Alright so this is long overdue but thankfully the guys at Performax Labs understood my issue with not starting last week! Id like to give a HYOOOOOGE shoutout to the rest of the crew for selecting me to run a bottle of their Alphamax and OxyMax XT in a log! This is much needed considering I have been recomping (dirty) and been on a high intensity lifting program most of the summer for some training in college (I throw) :D So I had been having 2 a days up until the beginning of august basically and now I need to stop eating like im working out twice a day and drop some body fat!. I will be posting pics over the course of these 4-5 weeks im running and also weight updates. Im gonna type all about myself here in a second and then if I leave anything out just ask!

My name is Ryan:
22 years old
college student athlete
Height 6ft
Weight 235~ roughly on sunday morning I was 237 but debloated yesterday with lots of liquids
trained for about 8 years but 6 seriously
Former very obese individual
Looking to stay around 235 during this log but drop body fat!
Current maxes
Bench 325
Squat 435+ (hit 7 singles at 435 but may have been assisted on last few 3 weeks ago)
Deadlift? (don't really deadlift for the sport but most I have done was 585)
Clean/Power Clean 285
Hang Clean 285
Snatch 225
Close Grip bench 285+ (haven't had a true max on this but working sets go up to 265 for triples sometimes 4)
Front squat 355


Current split is a 3 day a week (squat almost every day) program with arms on the weekend! Ill actually be stating school in 2 weeks so my program will again change and im hoping to look decent for when I go back :D

Day 1:


So my dosing protocol for this log will be 2 alphamax every morning and 2 right before bed
OxyMax will be 1 upon waking and 1 a little later in the day

I assessed my tolerance this morning by taking one at about 9am and I already am energized/feeling a good nootropic effect. That is awesome honestly, I love love love at burners that help to wake you up and give you that good feeling/nootropic feeling. If this continues for the duration of the log I will be buying another bottle and continue this log on my own money.

SO IM FEEING GREAT THIS MORNING :D

just had my 10:30 breakfast of 2 Oikos zeros and looking forward to my next meal at about 1. Lifting will be at about 5-530 today :D


Also I forgot to mention that I did not start the log last week because of migraine issues. I have been getting them ever since I was in jr high, and long story short they have plagued me ever since. I went a long time without one, having maybe 2-3 in college, probably 15-20 in high school and one every other day in jr high. However I had 3 last week and was basically bed ridden by them. What happens after I get the visual aura is the typical bad headache that wont go away UNLESS I somehow manage to sleep through it, or I vomit.. yes as bad as that sounds I will find myself chugging water or gross chit just to get myself to throw up. I used to take medication for it but it didn't help, also the worst part was my medication was mint flavored and now I associate that with getting sick so... no chewing mint gum or mint ice cream for me!

This past week was kind of a slow hell because I could not sleep these ones off. I recently had one at our conference meet as well which killed my performance, going into our meet I was ranked 3rd in 3 events, ended up taking 20th place or worse (our of 26)

So as you can tell these things kill me. I thought it was brought on by my possible caffeine intake along with no food however I feel like it was a combination of many things, so I will be monitoring how my body reacts to 2 caps of OxyMax! I feel like they should be fine but who knows! We will see![/b]

2nd dose of OxyMax elite will be taken pre workout (as my preworkout) at about 5 PM! with my other preworkout goodies including ara and soy lecithin along with some Gatorade and a scoop of E9

Don't you just love the Oikos Greek Triple Zeros?!?! Make sure you're signed up on their site. They always have a coupon for 1$ off 3 and my grocery store always has them for a dollar a piece. You'll get 3 for 2 bucks, can't go wrong.

and colorful it shall stay :D I think it makes it easier to follow along, you make one color for base notes, a 2nd color for a workout and a 3rd color for diet nutrition etc. I did not know that I will sign up now! otherwise I get them at walmart and they are a dollar a piece! so yeah buy 2 get one free basically :D

no meijers in Wisconsin but when I don't shop at Costco I get that kind of stuff at walmart!

