Kudos on trying different things. That's exactly what these logs are for. Play around with it. You guys are our go to evidence of what will work and what won't. Keep it up!The label calls for 4 ml 2 times a day, because that’s convenient. You take it before you leave for the day and before you lift or before bed if you don’t lift that day. But for me, I do 2 ml 4 times a day or even better on heavy days I will do 1 ml 8 times a day! With that I can get the most out of it !!!
This sounds great!I feel strong and seem to be more hungry more often than when I'm not on it.
Any weight gain or leaning?So far I noticed massive hunger. I feel stronger despite not working out for a month from my car accident and constantly eating more than when I was not on it so I know it's doing something !!
