Well I just finished an 8 week cycle of M1tOxime and DMZ and put on some decent mass which was nice because I was trying to cut.
For this pct I will be using
Torem
Xgels with ALCAR and GMS
Reduce XT
DAA
Albuterol
And some various pre workouts
I will be continuing my cut so my work outs will be higher volume.
My starting weight is 215 and I will be trying to cut down to around 200 I presume that I will have a quick initial weight loss due to coming off but I am hoping to maintain as much strength and size as possible

Wow only 8mg? Yeah better to stop that. I was getting some tough anxiety at 30mg of Osta. Depressive also.

Went and hit a light core and cardio day I am still feeling kind of run down. I am going to go light tomorrow and start fresh on Monday. On a side not the ARA is doing its trick and making me silly sore! weight is maintaining at 212

So recovery is enhanced for sure I am almost not sore at all after yesterday. I am switching to a 2 day on 1 day off schedule though.

Thoughts: well my pct is going well I am down to 209 so there was some glycogen stores that were inflated but my strength is staying up my libido has gone down a bit so I guess I was shut down more than I though.

Yea I'm moving out to temecula. Everything in north county was either a pos or too expensive.
I drove through Temecula once, it's beautiful.

High fat, moderate protein low carb definitely works. I've also been successful with it slightly changed
using high protein, moderate fat, low carb.
