First up a big thanks to Ageforce and wicked442 for an opportunity to log my experience with Ageforce HGH patches, in fact 3 months of patches.

So a bit about me, my training style and what I would like to get from this product.

I not far off being 36 and have been training for about 14 years. I have a couple of niggling injuries like most people and I just try to work around them. At the moment I and doing 5/3/1 with added accessory work, and I will probably stick at it for another 2 months.

I am hoping to get better recovery and maybe even fix up or feel a bit better with my left bicep, which has been an annoying injury for a while. Some nice deep sleep will also be great.

The HGH patches are supposed to be 1 day on 4 days off. I run it as suggested for the first month and then maybe bump it up to 1 day on 3 days off. I'm not expecting anything straight away as HGH does take a while to do its thing.

I'll have a before pic up tomorrow morning and we will see if I become a believer of the Ageforce HGH patches.

So had my first night on with the patch last night. Obviously not a lot to report, but those little patches stick real well, and there is no chance that is coming off while you sleep.

Had an easy night tonight and went in for some cardio and core work.

I have a very slight rash from where I had the patch on over night, but this could be due to it being on for about 14 hours as I forgot to take it off this morning.

Weighed myself for the first time in a while and I'm sitting at 84kg, so we'll see if the HGH patches have any impact on weight. Although I go more by what the mirror says.

lookin good man, killin the routines! I've noticed the IGF patches working a little quicker maybe cause their during the day but also cause IGF is probably high from the HGH alone and adding the IGF-1/MGF patch increases that much more, im feeling faster recovery from DOMS the past few days and I know for a fact its the patches. theres just no mimicking the feelings of increased IGF/HGH

also I have been getting a little skin irritation sometimes from the igf mostly, I think that means its working lol I just move it around and it doesn't bother that much

hell yea, its an awesome feeling, almost blows your mind cause I know I was HURTING for two days, that third day typically is just as bad, not this time, woke up on day 3 and all day I was testing myself out until I finally realized "yup, its the patches."

It's been a couple of days between updates. In that time Ihave trained Legs, with squats being the main move and chest with some back and shoulder accesory work. I think recovery is better and I am not normally one to remember dreams, but I have been having a fewIremember since startingthe patches. Only early days with the HGH patches, so I hope it keeps getting better as I wear the patches more.

I'm home from work so I was back in my local gym this morning. Shoulders with upper accessories.

Seated OHP 40*3*1, 45*3*1, AMRAP 50*9*1, 45*10*2, 45*7*1, 30*15*2
incline db press 27.5*10*2, 27.5*8*1, 22.5*14*1, 22.5*12*1
Ss
Tbar row 30*10*1, 32.5*10*1, 35*10*1, 30*15*2
Cable lat raises 20*14*2
Ss
Straight arm pulldown 60*15*1, 80*15*1
Ss
Cable x over 60*10*1, 50*15*1
Farmers walk 80*60 steps *3

Felt good this morning in the gym. Still having vivid dreams at night, which is great. My next session will be SLDL as the primary move and normally my hammies take longest to recover so it will be an indication if the HGH patches are starting to work.

We've had some solid swell hitting west oz over the last few days, so I took that opportunity to get out on the esky lid and have some fun.

Back in the gym this morning and SLDL was the primary move with other leg accessory work.

SLDL 55*3*1, 62.5*3*1, 70*10*1, 75*5*1, 62.5*10*2, 50*15*2
Smith machine close feet squats 45*10*1, 47.5*10*1, 50*10*2, 52.5*10*1
Lying leg curls 40*10*3
Ss
Leg extensions 77.5*10*2, 77.5*12*1
Smith calve raises 40*20*1, 60*15*1, 80*10*1, 60*15*1, 40*20*1

Nice sesh, I'll really be able to see if I am getting increased recovery with HGH patch after today as my hammies normally take a few days to recover.

Hell yes, good to hear man, HGH patch should help tonight~! how long you been on so far?? that HGH helped my Doms within 2 days and it was DEEP leg soreness, like couldn't sit down, stand up etc..

Think I'm coming up to my forth patch, and that is sticking with recommendations of 1 day on 4 days off. After the first month of patches I reckon I'll increase the use to twice a week or 1 day on 3 days off. I think that would work great.

that's basically what I started doing after the 3rd patch I believe, im going on my 7th patch/2nd 30 day package of HGH powerpatches and finished my first IGF-1/MGF patches today. two more to go so i'm looking forward to what they bring, I think the 1 on/3 off is the best ratio but I might bump to 1 on 2 off real soon here, maybe in about 2 more patches ill do that, the IGF-1/MGF patches seem to be perfect at Every other day to 1 on/2 off.. if I do switch it to 2 days off on the HGH I will slow down the IGF to every 2 days as well and run them together back to back HGH at night. IGF during the day... very interesting stuff, just takes time to figure It out. making sure not to do too much too quick but also too less and kind of wasting them..

Alright I whacked the HGH power patch on last night before bed and went to sleep with DOMS in my calves and slightly in my hammies. Woke up and hammies were pretty good but calves were still sore. But today was squat day and who really wants to do cardio.

Squats 62.5*3*1, 72.5*3*1, 82.5*8*1, 87.5*5*1, 72.5*10*2, 60*15*2
Hyper extensions 12.5*10*4, 15*10*1
Kettle bell swings 16*15*1, 20*15*2
Weighted planks 10*30 sex *3
Paloff press 30*15*1, 30*20*1, 30*30*1

Feel a bit tight through the lower back, more than likely from my crappy squat technique. See how my legs pull up tomorrow.

hell yea, I think that's a good schedule 1 on 3 off, and always making sure the igf follows the next day for mine so it really sets the igf doses high.

Well I managed to get some leg work in tonight, but I wasn't following my program and didn't take any notes.
On a positive my sleep has been great and when I wake up I feel great.

I will get my training back on track and test the recovery aspect of these HGH patches.
