Kat's gonna get lean with Primeval Lab's Super Cardarine!
First off, I want to thank Primeval Labs for giving me the opportunity to log their Super Cardarine for them! I am really looking forward to see how it will help me with my progress! As most of you know, I ran a bulk with Osta last fall and winter…I have been cutting since January. I have not been loosing fat as anticipated. I contribute this partially to a thyroid disorder that I have and partially to years of damage that I did to my metabolism with eating disorders...So, after basically 10 months in a deficit, I have decided to start building up my metabolism. Using the Super Cardarine is super exciting because I should be able to build up my calories while leaning out! Making it easier to achieve my overall goal of getting to 15% bodyfat.
Currently my macros are:
175P/125C/40F on training days and
175P/75C/40F on non training days
Supplements include:
APS Nutrition Isomorph Protein and Mesomorph PWO
ALR Humapro and Chained out - BCAA's
My training is a push/push 4 days a week focusing on athleticism and strength. Conditioning is worked into my training sessions so not much traditional cardio is currently being done!
Let's get the party started! I received my bottle of Super Cardarine yesterday! Took my first dose this morning before my workout! Really had an awesome workout too! Total tunnel vision! Actually had someone wave me down to get my attention to tell me they loved how I trained and the focus I had! ️️
Here's today's session:
Week 2 Day 4 workout
Burgener warm up - used a heavier bar today
Foam roll thoracic, Hamstings, calves, and IT Band
Superset 1:
Black band broad jump
4x10
Landmine
Just bar x 10
with 10 lbs on the bar 3x10
(Over/back =1)
Superset 2:
Skier swings
15x5-wu
30x5
30x5
35x5
Cable rows
100x5
140x5
160x5-PR
160x5
Superset 3:
Side to side pull ups
3x5 with 5 regular ones after each set (used red band)
**finished with 5 BW pull-ups with holds at top
ASLR
3x10 R/L
Conditioning: 4 Rounds
• 30 seconds High Medicine ball granny throw (12 lb ball)
• 50 yard farmer carry 45lb Plates
• 50 yard 1 Arm overhead medicine ball carry (16lb ball)
Static Stretching:
Calves, Lats, hips, hams, arms
