Okay, so finally decided on exact dosing with this stack -

1 cap LJ-100 Upon Waking (5 days on 2 days off)

2 Pumps Sustain Alpha After morning Shower - Might go to three, not sure how powerful SA is at hurting e2

2 caps Most Wanted with a high protein lunch (everyday if I remember)

2 caps Epic Unleashed PWO (everyday, with 1 cap upon waking on off day)

Other supps taken:

Vitamins & Fish Oil

Hops, Passion & Valerian + Nutri Calm with dinner

Looking to put on size & strength while reducing body fat with this stack.

Stats:

Age : 26
Weight : 165
Height : 6ft1
BF: 15-20%

Looknig to get to 180 lbs with 15% BF

I've done one day of this stack so far, on Saturday, and I must say from the very first session I felt Epic Unleashed working.
Recovery time in between sets was instantly noticable. Looking forward to seeing what this stack is capable of.

If any of you think I should change something up, let me know.

Going to be starting off today with Legs post work, will update this thread with each session :)

Ive dropped MW, haven't taken it since day 1 as I really want to gauge how effective Epic Unleashed is at recovery. So far this product is amazing. Im basically at the max of each of my lifts already, and combined with eating well I haven't failed a single set yet. Hope this continues. I rerely ever wake up incredibly sore, so the recovery is simply amazing.

Really happy with how my legs are performing, everything is going up constantly. Squats and form feel really good, probably first time ever in my life I've been confident in my squat form. Quad/Hamstring extensions are getting v heavy now, especially after the compound lifts, may have to not increase it soon and make sure I keep perfect form.

You guys need to get in here, it seems like I'm writing this for myself at the moment. So far EPIC Unleashed/Sustain Alpha are definitely working.

Also good to note my libido is noticebly higher on SA/LJ-100.

Body fat is dropping a decent amount, without doing any cardio whatsoever, My normal belt buckle I use is feeling a little loose, so dropping a few pounds off the stomach/waist region.

Not going to hit the scales for another few weeks - with the end goal of 180lbs!

Definitely going to keep EPIC Unleashed as a staple, don't see why I'd cycle it. Probably the same with LJ-100 and SA. I'm using SA everyday and LJ-100 5/2 dosing protocol.

Sleep is a bit terible currently, especially on nights when GF sleeps over, which sucks because no one likes working/lifting when they are super tired, but going to press on and not miss sessions. The only bad session is the one you miss, so going to do shoulders tonight even though I only got around 3 hours sleep last night. Hopefully get a long sleep in tonight and wake up refreshed for a big back day. Going to up my 1 rep max tomorrow, I can feel it

Amazed at how this stack is going for me. I have blasted past all Plateus without any problem. Bench Has never been this high for reps and the end doesn't look in sight. Weight is up to about 167.5lbs and I'm dropping a lot of BF. Looking forward to getting Squats and Bench Press up to 100kg (220lbs) for 4 sets of 6. Epic Unleashed/LJ-100 definitely isn't dissapointing!

Did a 110kg 1RM bench today , went up easy, however mod way through my shoulder session started to get pain in my arms, probably the shock of adding 20kg on top of what I normally do . Hopefully nothing is injured!

So been on sustain Alpha for 2 weeks at 2 pumps a day, and if I'm honest I've noticed absolutely nothing - Positive or negative. Will up to 3 pumps next week, but going to take a break Fri/Sat/Sun from it, along with LJ-100 and see if anything changes up. Ill do another week or two at 3 pumps but if I see no changes I'll just stop. Feel the claims for the product are grotesquely exagerrated

I got a bump in libido for a day, and that was it. I don't know if I'm dosing too low. Might try LJ-100 without the SA for a while

Find doing the pulldowns to failure really gives me insane tricep doms, so will continue to do it this way. Almost racking the pushdown which is good for my ego, good thing the machine has a seatbelt as my butt is about halfway up the seat

Awesome session, although was in the gym for close to 90 mins which was a bit too long, but stoked all my weights continue to go up.

