I am just taking this product. GNO sent it to me to take.
Gotcha. Might want to look into PCT. There are heated debates on suppression/shut down. Many guys recommend a full PCT with a SERM. Also, it might raise your estro. Will be great for your joints, but you might started to get bloated. Maybe look into a mild AI to have on hand. Just my 2 cents!

Also, the half life of Osta is like 23.8 hours, so most guys dose it once a day. I THINK (don't hold me to it) that I read somewhere that it is actually more beneficial to take it all in one daily dose and not split it up. OL reps may be able to chime in.

Highly reccommend pct... Osta made me feel like absolute trash deep into my run. Natural test, libido, sleep, etc was all a mess.

When you get used to it and see you agree with it, just dose an hour before workout. I think you will like it. Also it dropped my libido at 25mg and took dhea which fixed it.

PCT is necessary for sure. Iam on it right now trying to keep up with the same weights

I usually workout upon waking, mid afternoon or late night, so i will just adjust as needed and split my dose throughout the day to make it easy.

I must have an iron gut... I've been eating 33oz of broccoli rabe every night when I'm in canada and I'm fine. If anything, I only have issues when I eat too much fat, not fiber.

I'm in - you are looking good man. I am trying to get down to 160 and won't be anywhere near that ripped I don't think. How tall are you? For a PCT, might I suggest an Exotherm and/or Alphamax run - I'm currently on ET and really liking it.

Short guy crew checking in! I'm 5'7" but I have a 6'1" wingspan! I think it's due to my scoliosis (44 degree curve in my spine). Sucks on a lot of pressing movements, but I think it's one of the reasons why my DL is so much higher than my other lifts!

Yeah. Bob and I are about the same height. Only difference is he has more muscle mass than me :( His pics above don't lie!

In. Don't forget to check your BP. When I ran Osta the BP was elevated enough to require support supplements.
