cut I'm going to be using these two supplements and really want to share with everyone here the effectiveness of them both. I've been supplementing with E9 for about 2 weeks so far and today was my second use of Mesomorph.
Typical dosing for Ergonine(nanaberry), fasted in the morning about 25 minutes before cardio with a tab of caffeine(200mg).
Mesomorph: the past 2 days I've used 3/4th a serving. That has worked perfect for me but I may play around with the dosing.
Nutrition is going to be
180-protein
183-carbs
50-fats
Water intake will be around a gallon.
My goal weight by the end of the month is to be 185. This morning I was 189.9
