So I came home to this sexy bottle sitting on my front porch...

I've used about every single "pure" -(-)Epi product released (follidrex, follidrone, ep1c) so I have a fairly good idea what I'm supposed to notice while on an adequate dose.

I personally see an increase in:
Volume of assistance work
Magnitude of the pump
And I am able to put away calories with minimal fat gain

I will dose as I have every other -(-)Epi product:
2 caps pre workout
1 cap AM on off days

Training will stay 5/3/1 with Dave Tates periodization bible as assistance work. I'm honestly not going to track every exercise and rep on here but I will comment on effects coming from the product

Before photos (nudes :D) to follow as well as maybe some food porn

After yesterday's horizontal push/pull workout there was nothing new to note... Pumps were on point, endurance was great and this week it's 3x3 for the main lifts but I managed to rep out 7 on the last set :p

The start of this run matched up perfectly because I ended follidrone the day before starting Epi-plex so let the steady gains keep coming

Last night's dead session went great! Managed to pull 11 on my top set @ an RPE 8.5

The scale has been steadily going down about 1 lb a week for about 3 weeks so I will be adding more carbs periworkout in attempts to slow that down and increase performance

Currently my intake is approx: 65f/370c/200p and I don't really track veggies throughout the day (broccoli, Brussels, cauliflower, etc)

A typical postworkout meal consists of a box of cereal with protein or pancakes/waffles

Last night's was this little gem

They're pretty delicious but not extremely different than regular fruity pebbles... But smashing a box was the perfect way to cap off a great deadlift workout followed by prowler sprints

Today was an off day so I dose a cap first thing in the AM before breakfast...

I will mention the scale is continuing to inch down which leads me to believe that there could be slightly more -(-)Epi in Epi-plex than follidrone or it could be that the addition of piperine was a great idea

Weight is still dropping and I'm right at 180 :(

Today's OHP and vertical push/pull workout was fairly intense. Lots of supersets and lots of volume

My shoulders have begun to form a nice cap even without a pump. And a combination of the leaning effects and increased endurance of -(-)Epi, I know it has played a significant role

Next week I am expecting some nice numbers because it is my 5/3/1 week

About 2 week in pumps were significantly better and after 3 weeks in I began to see an increase in endurance

Right now the only variable from last month is changing from follidrone to Epi-plex and that's what I'm attributing my current weight loss to

Yesterday was the 3x3 week for squat and although nothing out of the ordinary happened and workout quality was as expected, I woke up this morning with crazy bad DOMS.

It's fairly unusual because I never really get them anymore since I've added HBCD and peptopro intra.

I went to the gym today just to do some an and calves work and to hit the sauna up to stretch out abit

Although I would consider myself small (now just nearly hanging onto 180) I feel fairly little :( and this is what I'm currently working with... Post sauna with No pump and no food since last nights post workout

Thanks bigT, it's taken a ton of trial and error over the years in regards to training and calorie manipulation.

Yesterday's day off was well needed to recover from Friday's workout as well as catching up on some homework, readings, and Labs. I'm definitely ready to kill it this week

Thanks bro! Motivation and appetite have never been lacking on my end haha but no, no suppression of appetite here. Just that little dip in weight.

I did however, manage to put away some serious food this weekend in attempts to stop the weight loss. So at least I've stabilized it.

Today I managed to put my top set of 5/3/1 bench up for 5 so that's a plus.

This is going to be a great week for gains

Well weight loss isn't my current goal at the moment but if I can continue to progress on my main 4 lifts then I guess I'll chalk it up as a win :D

Deadlift today was great. I managed to get a solid 5 on my top set.

I was a bit worried because I was recruited to participate in in an Ex. phys. project at school that consisted of 4 sets of 4 different lower body exercises until failure (16 total sets) and we then measure peak and avg torque using an isokinetic dynamometer and compare pre- and post readings for 2 consecutive days of this training... Needless to say my legs are pretty smoked right now

It'd be interesting to see if my fatigueability differed (was less) from those also in the study because of the -(-)epi

Out of the other male subjects I'm the strongest but in their defense most of them are sprinters and just graduated high school a 2-3 years ago...

I have at least 7 years of lifting experience on them haha

But once we normalize the data, the drop in torque will be measured in relation to its initial measurement and not everyone else's so the results will be complete objective

It's fairly cool stuff... My professor Todd Astorino has published a lot of studies on HIIT and we get to use pretty high speed equipment every day like a metabolic cart, the biodex, a full lab and they even have a bodpod and dexa scanner...and most of it is basically at our disposal for our research purposes

It's nice to have the chance to observe and measure the physiological changes in metabolism before, during, and after exercise

Today's OHP workout was pretty intense...

6 reps on the top set and for assistance work I started with 100 BW pull-ups and 100 dips and the goal was to complete them in as little time as possible.

Talk about a retarded pump

By that time I was pretty shot but I still managed to finish off rear delts and high pulls and called it a night

Weight is back up to 183 and muscle fullness is pretty great, I could attribute that to the increase in carbohydrate intake though

Today and tomorrow are my days off so I'll just be dosing the -(-)Epi first thing in the AM

Legs are toast from this week and last nights squat work but I still managed to triple on my top set. I probably could have grinded out 4 but I didn't have a spotter :(

Regardless I'm happy with it and I'll increase next month's numbers and get to it.

Lastly, I picked up some 41' bands (blue and red) to increase resistance on assistance work as well as some green 18'.... Does anyone use these in their training programs?

I've been following Breezy and I'm looking to incorporate some of the exercises he uses and add the bands to change the resistance throughout the movement

I started a new cycle of 5/3/1 today. Endurance at higher reps is still great as I managed to get 8 on my top set

Assistance work was pretty on point today as well. I incorporated some added band resistance to the HS row machine as well as on flat CG bench to finish out triceps. The tension created at the top part of the movement is pretty intense and lead to an even better pump than usual.

Has anyone else logging Epi-plex noted an increased hunger or like PROFUSE sweating? Like I've said before, I've used plenty of -(-)epi products in the past but I'm finding it significantly harder to satisfy my hunger as of late.
In addition to that I'm having to shower like 2x a day because I sweat pretty bad in my sleep and I'm dripping after my evening workout...

Neither of these two things are bad but I was just curious if anyone else is experiencing anything similar

Good deal man. It could just be that it's getting BALLS hot here in San Diego

Anyways I was feeling fairly strong today too set was 315 for 11 reps @ 8 RPE. A few months back I decided I really needed to work on my conventional DL form so I dropped my working maxes big time in order to focus on scapular retraction and finishing with my glutes and these small changes have paid dividends in my DL

Finished up with some prowler sprints as well as some farmers carries and that left me completely smoked.

I almost want to purchase another few bottles to stay on because the endurance during my workouts are phenomenal.

The general consensus is that there is no need to cycle off -(-)epi correct?

ImageUploadedByAnabolicMinds1435110004.351151.jpg

Pic I snapped during one of the last farmer's walk arms are fairly lean I'd say... And weight is back up to 185 after a serious weekend of eating

As far as I know people recommend taking a break but I don't think there is any real reason to cycle off. I may be wrong though. The only negative that I have read was that there is a possibility it may make the tendinitis brittle down the road. But I can not remember where I read that.

I've noticed the sweating as well. My back and neck are where I've noticed it the most, hours after working out. Hunger somewhat, I just upped my fat intake and it helped some.

Today's workout was going to be an OHP day but I've decided to sub that for clean and presses. And fudge... These destroyed me (in a great way)

Assistance work was great and the sweating has not subsided but my weight is going back in the right direction (184 this morning)
