Thank you to wicked and Age force for the chance to try this product. Tonight I'm starting the first patch. Following a new patch nightly.

Age: 40
Training is 5 on 2 off using 95% max on a cut.
Running 1700 calories

Patches are in a clear package with easy to follow directions. Easy to apply.

Very interested in how well these patches work. Very skeptical. I'll be using very few supps while running this.

First night last night with patch. Sleep
Was really good. Starting to drop calories to the 1700 area today. Will Post workout later.

Just put on second nights patch. Hoping sleep is just as good. Killed back even though only had an hour.

Rough night with my son getting sick. Got 3 hours of sleep but not feeling to bad. Hoping for a productive day. Will weigh in this morning and post info with workout

Weighed in at 216# down 1.5 since starting

Yesterday was leg day. Added some extra squats just for fun. Recovery is good so far and waiting to see how I fell tomorrow. Sleep has been good if not better.

At the end of the first week. I'm down a few pounds weighing in at 214.5 this morning. Been eating cleaner, but this has definitely helped with recovery.

Try a different spot. I have had the same rash. Sometimes a reaction to the adhesive causes this. Mine was gone the next day. Let me know if it changes for the worse.

I actually switch spots daily. It's about the same. Think popped a blood vessel or something. Doesn't look bad. Was just curious if anyone else had this.

Patches used nightly. Sleep is still
Good and with diet on point and training on point at 212.5 this am.

Mine never look that purple. More of a light red blotch look.

Purple on arm went away. Sticking to wrists and stomach as the areas seem to cause no issue. Recovery dropped off a little but workout intensity increased. Still dropping weight now at 210. Diet very clean and one cheat meal and still dropped.

Still decent sleep and dropping weight. Down to 208#. Liking this product.

This is good to read. I was wondering about the purple spot. It seems to be working well for you.

Starting last slip in the first pack. So far on the cut lost 11.5# running 1700 calories. Recovery remains decent. No feeling any younger if that is a thought.

Tried the arm again and got the same burst blood vessels so will avoid that area for the rest of the time. Recover from a rough leg day is a little slow. Sleep is still pretty good.

A few slipped meals And gained some weight back. Think it's just the sodium bloat

Holidays past with still staying on calories. Dropped down to 206.5. Recovery slowed a little and sleep is still good.

Back on track and diet. Chicken rice and veg yeah. Last weight 207 so didn't fail to much. Need 17# more in 2 1/2 months

Weighed in at 207. Hit shoulders for a lighter workout then cardio. Dropped calories 100 down