These are fairly light, we did more front squats in past cycles but now were doing back ones just for people with wrist issues, the reason we have such a long pause is because sometimes when catching a clean in a squat we will dump the weight forward or rush to stand up being unstable. the extra long pause gives us time to think and stabilize the core back and legs before driving up.

20g of fat were from my Fearn Soy Lecithin so really only about 25g fat yesterday... However I did wake up in the middle of the night and have some deep fried cheese curds so we are gonna go ahead and put those on todays macros

What im aiming for daily is 250g protein 300-350g carbs (depending on the day) and 60-80g fat including the soy lecitihin. do you guys factor in the SL if you track macros..?

Anyhow, today is a heavy double squat day so the carbs will be upped, the protein will be upped and fats as well. also probably will end up hitting qdoba post workout and that wont be tracked so ill include my macros and estimate the qdoba for tomorrow :D


So far feeling good though!

Going to be a little bit still. We had to change sources on one component to ensure our highest quality standards were met.

Yep, sadly SlinMax will still be some time and we wont be hitting our scheduled release date, its honeslty looking like much longer then we want but we will not sacrifice quality to simply put out a product!

However HyperMax XT is just around the corner and we have another new supplement coming as well which should launch pretty quickly after HyperMax!

well 350g 3 times daily adds up.. it comes out to like 5 sweet potatoes a day, about 225g carbs. so much vitamin A

Then naturally in the middle of the night I wake up and eat some cold left over tater tots with country gravy and ham on them that I found in the fridge... oh and a handful of almonds... so those are going to be on my macros for today gahhh I wake up in the middle of the night and eat way to often :D but hey im staying within my parameters for macros :D



Alright So how I am going to be utilizing OxyMax right now. I will take 1 cap every morning between 9-10am and my second cap later in the day (generally). For workout days that second cap will be taken pre workout AS my pre workout along with SL/ArA/E9 and so ill not be so stimmed up. Otherwise ill take my other cap usually around 3 pm on off days depending on how I feel. However today im taking two caps right away (about 5 minutes from now) on an empty stomach and ill eat about 15 minutes from now (1030) if I like how this works I may go ahead and run it that way on off days.

I don't feel like Ill need to bump up to a 3rd cap but if so and I can find another bottle for the right price, like I said before, Ill run it with my own cash moneys ;)

Because it was delicious double protein chocolate milk. 8oz is 4.5g fat 13g protein 13g carbs :D

DAY 3

Hey all as I said no workout yesterday sooooo....
2 alphamax taken at 10am and 2 taken at 10 PM
2 OxyMax taken at 10am

One thing I did notice was I got a little bit of stomach ache after I started eating (20min post OxyMax) so im thinking the best option is to eat with 2 caps or space them out a bit, Dexaprine by Iforce used to give me the same issue :)

Even though fat was high feeling good about the workout today! Already popped my two alphamax and just getting one meal in before I go ahead and lift earlier today!

Hey all so I typed up something earlier but the mobile version didn't save it... Grrr so im re typing it all! So today concludes day 4 and I've had a little bit of a cheat today!
Macros are probably around 210 protein 245 carbs 135 fat (was given a free combo sampler platter at the restaurant for poor service) but I got a Greek grilled chicken wrap and some tater tots along side some boneless chicken wings I helped my gf finish up :)

I skipped the ice cream Buttt hit another or today so I gotta splurge :D anyhow I'll be posting tomorrow night but tomorrow may be a no holds barred cheat day... Im gonna do my best to stick to my guns though so wish me luck :D

Hey all! So looks like I have to put that workout off until Sunday when I get home :) unfortunately I won't have a computer here in the dells water park this weekend so my bad ;)

Dosing will stay the same throughout the weekend and I have been following protocol thus far:
2 alpha max upon waking and 2 before bed
1 cap Oxymax upon waking 1 around 3ish without a meal

So far weight has been hovering around 234 so I've already managed to shed down a little water weight!! Feeling great as ever though and sleep has felt more "whole" this week. im waking up less and just feeling more rested when waking up in the morning.

