Alright so this is long overdue but thankfully the guys at Performax Labs understood my issue with not starting last week! Id like to give a HYOOOOOGE shoutout to the rest of the crew for selecting me to run a bottle of their Alphamax and OxyMax XT in a log! This is much needed considering I have been recomping (dirty) and been on a high intensity lifting program most of the summer for some training in college (I throw) So I had been having 2 a days up until the beginning of august basically and now I need to stop eating like im working out twice a day and drop some body fat!. I will be posting pics over the course of these 4-5 weeks im running and also weight updates. Im gonna type all about myself here in a second and then if I leave anything out just ask!

Height 6ft
Weight 235~ roughly on sunday morning I was 237 but debloated yesterday with lots of liquids
trained for about 8 years but 6 seriously
Former very obese individual
Looking to stay around 235 during this log but drop body fat!
Current maxes
Bench 325
Squat 435+ (hit 7 singles at 435 but may have been assisted on last few 3 weeks ago)
Deadlift? (don't really deadlift for the sport but most I have done was 585)
Clean/Power Clean 285
Hang Clean 285
Snatch 225
Close Grip bench 285+ (haven't had a true max on this but working sets go up to 265 for triples sometimes 4)
Front squat 355
Current split is a 3 day a week (squat almost every day) program with arms on the weekend! Ill actually be stating school in 2 weeks so my program will again change and im hoping to look decent for when I go back
