Is there a reason you've been avoiding compound movements the last couple workouts? I know you db pressed the other day but the major work seems like you're working around something painful or maybe really pressed for time? Not being critical, merely curious

Yeah I actually had a pretty bad muscle strain in my back and neck the other day. My doctor told me to take it easy for about a week and to lower the weight. This coming up week I'm going to be adding more volume into my sets. This past week I also haven't taken any pre workouts haha. Really tough taking a stim break. My normal workouts take 1-1.5 hours to complete and the last week I've been done in about 45 minutes. I'll get back to the squats and bb overhead in about a week or so

I suspected as much. A cut is a very brutal time to take a stim break btw. Keep being smart so you don't re-hurt it and you'll be back at it before you know it.

Sooner the better haha. With the way my diet is set up I'm actually eating more carbs now than I was when I was bulking aka getting fat haha. So I'm hoping to get an extra boost from that. I did snag some c4 50x today though because it was like 10 or so bucks off, so I'll have that ready in a little over a week when I ease my way back into taking caffeine/stims

3x12 squats

(Trying to go heavier each week with these)

Cable crunch

Noticing some extra fullness that can possibly be accredited to the epicatechin

Alrighty gonna be taking two caps before cardio in the morning, but I gotta say, I'm not getting the endurance boost that I've gotten in the past with -Epi products. I may go a day where I dose higher

2 caps. Off the top of my head I think that is around half a gram(500 mg) of epicatechin. I honestly noticed the most benefit in the past with about 1 gram pre workout

Took one dose before cardio today and felt good. Was able to finish a 30 minute run pretty easily. Tomorrow I will give a final review of this product and thank you again AlphaCommandr for the opportunity to log this product!

Thought I already posted my final review guess I didn't hit send

This product is a decent -Epicatechin product, I would have liked for it to be higher dosed per serving to compete with other similar products. This product will give you the extra endurance you need and want from a -Epicatechin product. I find it best to take 1-2 doses in the morning or 1-2 doses before a cardio session. Thank you to AlphaCommandr for picking me to try your product, it will definitely be on my suggestion list when it comes to -Epi products