Really happy with myself on legs, always been the weakest part of my gym by far, but not plateauing yet. Squat form is improving week on week, and now racking the quad extention & close on the hamstring, even after squats and leg press!

Will be putting in a shoulders session today after work, then a larger than life back session tomorrow!

Realised I didn't really give Sustain Alpha a proper go on a higher pump dosage, so will probably try 2 weeks at 4 pumps starting Monday, as I have 5 bottles of the stuff

Sorry with the lack of updates, I got pretty ill & had to take a week off the gym/work, girlfriend gave me a bug which has been going around.

Been back in the gym a few days, and even though I'm ill, my lifts haven't taken a hit, although for some reasons they feel a lot heavier on my wrists.

Current Compound Lifts against Original starting point of 6x4 (4 weeks ago)

Squats : Completed 90kg x 6 x 4 (+15kg on starting)
Bench Press: Failed 95kg x 6 x 4 (+10kg on starting)
Overhead Press: Failed 53.5kg x 6 x 4 (+11kg on starting)
Deadlifts: Completed 120kg x 6 x 4 (+20kg on starting)

Its ridiculous how much my weights of gone up since starting Epic Unleashed/LJ 100. This is obviously combined with a better than previous diet, and aiming for 1.5-2 litres of milk everyday.

Will be posting a body composition photo at the end of the week, need to see if I have a photo from about a month ago to monitor changes!

I cant get past 95kg on bench, its absolutely gutting, failed it 2 weeks now. Weird because 92.5 wasnt too much of an effort, but this extra 2.5 really seems to be getting the best of me. Should I deload by 5-7.5kg's?

Haven't been updating daily and could definitely be gyming more than I currently am, but when I am lifting its going well.

2 Caps of LJ-100 upon waking (5 on 2 off)
2 Caps of Epic Unleashed PWO (usually forget to take on off day)
3 Caps of Tauro Test v2 Anabolic Designs

Current Lifts:

Bench currently trying to get 95kg 6x4 [END OF YEAR GOAL 100kg 6x4](Haven't been able to get above this for a few weeks, deloaded back down to try and beat the pleateau)
Deadlifts currently trying to get 127.5kg 6x2 [END OF YEAR GOAL OBTAINED]
Squats currently trying to get 97.5kg 6x4 [END OF YEAR GOAL 100KG 6X4]
Military Press currently trying to get 55kg 6x4 [END OF YEAR GOAL 60KG 6X4]

Close to hitting my goals I set out on which I'm happy about. Also first time in my life my squats have ever overtaken my bench, its a long time coming....

LJ-100 & Epic Unleashed will be my staples for a long long time both perform very well. Its too early to tell with Tauro Test v2, as it says it takes 3 weeks or so to kick in but strength continues to rise when I haven't trained in 3-4 days, which wasn't occuring before

I'm going to Bahamas in January (4th) and want to do a month long cut to get in beach body shape (ish). Any suggestions in here? Ive picked up a bottle of LiveLong Yohimbine. I don't want it to be too stim heavy as I have problems sleeping with stimulants

So my squat has finally over taken my bench, taken a good 3 months of hitting legs hard.

Squat has climbed from 70kg (155) x 6 reps , 4 sets to 95kg (215) x 6 reps 4 sets, super stoked. my squat has always been way under my bench, its nice to see they are finally gaining.

Will be nice to load up 2 plates on each side for reps next week.

Does anyone else suffer from an extremely sore jaw from squatting? I must clench my teeth when I squat my heaviest because for about an hour after squatting my jaw is in agony

Pulled 130kg 6 reps 2 sets yesterday for deadlifts, feel like I can definitely do more.

Would be really stoked to get 140kg (310lbs) for 6 reps by end of the year

Weighing around 160lbs fasted currently
