So whats STIMZ?

From my understanding, STIMZ is designed to aid in fat loss along with providing you with clean, good energy throughout the day or your Pre-workout.

My Plan

Im using STIMZ to cut as thats it primary purpose, I'm also already in a cut so they will go great together.

I don't weigh myself like i used to simply because it messed with my head as i hold a lot of water from time to time and some days i can be 3,4,alb heavier than normal, So i just go by the mirror. Therefore i don't have a specific number of lab's i want to lose, i just want to see a big difference in myself.

2100cals a day, sometimes less.

Protein- 120-150 ( never go above 150, don't see a difference in my physique)
Carbs- 200-230
Fat- 60-65

Some of you may be thinking... 120-150g protein??!!

Well yes, I have experimented with my body and noticed that taking in 150g of protein for 4 weeks while cutting yielded no different results to eating 200+.
This also allows me to eat more carbs and fat on certain days, both of those are important to me as I can IIFYM much easier and enjoy my foods more.

Dosage-

It says 'take 1 cap up to 2 times a day' (max 2 caps)

My plan is to do just that... 2caps a day, spread out to morning (preworkout) and evening (after dinner)
I have no issues with sleeping after taking large amounts of caffeine so it should still be fine :)

Hope you all enjoy the log.

Everyone is different. Your lowered protein will help decrease meat demand and lower the price for the rest of us. Right?

Thanks to everyone who's found the log so far :)

Today's workout-

I popped 1 tab this AM for my morning session (5.30am).

I was pleasantly surprised that I felt some energy... That may sound weird but normally it will take a minimum of 400mg caffeine to affect me.. It wasn't mind blowing like taking Stimul8 obviously. However it was still nice and clean energy.

Arms-

Seated DB curls-

25x failure (5 sets)

Incline Tate press-

45x failure (4 sets)

Standing hammer curls-

45x failure... Too light
60x failure (4 sets) much better ;)

Incline skull crushers-

90x failure (3 sets)

Zottman curls-

25x failure, these are so hard even with light weight. (3 sets)

CGBP-

135x failure (2 sets)
205x 6-8 (3 sets)
225x 2-3 (1 set)

Preacher curls-

70x failure (4 sets)

Seated tricep dips (machine)-

Full stack x failure (4 sets)

And that's it for arms :)
Wasn't a heavy session today, just right for my mood at the time.

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 220cals

I popped another tab just after dinner tonight, perked me up a little but not much tbh. Then again I didn't expect it to, should sleep like a baby tonight as always.

Good looking proportion there.
Appreciate that man, I try to work on symmetry quite a lot aswell.

Big dude.. great workout
Thanks bro :)

Right on target there! Great shoulder workout!
Appreciate your feedback man.

Right today was legs...

Box Squats-

315x 3 (explosive) 3 sets

Leg extensions-

150x 20reps (4 sets)

Lying Ham Curls-

110x failure (3 sets)
110x failure, 70x failure (2 sets)

Donkey Raises-

2x 45's each side x failure (4 sets)

Sissy squats-

BWx failure (3 sets)

And thats it for legs... ran out of time to do more, had to get my cardio in ;)

Cardio-

15mins Elliptical- 220cals

So far all good with STIMZ, its not in anyway a pre workout for me as it only just perks me up, I don't get any focus or pump enhancement from it (that that i was expecting it to) but it makes me SWEAT!!!!!

2nd dosing is always around dinner time. No problem with sleeping.

I have a feeling this is going to be a great addtion to my cut when taken 2x a day... the fat has no chance :)

Yeah prob blends don't do it for me, however I trust FINAFLEX.

Wicked volume brother!!! Hope you had a great weekend!
Thanks man, yeah it's been great.

So today was back day.

Deadlifts-

Bar x10
135 x8
225 x5
315 x3
405 x3 (3 sets, speed work)
455 X1 (felt heavy which was annoying)

Then moved to deficit deads

315x 3 (3 sets) 3" deficit

BB rows-

225x 8 (3 sets)
135x failure, 20+ reps (1 set)

DB rows-

110x failure (3 sets)

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

155x failure (4 sets)

Cable lat pullovers-

45x 20 (2 sets)

Seated cable rows-

110x failure, negatives (3 sets)

Back extensions (machine)-

110x failure (4 sets)

Incline chest supported DB rows-

55 x failure (3 sets)

And that's it for back, felt good... Need to work on my ******* strength, I've been neglecting rack pulls and extensions. Not anymore though!!!

Cardio-

15mins incline walking- 200cals

So far I'm enjoying STIMZ, like I mentioned before it's not ideal as a standalone pre workout, however as a fat burner it seems to be keeping me in check which is great!!! Also it provides me a little energy.

Nice back session .... StimZ works more as a fat burner/appetite suppressor for me also .... I have been using it on my off days to keep me energized and help with the cut I am on .... but can't go without my heaping scoop of Stimul8 pre-workout ;)

Yeah for sure, definitely need an additional source for pre workout. At the moment I'm just running STIMZ, that way I can accurately judge energy levels :)

Right so today was chest.

Incline DB press-

25 x15
35 x10
45 x8
55 x6
90x failure (3 sets)

Incline DB flys-

45x 15 (2 sets)
65x 8-10 (3 sets)

Incline hammer press-

45 + 25 plate each side x failure (pure contraction and pump) 3 sets

Standing pec dec-

110x failure (4 sets)

Decline BB-

225x 6 (3 sets)

Seated chest press-

90x failure, negatives (3 sets)

Smith machine press- (neck level for full stretch)

NEVER GO HEAVY WITH THIS... You will snap something up lol.

80x failure (3 sets)

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 220cals

Hmmm... Maybe I will finally have to move to using a belt all the time then.

Guess it's worth trying :)

Haha this too! I once split a pair of jogger bottoms when squatting... From the front, and I was wearing no underwear, needless to say it was the fastest I've ever squared from ATG to rack a weight and leave the gym

Sorry for the lack of updates guys.

Friday- sisters birthday so didn't get chance to gym :(

Saturday- had to work, took all damn day, no gym

Sunday/today- got too much to do round the house, up at 6 doing DIY.

Sorry guys, back at it tomorrow :)

I've been taking STIMZ though.

I have noticed it keeps me looking lean and tight, it's helping the most in the abdominal section which I'm surprised about!

So far all good, trying to nail these last 2 weeks of STIMZ to really dial my diet, training and physique in.
