I guess I should start off by thanking Mind & Muscle for allowing me the opportunity to log this supp.
Now for the nitty-gritty.

Age: 22 years old
Weight: 205.4
Height: 5' 10-11"

I started Te this afternoon (completely forgot to take it this morning due to getting ready for work and dreading my wife leaving for Florida). I took it pre-workout (pretty much ran out of actual pre-workout and was hoping to get a boost. lol.)

Well, here's the few things I CAN rate -

Flavor: 1/10 oh my f*cking god. It has the consistancy of semen and tastes worse than Form XT from LG Sciences. And that tastes like gingerbread and a55hole.
Ease of use: 6/10 well, I can surely say that it's easier than a few other supplements, but I'd surely love to have at least a 4mL syringe instead of a 3mL syringe for a 4mL serving. Kind of evil when it tastes so bad.

Other than the terrible flavor, I'm actually looking forward to the next 29 days of Te. Let's see how many gains it takes to get to the bottom of a Te bottle!

Well, after a grueling back session yesterday, today I feel...jack sh*t. Seriously, went to bed feeling like murder, woke up feeling refreshed. If it's a result of the Te, then I may need to change up my training to alternate every body part within their synthesis window...I don't know yet, I'll give it a week of ramping up the intensity more and more each day to see if my muscles keep recovering this quickly or if it was just the amount of protein I consumed.

I think it's a pretty accurate description lol after you hold it in your mouth for a minute and swish it, start drinking something to mask the taste. It's what i do to get around it. But, liquid labs is about results, not flavors. I'll be reporting results everyday i go to the gym, and hopefully I'll see some great results.

Actually, i forgot the accurate description: consistency of semen with the taste of plastic.

Today was hell. I was gonna go to the gym, but training ran over time so I didn't get off work until the gym was maybe 10min away from closing. I'm just gonna do slow pushups and focus on contractions and a full mft28 ab assault. Idk I gotta do something. Complacency isn't in my genes! And Te isn't tasting any better lol

Managed to hit the gym yesterday. Only got like 30-40min of time in, but managed to hit squats, bench, and deadlifts (in that order). Did 2x9's for each, at around 72.5-75% of 1rm. Apparently my 1rm for bench is lower than I thought :(
Squats 205 for 2x9

The 1-3RIR are reps in reserve. Had to calculate pushing until I could maybe do that many reps over how many I did. Sometimes I just pushed to the limit by accident. It feels weird stopping myself before failure. Idk how other people can...

Unfortunately, i had specific reps and this was a strength day, so i didnt even make it to failure on deads. No to mention that i felt really bad for the guys waiting on the bar i was using. They walked over after my first set and i felt bad...i felt i could maybe do 2-5 more on that last set, but i guess if this program is scientifically proven to ellicit gains in strength and size I'll keep doing its reps...i REALLY miss non-BFR failure training...

Had a bad migraine yesterday at work that lasted for hours, but managed to lighten up a couple hours before i went to the gym. I haven't taken my migraine med to work in a month or 2. Happened again this morning before i went to work and got seen, they gave me a torpal shot and a zofran; now im laid out on my couch with zofran and maxalt. It's weird, my supes said the cocktail i was given would make me high and they wouldn't allow me to drive home. I could drive then and i could drive now. Hopefully this BLEH feeling will bugger off soon. So far, maxalt is great for migraines!

Jesus it's been bad.
Sorry about not updating guys, I've been getting laid out on almost the daily! Yesterday managed to get in a straight 30min of cardio, then moved onto finding out my 1RM on leg press (apparently it's 807. God im weak), then some bench and incline bench, then moved into dorian yates' blood n guts back day, but half way through felt like i was dying. I'm sure my blood pressure was in the serious hypertension zone. Then went and celebrated veterans day with a good chunk of free food. Today got weighed for my prt tomorrow, and apparently i grew an inch and dropped a pound. 72in and 199lbs o_O I'm confused as f*ck.

Do you attribute your headaches and bp issues to the stack? That is very confusing... Hope it gets better

No I've had chronic migraines for a bit, but every now and then I'll get a nice little slew of them. Unfortunately it just so happened to be in a one month period that i wished they would f*ck off for. It's really hard to hit the gym when your migraine meds have you high as a kite lol

Went to subway and ordered a chopped double chicken salad. When asked for veggies told them i wanted a f*ckload of spinach. I got my wish and my chicken turned green lol

Oh i should also mention my prt today, i managed 71 pushups (an excellent), 95 sit ups (an excellent, but I'm pissed i didn't get 98 for an outstanding or 105 for a max. Ps, i made 103 last time, but my pushups were lower), and 136 cal on the bike (a good, but I'm doing better than last time. An excellent was almost 200! Dafuq!). At was when i did the workout on the post above. My tris were still on fire beforehand! Lol there was only 4 hours between the start of each
