I have never been pleased with my strength or appearance. Personal vendetta. Well WANTED and lgsciences have hooked me up with the liquid m1d andro to help break through the barriers and get some gainz.
My goals are to add a little size (5-10lbs of lean muscle would be amazing) and to bring more definition to upper body. Well and to break 500 on deadlifts. That's a must.

My plan. I lift Monday through Friday and I'm hoping to incorporate a run on Saturdays to keep my blood moving. Monday/chest, Tuesday/back, Wednesday/legs, Thursday/shoulders, Friday/deadlifts and arms. I plan on posting each lift, maybe some vids and pics.

I'm going to run form xt for my pct unless I decide to bridge into something else. Well see how these weeks go. It's just a 4 week run.

Here's the downside. I'm married, work full time, go to school, and have children. My time is limited and my diet is sporadic. I may eat super clean and healthy one day and the next only get a McDonald's burger for the day. I will be logging my food on myfitnesspal to keep calorie count. I want to clean it up and give this run my best attempt.

Day 1 10-22-15
Took my first doses. It has a weird minty taste. I don't mind it but I see it getting old. The little syringe adapter worked well the first time. But the second dose that night leaked. So I pulled it out and just used the syringe. Don't want to lose any. No lifting since i had already lifted that morning.

Day two.
Took today's first dose this morning before I left for the gym. Held it under my tongue for around two minutes before swallowing. Not sure if it helps holding longer. Just did. Placebo effect today. Slept great woke up great and had a good lift. Normally I do deads and arms on Fridays. Today I did bench and deads. Just feeling it. Had a great morning.

Day 3.

Nothing to note today. I slept really well last night. Don't know if it's linked to this or not. No run this morning. I doubt I'll actually go through with cardio. I hate running. Back is sore from yesterday but that's expected. I have the whole day off tomorrow so that's exciting. It'll be nice for a day of rest. I'll do an ab routine tonight sometime before bed but that's the extent of exercise today.

No lift today. It is a total rest day. No work or anything. I slept great last night. Not sure if it's related to the supp or just in general. But this morning I felt amazing. I can't wait for tomorrow to start lifting again. 5 brutal days are coming up. Now that I've had a few good days to get this in my system it's time to drop the hammer.

I don't wanna talk about Monday. Long story short. No lift. I was pretty heated.

Day 6.
I think the andro is starting to kick in. My preworkout kicked in real well and I had an awesome pump during my lift. I did cheat and felt great. I kept lifting. I don't know if it was my frustration from yesterday or I just wanted to lift. I have been drinking a lot more water. I'm sure that is associated with the andro. Here's today's lift.

Felt great this morning but super sore from yesterday's lift. I love it. My whole lift week has been pushed up so i did back today and since I won't have my normal Friday for dedicated deads I went ahead and pulled today. Big mistake. I did three routines and completely skipped two just to pull. Wish I hadn't but oh well. I thought about trying to pull 470 after my first back routines. When I put 455 on the bar I failed. Couldn't even get past my hams. Ugh. So I put 405 back on and knocked out 4 hard full stop reps. Felt great after that.
So far I'm not seeing much in regards to changes. I feel better and harder longer through the day. in the afternoon I crash hard and need a pick me up. But that's due to little sleep and early rising. I'm drinking a lot more water and I'm always hungry now. I can't get full. So I guess its doing something.

Ugh. Everything is sore. Lats, lower back, chest, shoulders?, tris, and my abs (these suckers are coming out whether they want to or not.) Recovery is slow. Don't know if it's cause I'm growing so much or just killing myself.
Homemade chicken tetrazzini tonight for dinner. Carbs and protein. Good carb load for tomorrow's squats.

Super super sore today. Everything is aching. My abs and lower back hurt the most. I destroyed them yesterday. So today I was supposed to do legs. I managed to half ass a leg routine and threw some arms in for good merit. I'm so tired and sore. I'm hoping the recovery will pick up while on this.

I had a really good lift this morning. Felt like an animal. I think it's finally kicking in. I had a good pump, veins looked nice and full and I couldn't stop. Best lift all week. Even though I didn't sleep well last night it was a good lift. Got in about ten minutes late but oh well.
It doesn't look like I did much but I worked hard, took short breaks and poured the sweat.

