I'm impressed so far my workout was crazy first time. I really needed a stim break so I was able to tell that this packs a serious punch

Sorry I forgot to post but 4 pills so far are just insane amount in of energy. I am a former power lifter so your going to see decent numbers. I did shoulders on 8/20/15 high reps

Nothing crazy just out to eat, every year we go to Miami but next year I'm surprising my kid with a week at Disney, 1sf time and I want to do it big so we are chilling thus year with the traveling.

Where do you live now? I used to live south of Miami but moved to palm beach county this year. We go to Orlando every three months or so

boston, but i have a lot of family that lives in miami, one lives right on collins in south beach i love going to see him lolol.

no gym today its my wife's birthday, i picked up a new powdered multivitamin with more antioxidants and stuff for my stomach. I have a really sensitive stomach and i have been bloating alot. i may need more water with the caps around my workout. has anyone used DUP training style here over a long period of time ? if so, has it worked ? i need to increase my front squat numbers.

I hadn't trained that style before. I recommend trying some opposing muscle groups sessions poliquin style. Slow the tempo down. :)

I've been reading into it a bit might give it a go soon. Little update I hit the gym 9/6 need to post that workout. I demolished legs again and some traps. My traps are like non existent right now and I need to get them back.

What kinds of shrugs do you employ? When I want to beef up back there I like to do them on shoulder, and back day. :dance:

Shrugs I'm actually doing them today after legs my back is shot right now

Db shrug
70,80,90,100,100x20 then drop set back down 100,90,80,70,60 amrap

Then barbell behind the back shrug
135 x amrap then high row the 135 for 4 sets of 12-15

Str8 bar cables shrug
150x4x10 then super set with same bar high row same weight 4x10

If you can still do more I go on incline bench and grab 80s usually and shrug until I can't lift the weight anymore lol.

Goblets hit a different angle for sure. Seldom see people doing them any more. Great for mobility too!

I do crossfit and today's metcon included 108 goblet squats with a 60# kettlebell...my quads are crying
