First off I just want to say thankyou to borobulker USPlabsRep classic34 for letting me get in on this even before the IC release! I love working with these guys and trying out their new products! The shirt was a pretty sweet bonus! Thanks guys

Starting stats:

Workout Schedule: currently I have just started the Body Beast workout program with one of my buddies with most days having a few extra exercises added on!

Supplements:
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
Creatine Monohydrate
Whey Protein
BCAAs before morning cardio


Log:
Points that I will be covering and focusing on in this log are
-Strength change
-Body Recomposition
-Mood / Alertness / Focus
-Libido changes? (ive read a few things on Spilanthes Acmella Extract and this seems to be common)


Dosing:
I will be taking the recommended two pills upon waking and 2 pills in the evening with food.

so..it is recommended to take with food? do you workout in mornings or just recommended to take in mornings regardless of when you workout? if you take it close to bedtime will it interfere with sleep?

It says with or without food. I workout at random times. it just depends on my work schedule. Usually it happens to be around 3 and Ill go for a jog or walk on the treadmill in the mornings

So today is day two on Ultimate T so Im just waiting for these to kick in and I cant wait!

Yesterdays workout was cardio and abs so I couldnt really gauge anything.

Todays workout is Build: Shoulders. Shoulder day is one of my favorites! Workout will be posted tonight

It says with or without food. I workout at random times. it just depends on my work schedule. Usually it happens to be around 3 and Ill go for a jog or walk on the treadmill in the mornings
thanks...so no specific instructions on dosing pre-workout, anytime will do?

At some point in the near future I definitely plan to. Don't have anything set up specifically yet, but Mrs. Beast wants a baby and we're gonna put this to the test LOL.

I was just about to make a post about this!

Yes some things I have been noticing about a 6days in now are

Increased strength - I feel like I am putting up some better weight and for longer at the gym
Increased appetite - I'm constantly hungry
Better sleep at night- I'm usually a morning person but I have not been wanting to get out of bed.

Weight: I am currently up 3 lbs( weighing fasted in the am)

Here are my past two workouts.
I have noticed that I have had awesome pumps thorough out these workouts and I'm sore in places that I haven't been before. I feel like my back is still pumped from yesterday's workout almost 24hrs ago.

Nice... Is that kind of a lingering swelling common for you?

Wowee... the results so far for you and others have been impressive! To be able to distinguish results in those areas after only two weeks is astounding. Somehow I missed this update earlier this week, boo me!

Somehow people are finishing up there logs. I am about a day in to week 4. I
know I've slacked this week. strength is going up like crazy as well as my appetite! Weight is up 5lb from the beginning.

I bought the insider deal so I'm going to run this for
Another month and keep this log going.

i am only 5 days in and my appetite is already much increased but even though i am eating more no weight gain so far.

Great to hear! An 8-week run should give you a much better picture of what Ultimate-T is capable of than a four week run. What great news.
