Getting Primeal with Primal Labs Super Cardarine

so i was chosen as part of the lucky group to log Prime Labs Super Cardarine and decided to kick it up a notch by putting together a transformation contest between all of us. so i will have my log going and will also be in and out of the contest group log.
So as the title states its time for me to get back at it hard, find my inner beast and GET PRIMEAL.
So i will go over the lifting side of things first. i have broke down my program into two sets of weeks (odd weeks such as week 1,3,5 and so on, and even weeks such as weeks 2,4,6 and so on). so no matter what week it is i will squat twice a week and deadlift once. bench and ohp will rotate as to which ones are once or twice a week.

also on lifting days i will be doing some sort of hiit cardio and non lifting days i will be doing liss cardio and trying to get some time in the pool, and then have one day off
heavy days are:
2x5@70%
5@80%
3@90@
1+@95%
rep/speed days are:
2x15@65%
2x10@75%
2x8@85%

diet i will be putting myself to the test. i will be running a mainly low to mod card diet. on lifting days carbs will be on the mod side but all centered around lifting times, and cardio only or off days will be low carb.
i will be running Super Cardarine at 10mgs for the first couple days then going to 20mgs for the rest of the run.
so lets get after it.

got to work then hit up my workout. this one is a little different than the plan just because i hadnt gotten the program put together

Cardio this morning. 45 min on the treadmill them 20 min of 25 meter swim sprints. Tomorrow will be in the gym lifting with some hiit cardio of some form

Great job! Swimming is such great cardio! Sadly, I can't do even free style well enough to get in a good workout! Lol

Rocking 20 mgs this morning. I have seem to have notice that it's been helping with hunger yesterday amd this morning as well. I woke up staving and about 25 min after dose it seemed to have gone away
Anyway plan for the day will be taking the little one for putt putt then hitting up the gym and dinner with the wife tonight at hibotci or however u spell it. For our anniversary since I will be gone next week for work during it.

Ahh I assume you mean hibachi? Hibachi grills are wonderful places...all that fried rice, veggies, chicken, lo mein noodles.... Damn you, I just ate and I'm hungry again!

wasnt able to get my cardio in and had to cut the workout a bit short because of work. i have been noticing that my muscles seem to be fuller even in the morning time, not sure if its the cardarine but i figured its worth bringing up since its different and has only started since taking the product

Great work!! Even on making due with what you could without the gym! I am craving water as well! Feel like I have cotton mouth if I go too long without it! Haha

Leg press
Each set was 10 reps leg press+10 reps calf raises +10 reps leg press+10 rep calf raises all with out racking and that was one set. Did it for 6 sets.
So legs are done.

2 mile run this morning was nice. Seems that the cardarine is helping with endurance and being able to keep pushing even when tired
