Big shout out to Primeval Labs for supplying me with 1 bottle of Super Cardarine also know as (GW-501516). This a PPAR Modulator and boost the following.

positive effects(on the web-not on the bottle or from Primeval labs):

Increases Endurance
Decreases Fatigue
Increases Output in the gym
Aids fat loss
Decreases inflammation

So the main two I am hunting for is Increases Endurance-Increases Output in the gym and Aids fat loss.

I am just wrapping up a Osta log-been on it for 60 days. I have a long history with DS/PH and Sarms. Been lifting for 19 years- so seen a lot of drugs-supplement in that time.

Goal: is recomp. Diet clean and get in 6-8 meals.
Training - 1 muscle group per day for 6 days on and one day off. I use a lot of volume.

Dosage- 4 caps on wake=20mg. Bottle has 180 caps@5mg each= last 45 days at 20mg dose.

DAY 1-BACK

Wide Bar Lat Pull Down 140,160,180,200 4 sets- 10-20 reps
Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
Standing Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 50,60,70- 3 set 10 reps
T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

Took 4 caps on wake. Back hit good. Didn't notice anything out of the normal today. I heard that it takes a few days to kicking .

Took 4 cap on wake. I am now noticing a slight spike in endurance. Still can say for sure. This is not a major training day of me.

cable pull ups 80,90,100 - 10 reps each- 3 set total

Back Delts

cable cross-to back 35,40,45 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
Reverse pec deck- 80,90,100 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
hammer strength shoulder press back then front 2x45- total 20 reps - 3 set total

SIde delt

cable side raises 35,40,45-- 10 reps each- 3 set total
laying side raises 15,20,25 - 10 reps each- 3 set total
machine side raises 100,110,120 - 10 reps each- 3 set total

TRAPS
shrugs back 1x45 each side -10-15 reps each- 3 set total
shrugs front 2x45 each side -10-15 reps each- 3 set total

Took 4 cap on wake. Delts burnt out good. I added a lot of volume to see how far I can push it endurance wise. With Cardarine even at the end I was going. It gave me a good clean boost. This stuff kicks in about day 2. I have never had a faster kick in and can't wait to see how much I can push it.

DAY 11- FULL REST DAY

Took 4 cap on wake. Went to the doctor for a check up. I had a bp of 128/95(last visit) and I think the Cardarine made my BP 115/82(new). So a much better BP.

I'm on day 6 at 10mg/day.. I think I need to increase my dosage to 20mg. I'm trying to cut and do high intensity "mixfit" type workouts.. they are 50min of hell!

Yep up it to 20mg/day. That seem to be the sweet spot. I am however 230lbs..not sure about you

The endurance is off the hook

Not cutting..just some recomp. Cardarine is working great..its like nothing I have ever run. Can't compare to DS/PH or SARMS or SERMS. This stuff rocks in endurance area..which is allowing me to kill it like never before in the gym.

Took 4 cap on wake. Volume work on arms and pump came on fast and felt great. Cardarine is lean me out little, but not as much as osta. But Cardarine endurance rocks and can't compare to anything else I have ever run

Took 4 cap on wake. pumped chest up and filled it with blood. Tried to do set as fast as possible and really tried to see how much endurance I could output. I felt limitless and over all just great.

Nice, mine has basically been a recomp as well. Very successful one so far too.

Took 4 cap on wake. Not much to note more of a rest day. Just go into gym for awhile and I think I have leaned out alittle in abs.
