Hopefully the title makes sense, if not you can't hate a good attempt at a play on words :nervous:
Anyway, I got my 3 Chaos & Pain products today:
Legendary: 150mg epi / 25mg Laxo (per cap)
Inferno: New fat burner/stim
Ferox: New pre-workout formula
Starting Info:
5'10 183-185lbs (you'll see my weight always in 2-3lb increments)
My split will be as follows:
Chest/Quads
Back/Hams
Delts/Arms
Repeat/Rest
My best friends time in the service ends Wednesday and I'm waiting for him to start that split (he was my training partner before he went into the army), and we may not start it until next Monday. So this week I will be finishing my chest oriented split (Chest, Back/Bi's, Chest, Delts/Arms, Legs, Chest) and the next few days I'll be testing 10RM's for some of my bigger exercises - namely, incline bench, bb row, shoulder press, bb curl, skull crusher, front squat/leg press, and maybe my 5RM for DL's, as these are all my "big" exercises per muscle group
Basic Info:
-I'm 21
-I train for aesthetics mainly (going to compete in physique)
-Have been one Epi 600mg for a week now, am going to probably keep the dose at 300mg, but the effects of Epi will probably kick in much before Lax (which is good because I've used Epi several times, lax none)
-Only other supps I'll be using are basics (creatine, citrulline, maybe some agmatine)
-Currently bulking on 4-4.2k cals (which is not a lot for me)
Will throw up some post-workout pics tonite/tomorrow. Going to the gym to give it a run right now!!
