It's time for a pyrobatt log and this one should be a doozy! Excuse the following wall of text. I just have a lot to say.

Here's what I'm running




Gw 1516 does the following:
Fat burning, increased endurance, increased hdl,lowered VLDL(which is the step before the conversion to LDL) and muscle retention plus more. I'm expecting to see some results given the hype train with gw.

I'm 2 weeks into my diet. I started at 229and after 2 weeks I'm down to 225.6. That's a loss of 3.4 pounds via scale weight which is mainly water. My goal weight is 200 and maybe 195. I don't think I'll be in the 190s anymore lean. I've put on enough mass that 200s may be my new go to shredded weight. We shall see. Diet break down is at the bottom.

Why do you not see any ph's or anabolics?
I'm on the drug free train again. After me doing a few cycles and trying to deal with the side effect/reward system was a bit much for me at the height of use so no more for a while.
GW is non hormonal and should give me that edge I like without needing to take 4 to 8 weeks of my life to pct and stall progress. Plus me and the wife are trying to have a baby.Fertility while on is not optimal. Gotta make sure my junk is on point.

What better brand to go with than chaos and pain. After all....I do rep for them. I never thought I would find a company up to my standards but CNP is what I was hopeing for.

I mentioned him so he can see for sure I'm not just selling the product he shot over to me on ebay. LOL!
Lets get on to some staples I'll be using so you guys know exactly what I'm using.

Staple supplements:
Cannibal ferox(one of the best pre work outs in the world in my honest opinion.)
Cannibal permaswole( I use it for an agmatine,citruline source and BA source. Something the product has already that I would normally buy in bulk.)
Cannibal genius(Nootpept plus alpha GPC plus theanine which is again something I would buy in bulk.)
cannibal davinchi(mucuna pruriens plus alpha gpc plus picamilon which is again...something I would buy in bulk anyway)
Yes you see a trend here with all chaos and pain products but some of these I bought and a few were given to me. I'm using a brand I trust and believe in.
Other staples: walmart fish oil, cinnamon extract at 1g or 2g dosages, bulk alcar at 500mg and a cheap multi from walmart.

These are pretty much what I take year round so the only extra is the GW.

Dosage scheme:
I'm thinking of staying at 10mg if it "just works" and up to 20 if I'm feeling frisky.
Diet breakdown:
240g protien
65 to 75 g fat
rest is carbs.
Refeeds will be added as needed. Now lets get this bitch started!


My first dose was today. Nothing to report except I needed coffee this morning. I only got about 5 to 6 hrs of sleep. For me this is slacking. Oh and...if you're interested in my food...add me on myfitness pal. I track ever single god damn day with that ****. Oh bro. It's easy when you get on the website. Are you using the mobile app?

On the website it's a printable option. View it,print screen,edit in paint and you too can post epic meal macros!

I may do a video tutorial on the chaos and pain YouTube channel. Me and the big baws CNPWayne are in the talks.
I may actually be a content producer here pretty soon for the blog and Facebook. We shall see.

Okay so here's your training secrets! I get my ass to the GYM and LIFT!

But seriously....Here's my monday portion of my routine

Monday = "power" lower day.

Squats 3x6
deads 2x6
stiff legged one leg db deads(really work those glutes and hammys) 3x8 to 12

^ that is just me going for big weight. I do higher rep ranges on Thursday and Saturday.

After that work is done I waddle my already spent legs and ass(WORK YOUR GOD DAMN GLUTES) over to the db rack,grab a 75 and go on over to do my....as I like to call it..."conditioning" aka my cardio.

It certainly doesn't feel like lifting but it doesn't feel like cardio either.

3 sets of weighted rope climbs(20 lb vest) , goblet squats(today with 75) and medicine ball slams in a super set.BACK TO BACK! Enough rest to "catch my breath" then back to it. THE best type of cardio makes you feel like a bad ass when you are done and today I felt like a bad ass.

I finish up with hip abductor/adduction work on the thigh machine that NOBODY should make eye contact on. DON'T LOOK AT ME WHEN I'M SPREADING MY LEGS BRO!

2 sets each 8 to 12 reps.

Then like 1 set of rotator cuff health work plus stretching. It's not my most exciting day of the week (I love saturdays upperbody) but it does keep my lower game on point.

I've read conflicting things on hip abducter adducter with some stating that it overstretche the muscle and actually causes more harm than good. But then again meat can cause cancer but it's still delicious

Some people also argue that squats are bad for your knees. Bodybuilders gotta bodybuild.

Good morning. Got my coffee ,did my food and getting **** done.

Excuse the extra chin. That's what happens when you eat white rice and 400+carbs a day.

My food is switched up a little. I've got more chicken,more rice, less potato....ect.

Unfortunately no cream cheese and if you guys want food porn let me know.I will update you guys on the Tuesday portion of my routine after my workout. I might actually upload a gaming video today on YouTube. The sound of my silky smooth voice plus games equals win.

I hope so too. What made you lose faith?
I know you have to test a supp for yourself to find out its benefits but so many reviews said it did nothing more than act as a GDA

It works well as a gda but it's much more than that. Much more. I'm doing a write up pretty soon. I'll link it here when I'm done compiling data and it looks pretty. It's a mess of notes atm.

Side note...I just hit 135 x6 on my ohp. I'm ****ing happy as hell! My long arms have been blessed this day. I have triumphed.

Yes my gym allows chalk and yes I'm doing semi live updates. Pr . 35 for 6 on pull ups at 225. Could be due to reduced weight. Only 5 lbs but still.

Look at how warn out my dip belt is. Almost time to retire the 2 year old thing.

Yes it is non hormonal however. ..as much as I would love you to buy something from chaos and pain, I would advise against cutting in pct. Hormonally speaking you would be better off using after your pct. Over all results wise.

I can however suggest our alpha pct product and I can also suggest an ingredient called huperzine a. It can increase gh via somasatin inhibition. This can do a few things....

1. Make your gains easier to hold on to
2. Help fight fat gain in pct.
3.help with mental fog in pct.


Although we do not carry it unfortunately.

DaVinci and genius in our product line however can help with number 3.

Decreased mental fog (directly caused by homeostasis doing its job and re balancing everything including brain chemicals and neurotransmitters)
Can make your pct easier by a long shot.

Oh yes. I'm trying to talk wayne into us carrying huperzine a in bulk. However I will say it needs to be taken in a cycle. 5 days on 2 off. Otherwise it can have some...effects.

It can actually "over do it" and make you emotionally unstable. Ace inhibiting effect of huperzine. Inhibiting things for too long usually ends badly. For example....estrogen and joints.

I drink 1-2 of those flavored sparkling waters from wal-mart every day and have for the last 2-3 years when I cut because it satisfies my sweet tooth. If asculfame/aspartame don't give me cancer when im 50 im writing a huge report and gonna make millions off of why that's bullsh*t

Heres a little bit about me and my health concerns.

I'm adopted(happily ) and I am constantly worried about my health as I do NOT have ANY information on my biological parents.

They could have a high rate of cancer.

If I was concerned about cancer risk via gw I wouldn't be taking it. Trust me on that.

That will be heavily covered in my write up as well as low blood sugar concerns .
