Big thanks to Finaflex, Wasme, and TKC432 for allowing me to log this. I started first dose Saturday. I will say this! The intense boost in pure energy I haven't seen in quite a time. I took first one around 7 am and was wired til I can't remember.


Saturday triceps

reverse cable curls: 120 lbs x 12, 12, 130 x 10

standing skull crushers ez bar: 85 lbs x 8,8,8

rope press downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

single arm curls with reverse curls: 50 lbs x 10,10,10 on each set

single arm db over head press: 25 lbs x 10,10,10

Yesterday hit up chest and sauna. Again insane energy. I'm like a jackhammer going off in the gym. Noticed today some appetite suppression as well.

Chest:

incline barbell press 135 lbs x 8, 165 x 8, 175 x 8

flat barbell bench 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 225 x 6

flat db bench 50 x 10,10,10

peck deck: 125 lbs x 10, 10, 10

high pully cable cross overs: 50 lbs x 12, 60 x 10,10

Today hit up 30 minutes of racquetball on lunch. Then did biceps. After work 14 min treadmill then legs.

Biceps

Ez bar curls 55 x 10 85 lbs x 8 8

Legs

Hit up back yesterday after work. been feeling tired last couple days I believe from the humidity and sinius crap! Softball tonight!

Nice, y you should try swapping the Amount you lift on the pull downs. Technically you should be stronger on the close grips.
Unless you are injured of course...
According to charles poliquin your strength on pull ups goes from wide pronated, then supinated close grip and then nuetral grip you should be the strongest.
Give it a try next back day and see if you are stronger than you think :trout:

Yesterday went to track to do some cardio. I went with a girl from gym and by the end of it I think we walked btw 2 n 2.5 miles lol. It was dead heat too.

Hit up racquetball and some biceps at lunch today!!! Feeling so worn out. I think it's my joints acting up again from shoulders down to my wrist joints.

15 to 20 min cardio via racquetball.

Biceps:

standing ez bar curls: 75 lbs x 8,8,6

standing db hammer curls: 35 lbs x 6,6,6

incline bench db curls: 25 lbs x 8,8,8 supernating

db concentration curls: 30 lbs x 6,6,6

Keep plugging away! Swinging that racket probably wrecked your shoulders and arms if not used to it. You and up doing a lot of explosive stuff with no resistance, quickly pulling normally dormant tissue into action, and taking it through sudden and extreme ROM explosively should have you feeling it for sure.

Hit up 20 min racquetball at lunch and some legs. Felt ok but this stuff has me flying off the handles. Im shaking like a jack hammer.

Legs:

leg curls: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

seated leg ext: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

leg press: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 8, 8 plates x 8, 10 plates x 10 doing calf ext after each set.

Legs:

smith machine squats: 80 lbs x 10, 135 lbs x 8,8

leg curls: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

calf raises 2 sets of 10

Monday hit up gym at work for 20 min racquetball and then we did some crazy circuits my friend had planeed.

We did these with out rest except 45 sec btw sets and did 5 complete sets! I'm still feeling it in my legs today

12 reps db lunges or squats with db you could pick any one of the two. I think I alternated 3 lunges 2 squats

12 reps Romanian deadlifts with dbs

12 reps db good mornings

6 db front squats

6 db over head military presses

6 db standing rows

12 lying down floor presses db's

we used 2 15 lb db's.

Yesterday hit up shoulder day and 15 min cardio My joints are absolutely killing me.

Shoulders:

seated db press: 35 lbs x 10, 45 lbs x 10,10

lat machine pulldowns: 125 lbs x 10,10,10

smith rack straight bar shrugs: 135 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 4

db shrugs: 70 lbs x 10,10

super set front military press with behind neck presses: 100 lbs x 8,8,8

don't know what these are called but you take the tbar machine and using one hand push up and away from you.

Also I got down to 212.5 last week. The lowest I been in about 11 years. Then gained about 7 lbs back in 3 days. Thanks to antobiotics for upper respiratory infection. It really pmo lol. But I knocked 4 lbs right back off when I stop taking it. My bones going from both shoulders down to my wrist are killing me. I did a bone density test few weeks ago and came back good. However I don't know what could keep causing this pain especially around my bones in hands and fingers to elbow.

I beta tested scivation's new joint product coming out.its dupposed to be on shelves in amonth or two. Hands down the best joint product evar...takes a few weeks to kick in but its a life changer. Also it doesn't have ANY of the usual stuff in it. This is completely new ingreidients.

I will Holla when it drops so you can try it out to see if it will help your Achey joints.
Btw ... Your not taking any AI's that might have your estrogen way low?
