First off thanks to USP labs for choosing me to log this !


So I will keep an updated training/ eating log in here.
Little about me- 9 weeks ago sprained my MCL have not trained legs/deadlifted squatted in 9 + weeks. Its upset as I was training like a powerlifter
Some of my numbers were squat 385x5 with SBD sleeves, deadlift SUMO- 625x3 Flat Bench 335x2(Bro Reps) 335(1 rep competition style)

So I am hoping by the end of this bottle of Ultimate T I will be squatting and deadlifting again!

Today's

Flat Bench- 245,250,255,260,265,265(7)
45 Degree Incline Dumbell Press- 90,95,95(8)
Incline Pin Loaded Hammer strength press- 100,105,110,115(8 reps)
Machine One arm Peck deck- 3 sets of 10

French Press- 90,100,100,110(8 reps)
Vbar Pressdown- 4 sets of 10 reps
Dips BW x10 X2 sets BW +25lb (8)x3 sets

Overall great workout IMO
I have a Picture but they want me to post a few more times before I can put the picture up :)

Back today- needed to try some new stuff today

Pull Ups- 6 sets of 10
Meadows Row- 75,85,90(10) Dead stop style
Deadstop Barbell Row in the cage- 185(10)205(10)215(10) - these are great
Wide Grip Pull ups- 4 sets of 10 reps
Wide Grip Pulldowns- 180,200,210(10)
HS ISO high row(done with 5 second holds at the peak contraction) -75,85,85(10)- that TUT is killer
Wide Grip Pull Ups- 2 sets of 10

Overall great volume tonight!

Took 2 ultimate t upon waking and 2 pre workout about 9 hours later

Shoulder's and Bicep's!!!

Seated Military Dumbell Press- 80(10)x4 sets 85(6)pause reps- DS to 65(6) 50(8)- overall pausing on last set is killer!
Side Plate raises braced against a 90 degree bench- 25lb plates x12 reps of 5 sets!
Barbell Fat Grip Curls- 85(10)x4 sets DS to 60(10) 40(10)

Cable Side laterals- 4 sets of 10
Grip Force HAmmer Curls- 35(10)x3 sets- Fore arms were on fire at this point!
Spider Dumbell Curls- 30,35,35,35(10)- great movement

Overall not much volume but the direct delt and bicep work has been great the past 6 week or so

Great pump today not sure if utlimate T helps with this but felt super full in the delts today

15 degree Incline dumbell press-105,105,110,115(4) 120(3) Handles were crooked hard to hold!
Incline Dumbell Flies- 45,50,55,55(6)

Weight Dips- BW+25(6)Bw+50(6)bw+75(6) Bw+100(6)- PR I think
French press on 90 degree bench- 110(6)x3 sets
6 sets of 8 reps with 3 various grip pushdowns

Great workout today, strength is still going up lots of good volume loving the dumbell work again

Today's Back workout

Pendlay Rows -225,245,255,255(5) - have not done these in over 4 months
Pull ups- BW+50,BW+55x3 sets, BW +62.5 (5 reps for all set) PR
Chest Supported Tbar Row- 3plates +25(5)x2 sets 3plates+35(5)x2 sets - happy with this after the pull ups and pendlay rows
Banded Wide Grip Pulldowns- 135,145,155(6)
Tbar Pull Down-180,200,200(8)

Rear Dumbell Flies- 20,22.5,22.5(8)
Rear Cable Flies- 4 sets of 8 haven't done these in a long time, another goodie!
Overall pretty happy with my workout today.

Today's Shoulder And Bicep Power Day

Seated military Dumbell press- 105,105,105(5)
Standing Cage Press- 135,135,145(5)- doing these as a cage press much tougher then typical Standing press
Seated Side Laterals- 35,35,40,40(8)

Incline Dumbell Curls- 30,35,35,35(10)
SPider Bar Curls- 60,70,70(10)
Hammer curls- 40,45,50(8) Then 2 sets of 35 with Grip force on
Grenade Cable Curls- 3 sets of 10

Chest and Tricep Hypertrophy Focus


Flat Bench press- 240(10)250(10)x2 225(16)
Incline Barbell Bench- 185,195,195(8) Pause reps
Incline Flies- 40,40,45,50(12)- haven't done that many reps with a fly with this weight in a while
Decline HS press- 75,75,80(10)

