Thanks to MindandMuscle for giving me this opp to log their liquid eq! I will be dosing exactly like the bottle calls for. I started first dose Sunday. It has a good taste and love it being liquid form.

Hit up legs on Monday. Was feeling ok just busy day as I had to take the baby in to see doc. Turn out he has bilateral pneumonia. He's ok now just home with older brothers and Grandpa.

legs:

leg press: 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 8, 10 plates x 6 did calf ext after each set

lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 10, 10, 70 lbs x 10

seated leg curls: 180 lbs x 10, 10, 210 lbs x 10

knee up machine: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

Wasn't any room to do our walking lunges so did 45 lb straight bar standing lunges x 10,10,10

Today hit up chest. We got one of my cousins working out with us now. He's onky 20 plays baseball.

Today hit up 30 minutes of rackett ball at lunch. Then after work biceps

Biceps:

Spider db curls 40 lb x 8 8 35 lbs x 10

Standing alt db curls 35 lbs x 10 8 45 lbs x 7

Ez bar curl drop sets 1 set 10 total 5 lb plates 8 reps on each set to bar 2nd set same but with 12 total 5 lb plates

High pully cable curls 60 lbs x 10 50 lb x 8 40 lbs x 10

Going good! Had a softball tournament Friday played til 2 am. Then Saturday went to gym and did 2 miles treadmill with 20 minutes sauna. Nothing yesterday, had my son's 1 yr birthday party. Got Racquetball today at lunch then legs at gym.

It's my grip. Once I get the weight up it's ok, but our gym bars suck. Mine at my house is awesome, but im not going to bring it to gym for others to destroy. The one we had to use yesterday and the weirdest grip and my right side arm has been feeling weird when lifting like loosing strength.

Went to gym yesterday did 1 mile track! Went to gym did 1 mile warm up treadmill. Doing sprints on the treadmill although I don't like that because I feel like an earthquake bout to start lol. Then did triceps with a friend of mine that's a ballerina and played softball. What I'd give to be 21 again smh. Then did another mile on treadmill with her after.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!! No lifting over the weekend. Had a softball tourney Friday night. We played 6 games went 4 and 2 and finished 3rd out of 17 teams got home at 5:15 am. Saturday got back up went to track and did 2 miles at track and then 15 minutes sauna.

Did 35 to 40 minutes of racquetball at lunch. When I say I was soaked I looked like some one had threw me into a pool. After work leg day!

Hit treadmill after work got my mile to 14.35 minutes then did legs and abs! Thats right abs for first time in years!!

Went to lunch gym did 7 min warm up on treadmill then some shoulders with my friend Taz.

Shoulders:

45 lb plate tri set with 10 reps on each exercise. front right rows, upright rows and over head press 3 sets

db shoulder presses: 45 lbs x 10, 55 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10,10 30 lbs x 15

behind neck pull downs: 100 lbs x 10, 10, 85 lbs x 15,15

side db laterial rasies: 15 lbs x 10,10,10

Sorry was out from Wednesday til Saturday food poisoning from hell! Saturday hit up cardio on treadmill Got my mile from 14s 15 ish to 12 minutes 33 seconds!!! Down to 214!!

Idk wth you call this friend had us try them take seated bench by cable machine. Take d bar cable handle and moves towards opposite side like your punching some one lol did 3 sets 8 reps

One thing I've noticed so far with this log is an increase in aggression. Coming close to my end of cycle this week. My strength in chest is doing much better. I have had a shoulder discomfort similar to when I had to have surgery for bone spur and impingement few yrs ago. But been battling through it.

After work did mile on elptical then half mile treadmill. Then legs
