I work alot so that is the main cause of the simple workout in my basement split between basic workout/ body beast beachbody... Eating is trying to moderate carbs

Day 5 still goin felt sluggish til i took the epi then it lifting time

Day 7! Omg here we go went back to basics dirty garage heavy iron hard rock .. Doin 40's 8reps x5 bench / deadlift..epi goin still ..

Day 11/12 sick as a dog didnt risk taking and lifting together.. Will keep. Updating

Im running a log right now. Stacked it with lax, not sure what in the stack but something definitely aiding in recovery between workouts and vascularity. Im pretty lean right now. Vascularity is definitely noticeable in my chest and shoulders.

Epi-c is still on board for day 13 endurance , stamina... Training for size and arm wrestling had to keep thinkin of exercises to do to burn it off?

Day16....halfway through log. Good stuff for this...

Did back tris today solid pump.

I would try this supp again...

Diet is moderate carbs..
Eating small meals ..
Strength feels better then when started..

Day 17 HELL DAY..

CREATED my workout called 40's
Its 8 reps x 5 sets
Of deadlifts and bench doing one set weight til it can be done with ease...

Epi-c kept me goin didnt want to stop working out endurance ... Some weight i am assuming up 1.5 lbs.. Thanks..#second chance .WANTED..

Day 18 cardio ..legs

Leg lifts calf raises
12 minutes of cardio .
Repeat..

Epi-c i am still thinkin its a good product i would probably use again...

Great workout so far faboulous endurance ..
Good pump..
Not sure on gaining size up in weight a little

Decline pushups
Weight machine bench
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
Preacher curls
Overall still a good product..

Epi-c still goin strong couple more days..
Thanks for the oppurtunity. To do this..

Tris got a goid pump off kickbacks behind the head negative close pushups off a workout ball killer..

You can't stop taking it then jump back on a week later and expect blood levels to be constant,epic must stay in your system
