I have never been pleased with my strength or appearance. Personal vendetta. Well WANTED and lgsciences have hooked me up with the liquid m1d andro to help break through the barriers and get some gainz.
My goals are to add a little size (5-10lbs of lean muscle would be amazing) and to bring more definition to upper body. Well and to break 500 on deadlifts. That's a must.
My plan. I lift Monday through Friday and I'm hoping to incorporate a run on Saturdays to keep my blood moving. Monday/chest, Tuesday/back, Wednesday/legs, Thursday/shoulders, Friday/deadlifts and arms. I plan on posting each lift, maybe some vids and pics.
I'm going to run form xt for my pct unless I decide to bridge into something else. Well see how these weeks go. It's just a 4 week run.
Here's the downside. I'm married, work full time, go to school, and have children. My time is limited and my diet is sporadic. I may eat super clean and healthy one day and the next only get a McDonald's burger for the day. I will be logging my food on myfitnesspal to keep calorie count. I want to clean it up and give this run my best attempt.
