Plan on running Arnold's Blueprint to Mass for this log. I am as of today on Day 15 so I'll do a 2nd run of the program for the duration of the log.

What do I hope to accomplish with this log and supplement?
I currently sleep 2-3 hrs a night at best and now with so much stress over the past 6 months it is continously worsening. Many don't remember that sleep is just as crucial as diet and exercise. Unfortunately, I seem to have hit a plateau and I am certain it is due to my lack of sleep and elevated cortisol levels.

So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Wednesday - Legs/Calves
Thursday - Chest/Back
Friday - Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Saturday - Legs/Calves
Sunday - Rest Day

Tonight will be the first dose and I will follow the dosage and take 2 pills a night for 30 nights.

Here's a write-up from IML for Dream 'n Grow:

MAIN EFFECTS OF MITRAGYNA SPECIOSA (AKA KRATOM)

+ Promotes Deep Sleep
+ Enhanced Relaxation
+ Increases Growth Hormone
+ Mental/Cognitive Recovery

The alkaloids in Kratom effect the brain similarly to an opiate, although it is not. It’s effects are unique in that, at moderate or low doses it will generally be stimulating and euphoric. Based on hundreds of Kratom users feedback, it is not enough to impair normal functions such as socializing or working long hours. In fact, based on many interactions with active Kratom users, the feedback was that many use it as, not only an alternative to pain medication, but as an energy booster.

In higher doses Kratom will have sedating effects. Other, outside, factors can fluctuate these effects such as eating a large meal right before taking Kratom, body mass, general tolerance levels, etc. The active alkaloids in Kratom can have both stimulant and sedative effects. With that said, it is never recommended to use Kratom while operating any vehicles, operating machinery, power tools or similar, to mix with drugs, alcohol or take while pregnant.

Sedative Effects:
Also know as a euphoric or analgesic effect, in a higher dose you will be less sensitive to pain, feel more relaxed, have a general feeling of comfort, and may experience pleasant sleep patterns. Although rare, some have experienced itching or sweating. Your pupils may become dilated or small. Those who are predisposed to nausea with prescription pain medication may also experience this with Kratom. If nausea is experienced, lying down and relaxing may ease this symptom. The euphoric effects may cause you to appreciate things such as people, music or television programs that you normally would not. When done in combination with a relaxing environment with the goal of rest, you may find this to be a pleasant alternative to sleep aids. The effects of Kratom taken in higher doses generally last 5 – 6 hours. Kratom taken in higher doses generally last longer and have stronger effects. Many Kratom users have reported experiencing positive rest and feeling quite good the following day.

Additional ingredients in Dream-n-Grow™ to promote sleep:
-L-Theanine
-GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric Acid)
-Phellodendron Root
-Mucuna Pruriens (15% extract)
-5-HTP (5 Hydroxytryptophan)
-Melatonin

SUGGESTED USE:

Take one (1) or two (2) capsules approximately 30-45 minutes before sleeping.

My thoughts so far are that this really freaking works! I can take it at 9pm and within 30 minutes I'm yawning and ready to go to sleep. If I wake up it might be once a night or not at all. Product works as stated.

5 days so far having some pretty decent sleep. Last night went to bed at 930 and didn't wake up till 8 this morning. So I'd say pretty dang successful sleep compared to my 2 to 3 hours that I'd become accustomed to prior to starting this.

So since the start I've been taking 2 caps a night. Sleep is getting better and better with each passing day. Last night had a late workout from 8 to 10 pm and took a stim product. At 10:30 took 2 caps and 15 minutes later was fighting to stay awake. I was shocked because as I said I did take a stim pre workout just 2 hours prior. Slept until 6 as I had to get up since my youngest daughter woke up. Otherwise I'm sure I could've slept longer.

Sucks I'm out of DnG next week on Tuesday the 13th. But it'll be interesting to see how quickly my insomnia comes back post DnG. Right now every single night I've had tons of sleep. As I've said before I used to get 2 to 4 hours max. Now I sleep 8 to 10 hours and wake up so freaking rested and refreshed. Thanks again and again heavyiron and IML for the sleep and gains. I've cut 11 lbs and weighed in this morning at 199 lbs, but drier and defining.