Macro content won't be counted. Im gonna try to be decent although we're basically packing all this junk food and whatnot, im not beach body ready but im imma try to stay more respectable on my diet. Pics will ensue though I promise :) hopefully gonna be at that 1000 posts here shortly :)

The dells were awesome my man! We stayed at the wilderness condos instead of wilderness on the lake this year, it was a lot of fun but my feet got chewed up in that indoor wave pool. I was actually pretty adventurous in going down some of those huge free fall a slides :D

Macros weren't counted at all this weekend so my bad on that :D however I did enjoy myself and so my diet was sloppy, pizza chips cookies ice cream taco salad etc. However I feel that Most of this bloat will go away by tomorrow after slamming water and powerade zero. Im obsessed with these flavored sparkling waters from walmart, I just am not a fan of the sparkling part... so I shake them up to avoid that weird feeling you sometimes get from too much carbonation. but when I get rid of this bloat I usually go through 3-4 bottles of it in a day. ascelfame and aspartame of peace :D

SO now we are back on track! one week in the books and nothing to interesting to report weight is still going to be hovering around 235 once this bloat goes away.

Things I have noticed from OxyMax
-Nootrpic feeling earlier in the week

So far so good, heading into week two I have higher expectations when my diet gets cleaned up :D

thanks man :D I liked being on the lake just because of the setup, and taking the pontoon across is always nice but, I did enjoy the condos as well, ours was kind of junky but its full of room which makes it nice, there were 11 of us so it was pretty packed.

Howd you like 2 caps of OxyMax at once?
WELL, to be completely honest, without food I felt that kind of heart race/stomach ache feeling. then I had a little something to eat and it subsided maybe 10 minutes later so if I have a little something with 2 caps then its perfectly fine, I felt the energy lasted longer too which doesn't really make sense. it should be more intense rather than longer right?

Anyhow as I stated earlier ill be doing two caps on off days and if I can find some more decently price ill go to 3 caps a day and run it like that on my own time.

I am really digging the 1 cap for my pre workout though, it gives me a TON of focus.

Managed to hit pretty close to my macro goals. even got to eat a couple of jalapeno poppers for dinner to get the rest of the fat in :D


So last night, something in my braking system went out while driving. A bunch of people tried crossing a busy main street in the middle of my town (not on a crosswalk) and I had to slam on my breaks, well I slammed on them and there was tension for about a second before my pedal went to the floor and my brakes failed. luckily I swerved into the other lane to avoid them but now I need to figure out if I have a bad brake line or a bad pad, or if its the master cylinder. Probably one of the scariest moments ive ever had while driving! anybody in here good with cars that could help me out :D

I do but..... ;) Idk gonna check that out after work today I don't think its my brake pads themselves, I do think its the brake line or a lack of fluid though, I didn't see any puddles anywhere though so Im gonna fill it up and basically let it leak and hope I can find where its at. good timing since I leave for school on Saturday.

I think I was too pumped because I damn near pushed the brake pedal through the floor ;) and @ cubsfan from what some people at our service center (marina) said they think its a leak in the line, and im completely out of fluid and that's whats causing the lack of pressure. gonna stop by an autozone and fill it up to see if there is any difference and see if I cant get some to leak out somewhere.

One side note I forgot to mention is OxyMax preworkout is making me sweat like a pig in the gym. I actually had to change shirts mid workout yesterday because it was disgustingly drenched it looked like I just got out of a pool. it was actually dripping....

Enjoy the rest. I have a nice 8 day break coming up myself.

How long til your car is fixed.
hopefully some guys in the shop will be taking care of it today. 8 day break nice! vacationing right?
