Alright yall, I just got a small bottle of absolutely abliderated and a large bottle of eviscerate smolder in the mail today! Since I have never used a topical of any nature I thought I would go ahead and log it!
Some of my stats are:
Height: 5'7
Weight: 190. Bf% ~17%
Age: 21
Training style: to be continued...I will update this as I'm about to make a change to it
Training purpose: to lose body fat while maintaining lean body mass
I'm going to shoot for 2800 calories a day, I don't always keep track of all my macros exactly but I'm gonna try to high protein (100+ g)
Moderate fat, and moderate to low carbs depending on the day (usually under 100g)
Other supplements that I will be using include ergonine (best supplement ever made in my opinion) fish oil, joint complex, and protein powders (select and syntha-6). If needed or wanted for a workout I'll throw in high volume or sometimes alphamine if I need a stim kick and I will let yall know if I do.
I'll try to give yall an idea of my workouts/food everyday but since this is an UNSPONSORED and unprompted log I might miss every now and then but for yalls reading pleasure and information for dsade information I will try to be very thorough