CG Pause Bench Press-185,185,210,210(8 reps) all paused
Cable Kickbacks SS with Vbar Pressdown- Super sets for triceps are crazy - did 4 sets of 10 on each
Reverse Grip Pushdown(another movement I have been loving) 3 sets of 12

Overhead Dumbell Ext- 25(12)x2 sets
Did 3 sets of lying leg curls, and 3 sets of standing super light- ITs time to start training these legs very light again, at least the hamstrings, 11 weeks post day of the injury

Lower Back Extensions holding a 25 lbs plate- 6 sets of 10 reps

Wide Grip BW pull ups- 7 sets of 10
Dead Stop Wide Grip Barbell rows- 195(10)x3 sets
CG pulldown (2 second hold at the bottom) 160,170,170(10)
Standing 1 arm Low Cable rows- 3 sets of 10 -- this is a great movement
Rope Face Pulls- 3 sets of 10
Wide neutral Grip cable rows(4 second negatives) 170(10)x3 sets

Terrific workout today , sweating like crazy! added 55 calories into my macros this week thats always FUN

Some things I notice, more sweating and feeling hotter for sure, also pumps feel stronger not sure if Ultimate t is supposed to enhance those 2 things but both are happening every workout

Are you reverse dieting or was that 55 kcal just a tweak to your otherwise steady diet?

Those are good signs!

I was in a maintaining at 3025 for a while with one free meal a week. Now bumped it up but added some 10 minutes of cardio on bike to rehab my knee. burning about 120 calories in 10 mins, nothing crazy. So far I feel pretty good with ultimate T as far as sweating would like to see how 8 weeks of this goes

Pump for sure and the increase in temp could be from the increased intensity in the gym.

well after 5 hours of sleep got up and hit shoulders and biceps more of a heavy day but still keeping the form tight!

Seated Dumbell Military Press- 105(4)x3 sets 105(5)x2 sets- good Heavy Pressing Volume
Side laterals- 35,40,45,50(8)
Seated Military Dead Stop Press-145(8)x2 sets 165(8)- so akward, going back to cage press

Grip Force Barbell Curls- 85,95,95(8)
Incline Dumbell Curls- 30(10)x2 sets 35(10)x2 sets- great exercise
MAchine Preacher Curls- 80,90,100,110(10)- never used this one was good, not a preacher but pad is just horizontal on no angle
Hammer curls- 45(10)x2 sets

then did 7 minutes on the bike burning 100 kcals
Another goodie in the books, Sweating like crazy today, happy with the way my strength is progressing

Still taking 2 pills pre workout and 2 pills about 4 hours after my workout is over

Have you trued Modern Creatine yet? Very simple with creatine anhydrous plus the addition of betaine but feedback has been great. Adding beta alanine to that combo only makes it better!

I set it up like this to simulate a seal row only way my gym will let me do it- 3plates(6) dead stop reps- Really good
ISO high row- 125,135,140(7) 100(8)-- last set done with 5 second negatives
Deadlifts-315(7)365(7)x3 sets
Tbar Cable rows-220(7)x3 sets
Rear Cable Flies SS with Rope Face Pulls- 4 sets of 8--- crazy trap rear delt burn
Finished with Wide Grip Lat Pulldown- 205(7)x4 sets

OVerall Much better workout today got a lot more sleep and killed it!

Grip Force CAble Curls SS with barbell reverse Curls 4 sets of 12

Rope Crunches- 3 sets of 10
Ab wheel roll outs- this is some stretch
3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises
Finished with 15 minutes of cardio!
Sweat like crazy TODAY

I have not sweat this much with a product since I was taking 1-3DM plus yohimbe a few years ago

I notice I feel pretty good considering the past few weeks I have been working anywhere from 15-25 hours of overtime, getting 5 hours of sleep or less most nights. So all in all pretty good, i'd say this product as a whole seems similar to a yohimbe type product

I normally stay this lean, or very close within 3lbs up or down.
Yohimbe I always, felt like I had more energy and sweat more, overeall had better workouts, and this product gives me the same feeling.

Impressive. Hmm, interesting. I see more people displeased than pleased with their experience using yohimbe but that's great that you gain those things from it. Personally I do enjoy yohimbine HCL up to higher amounts, though it's been quite a few years. I patiently (semi-patiently) await your final review of Ultimate-T!

For simple fact that I'm a little lazy. Did you have to cycle this 5 on 2 off? Also is this product you feel needs to be 30 days on and 30 off or something to that effect?
