Alright yall, I just got a small bottle of absolutely abliderated and a large bottle of eviscerate smolder in the mail today! Since I have never used a topical of any nature I thought I would go ahead and log it!
Some of my stats are:
Height: 5'7
Weight: 190. Bf% ~17%
Age: 21
Training style: to be continued...I will update this as I'm about to make a change to it
Training purpose: to lose body fat while maintaining lean body mass

I'm going to shoot for 2800 calories a day, I don't always keep track of all my macros exactly but I'm gonna try to high protein (100+ g)
Moderate fat, and moderate to low carbs depending on the day (usually under 100g)

Other supplements that I will be using include ergonine (best supplement ever made in my opinion) fish oil, joint complex, and protein powders (select and syntha-6). If needed or wanted for a workout I'll throw in high volume or sometimes alphamine if I need a stim kick and I will let yall know if I do.

I'll try to give yall an idea of my workouts/food everyday but since this is an UNSPONSORED and unprompted log I might miss every now and then but for yalls reading pleasure and information for dsade information I will try to be very thorough

Had my first application about an hour ago, nice smooth burn. Not uncomfortable at all. But slightly itchy at first

Well surprisingly today has gone by pretty well! I was out late last night because I went to go see yelawolf and hillbilly casino with a good friend and it was a hell of a show but I got to sleep around 1 compared to my usual 10. I missed out on a few hours of sleep but didn't have any problems getting up this morning for work (5:30 am). Upon wakening I washed/scrubbed my abdomen area and applied both eviscerate and ab ab. The job I work is somewhat active so at certain times I'd feel the "smolder" sensation which actually helped to keep me going a little bit today. During my lunch I played about 40 minutes of basketball and was sweating and could really feel the heat in my core! Even lifted up my shirt and noticed it was pretty red. It was a little bit of an intense burn but not unbearable. After work I took my e9 and headed to the gym for legs/abs

5 minute warm up running then a few sets of body weight lunges to get everything going

Back squats 2 sets of 15 at 225 lbs (after working up to it)

Front squat 3 sets of 10 at 135lbs
2 sets of 6 at 185lbs
2 sets of 5 at 225lbs

Overhead squat
3 sets of 6 at 135lbs

Lunges
5 sets of 8 (each leg) at 185

Side lunges
Just with the bar and a total of 40 each leg

Leg extensions
3 sets to failure at the 6th peg haha there are no numbers for weight marked on the machine

Reverse hypers w/ 25lb plate strapped on for 3 sets to failure

Abs,

Hanging leg raises times a lot, mountain climbers for a total of 3 minutes, bicycles x20 each leg for 4 sets

I do some sort of calf exercise as a superset for almost every lift on leg days to catch my breath/get ready
Then I finished with 18 minutes of stationary bike, 4 of those minutes being hiit.
Overall a good day, I'm about to go get some BBQ and watch some baseball. I'll ipdate on cals/diet later

Alright. I've been so worn out lately due to work early and staying up later than I normally due so I tried to sleep in today...didn't happen. Got up around 7 and washed my stomach to apply ab ab and then smolder. Didn't work out today but I was very active. Did a lot of trimming of the trees with a pole saw (damn near a shoulder workout in itself) and I was sweating BIG time. I've noticed the past couple days that I have sweat a lot more with activity. Also the burn today wasn't near as much as it was yesterday. Dinner tonight

bacon wrapped onions with a thick ribeye and some loaded mashed potatoes

Woke up at 5:30 and applied both products and headed out the door for work. Played about 40 minutes of basketball on my lunch break and was pretty sweaty. I think I'm starting to get used to the burn sensation because it doesn't seem as much as the first 2 applications. This morning I also rubbed a little extra on my chest because I was working out chest and back...
Workout:
Incline 4 sets of 10 at 185 with push-ups to failure between sets
Then pull ups 5 sets to failure
Pec deck 4 sets of 12 superset with incline push ups
Cable rows 5 sets of carrying reps, going down but increasing weight
Dumbell incline with 80lbs for 2 sets of 8
Let's pull down with just 100lbs but sets of 20
There are a few more various exercises but only done for 1 set each and then I finished with 200 strokes of rows (machine) as fast as I could do them

Alright woke up this morning at 5:30, put on both and headed out the door. Didn't play my 40 minutes of basketball today but I still played 20 and mowed/weedeated the yard . Today I knew I was gonna do bis/tris so I put some extra on my arms and noticed a little more vascularity during my workout. Pretty awesome. I also noticed that the burn stayed longer on my arms than my abdomen

Hammer curls on incline bench 3x10
Regular curls on incline bench
3x10
Then repeated but standing
Over head tricep extensions
5x10
Dips 3xfailure (with 30lb vest)
Wide grip curls tricep extensions drop set

Sorry I've missed the past couple days I've been crazy busy. Anyways, been dosing 2x a day. Morning and about 12 hours later. It's been a week and id say I can notice a little bit of fat loss and certainly "tighter" skin I'll get a picture up in the next day or so

Alright weighed in today at 188 which is 2 pounds lighter but I'll post a picture soon to see the real evidence.
I woke up and dos chest and tris
I didn't like this workout as I prefers to do chest and back/ arms but I worked out with a friend this weekend and I changed up what I normally do to fit his "rotation".
Anyways,
Warm up then incline bench for 6 sets at 185 followed by a burnout of push-ups
Close grip bench at 185 followed by a burn out of dips for 5 sets
And then skull crushers with a 70 for 4 sets of 10
Pec deck 3 sets of 10 and finished with underhand tricep extensions3 sets of 15

Fairly short and simple workout but lots of volume.

I then went to go watch a local baseball team play that has a bunch of kids I do lessons for. Applied ab ab/smolder just before and good lord, I was sweating like crazy! It certainly didn't help that it's all hot and humid down here in Texas!

Alright, no workout today but I was very active. 40 minutes of basketball and 3 rounds of disc golf. As always I was sweating a little more and I think that I've been getting more and more comfortable/familiar with the burn

Worked extra long today but I promised my little brother I'd do what I could to get him ready for his sophomore year of sports so I sucked it up and headed to the field to do some plyometrics and agility work. Sweat like crazy and got some great cardio this is definitely a workout I will try to be throwing in more often

Alright this log is gonna take a couple days break because I was outside yesterday and got a little sunburnt, I can't imagine how hot the eviscerate would be on top of that

BACK AT IT! Today I did bis/tris and did this workout plus my buddy wanted to "max out" on bench so I did what I could with being worn out. Got up to 275 and got it twice but didn't want to go further so I stopped there

Glad to have yeah, live has been crazy lately with my young sister having an emergency surgery to getting the worst stomach virus I've had in my life and haven't eaten anything but a protein shake in the last 2 days

Alright finally able to get back in the gym. Weighed in at 184 after lunch today. I'm still generally tired and feeling weak.

Back/Chest today
Deadlift for 6 sets
Incline bench for 5 sets
Seated cable rows x4
Pec dec x5
Incline dumbbell press squeezed together x 4
Lawnmower pulls x4

This workout wasn't my best but it was pretty much purely willpower to get through so I'm not disappointed

No workout today but I did play 45 minutes of basketball and played 18 holes of disc golf