Days 10 & 11
Days off. So I've been relaxing and trying to recover. I am getting more hungry throughout the day. I can't stay full. My metabolism is increasing. I just ate a huge chicken fajita with beans and all the fixins. Now I'm hungry again. It's been thirty minutes. Sleep has been weird the past couple nights too. I've been waking up about an hour and a half before my alarm and it takes a while going back to sleep. Then when the alarm goes off im tired. Not sure if it's me or this andro. So far the only side effect is my metabolism. Not a negative thing though. Chest day tomorrow. I'm gonna hit it in the am and crush it. I'm super excited.

Sleep has been weird. Been only getting a few hours of sleep now but I feel awake and functional. Had an awesome chest day today. My pump was on! I look lean and vascular. I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. I'm planning on ordering another bottle and running 4more weeks but I don't know if I can swing it. Money's tight. I am noticing a slight increase in agitation. I don't know if it's due to lack of sleep or what. I'm not so much angry just easier to get annoyed. That's it.

Today was back day. I logged it this morning but I deleted the note by mistake and don't really remember what weights I did. I had a really good lift. Aggravated something in my upper back. Just behind my right scapula. It feels like a huge air bubble is trapped in it. Weighed 189 today. My pump was real good. Felt real strong. I'm definitely getting stronger.

I am definitely noticing a slight increase in irritability. I seem to get more frustrated with simple things. My body is also running hotter than normal. I'm roasting just sitting around the house now. Not sure what that's related to.

Yesterday I got my first compliment. I haven't seen my dad or his wife in a couple weeks. They've been on vacation. So after dinner last night we're standing outside talking and his wife asks if I've lost any weight. I actually have. A whole pound. Lol. I tell her yes and that it's only a pound. She said that my face looked a little thinner but I looked bigger around my chest and shoulders. I told her I've been hitting the gym real hard and my wife has been helping me diet. They said I was looking really good and whatever I was doing was working.

Also I started using the syringe lid the other day again. I've learned a trick. Instead of shaking the bottle I swirl the bottle. I think it keeps the liquid from getting into the threads of the plug. Then I insert the syringe and hold it in tightly. I havent lost a drop in a couple days now. I was getting tired of dropping that syringe in the bottle. Lol.

Starting Monday I will be going back to a superset routine. I want to start hitting each muscle group twice a week. I only have two weeks left and I need some more gainz. Time to wear it out.

I'm not sure if it's affecting my sleep or not. I take it about 30 min before bed and then drink some protein or just a glass of milk. My sleep is always fluctuating. Problems with multiple kids. Lol.
The only sides I'm experiencing so far is a slight increase in irritability. Nothing like Incredible Hulk stuff. I just get annoyed with simple issues easier. My wife noticed a couple little pimples popping up here and there but that could be associated with a million other things. So far I would say this is pretty much side effect free. I just associate the irritability with work.

I have put on weight. But collectively no. I weighed 189 when I started. I was up to 191 at one point now I'm down to 188. I know the weight is clean though. I haven't been eating as much food as I used to. And I've tried to cut back on my sweets and sweet tea. As weird as it sounds I like that I lost a pound. I'm wanting to destroy this fat on my stomach.

Today was deadlifts. I got some sleep last night but not a lot. Didn't want to get up so I got a late start.

Today is day 24. I'm getting super low. I may have enough left to make it through Monday. Luckily my second bottle will be here by then. I'm super pleased with how I have progressed. I know I have been working out harder then I used to. But my body is taking it pretty well. I can feel some soreness but it doesn't hinder me. I'm pleased. Another twenty days and this will be killer. After I take the last dose I'll post some final pics. Hopefully there is some difference.

Here's the final pics. I personally don't see to much change but I've been getting compliments from several people at my gym saying I look like I'm getting bigger. My body weight has stayed the same however. I have fluctuated about 3 pounds during this run. I experienced a slight increase in agitation but nothing like explosive anger or anything along those lines. No oily skin or bacnee either. My lifts during the last two weeks were real strong and my recover seemed to finally increase. There were days where my body was really sore but when lifting it all seemed to fade away. Overall I am super pleased with this run. But, I feel this product would be better in a 6-8 week run. Which is why I am running a second bottle! :)

I just wanted to come back and post a few things. I just finished the second bottle at 2ml 3x daily. It took exactly 20 days so that was nice. No wasted liquid. The stopper that came this time worked flawlessly. It was a little bigger and I had to use some force to shove it in. After that I never lost a drop. I think my first bottle just had a bad stopper.
I did not clean my diet like I wanted too. My weight stayed about roughly the same but my strength increased significantly in several areas. I am a lot stronger than last month and feel better overall. I'm going to post a couple progress pics here for a "final shot"
