First off I'd like to thank Millennium Sport Technologies for allowing me to log their products

Now the original plan was to log Shred and Riptide but jwa254 hooked me up with two extra products to log for your reading pleasure.

Current Stats-

* 200lb's today (had cheat meal yesterday so could be up to 10b of water weight...I struggle with that)
* Don't know BF% but id guess around 14-15% currently.
* (Ill get measurements up here too soon)

Goals-

* 185-190lb's within 30 days. Seems a lot to lose but I hold a huge amount of water.
* 11-12% BF
* Reduce waist measurement.

Plan-

Obviously I want to lean out (duh :) ) but make myself some gains too hopefully, thats where Somnidren & Carnage will help me out. As we all know sleep time is the best for recovery and growth, well Somnidren is perfectly tailored around that and Carnage is designed to boost carbonise levels in the muscles as well as Astragin thats going to improve the absorption of essential nutrients :)

If anything a Recomp would be ideal but I'm happy to just keep gains while losing fat.

Protocol-

Carnage- 2x caps in the AM then another 2 post-workout, non training days I'm just splitting the dose to 2x AM and 2x PM.
Somnidren- 5x caps 30-60mins before bed.

Riptide- 3x caps, split into 3x doses per day of 1 cap a time (3 caps total per day)
Shred Ultra- 2x caps pre-workout as i train fasted, then 2x before bed.

So lots of pills to swallow haha... Not to mention Im currently taking:

1x Multi
2x Laxogenin pills
1x Selenium to promote healthy skin.

So I think that covers everything... I started today so I'm excited to see my weight tomorrow AM after riptide has had time to strip water :)

Make sure you drink plenty of water. I think that is probably where i went wrong this week.
i only drank my normal amount that I usually drink (about 1 Gallon)

For sure man... Was going to update and say I've done nothing but urinate so far... It's 1pm here, started drinking this morning at 7am... Soo thirsty and have drank at least 3/4 of a gallon.

So... Morning verdict from yesterday and my workout from today...

Today's weight. 195... 5lb loss!! Told you guys I hold water badly haha.

The whole day I drank water, around 1 1/2 gallons, possibly 2.

Today's workout-

Deadlifts-

Bar x10
135 x5
225 x3
315 X1
405 X1

440x 3 x 3... Should really be hitting this for 5+ but my strength has slightly dropped off recently.

BB rows-

135x failure (3 sets)
225x failure (3 sets)

All underhand grip.

Wide grip lat pulls-

155x failure (4 sets)

Underhand lat pulls-

155x failure (3 sets)

Seated machine rows-

135x failure (4 sets)

Cable Rope rows-

1/2 stack x failure (3 sets)

Lat pullovers (rope)-

1/4 of stack x failure (4 sets)

Then onto biceps :)

Reverse curls (EZ bar) into seated curls-

45x failure, into 25x failure (4 sets)

Seated preacher curls-

All Drop sets.
80x failure, 50x failure, 25x failure (4 sets)

Cable curls-

1/2 stack x failure (4 sets)

Cardio-

200cals of incline walking (15mins)

So that's it for today, the sweating was UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The sleep last night was good except having to get up once for a wee and to drink some water as I was dehydrated, woke feeling energised and ready to go!

The Carnage tabs haven't felt like they have had an impact but then again... I won't 'feel' anything, just see changes.

All good so far.

Could easily hit 5x5 if I had a spotter, just don't want to risk it yet.

75x failure (4 sets) all controlled and partial reps to keep tension.

Incline DB flys-

40x failure (4 sets)

Standing Pec Dec-

110x failure (4 sets)

Seated chest press-

CGBP-

Tricep pushdowns into overhead ext-

So that's it for today, only did about 150cals cardio as my job makes me walk around 5miles a day... According to my pedometer I burn roughly 300cals :)

Sweating is like nothing else!!! Also a little stronger so maybe carnage plays a little role in this along with the sleeping tabs (forgot the name haha).

This morning weight was 197? That was a little unexpected as I make sure to drink 1 1/2-2 gallons per day.

That's why I don't like weighing myself everyday but ah well I look leaner :)

Today was shoulders.

Side laterals-

25x failure into 15x failure (5 sets)
45x 8 (2 sets)

Rear felt flys-

30x failure (4 sets)

Smith machine military press-

25lb each side x10 (2 sets)
45lb each side x10 (2 sets)
45 + 25 each side x8
45 + 35 each side x5
2x 45 each side x2 (2 sets) PR!!! Super happy about this.

Final set was 25 each side x failure (1 set)

Arnold press-

45 x failure (3 sets)

Tbar single arm shoulder press-

45+45 x failure (3 sets)

Cable side laterals-

Can't remember the weight... X failure (3 sets)

So that was it for today, great session and hitting a PR is always great :)

So I'm gaining strength while cutting which is awesome.

I've actually decided to drop carbs by 50g today and the rest of this week to see how I get on.

Supplement overview-

Sleep is great thanks to somnidren, waking up feeling great.

Shred ultra has me sweating like crazy!

Riptide is making me pee like a mad man haha

Carnage has no noticeable effect as of yet, unless it's helped me PR?

So far all good, feeling leaner for sure but the 2lb gain this morning was a bit of a surprise lol.

I hate weighing myself daily. i don't even like weighing myself 2 days in a row.
I usually do it once a week on the same day and time before the weekend.

Weight this AM (had not gone to toilet at this point)

195lb.. So back down again, hoping to see this drop to 193lb by Saturday.
Normal dosing of supplements:

4x Carnage
4x Shred
3x Riptide
5x Somnidren

Today was Legs!!! Was getting pumped before this workout as I was going for a heavy single on squats.

Squats-

5min of stretching
Bar x 10

405x 1

Top set… 420x1.. This felt damn heavy!

So that was it for squats.

SLDL’s w/ DB’s-
80x failure (4 sets)

Leg extension into lying ham curls-
265x failure, into 110x failure (4 sets)

45 degree Back ext w/barbell-
135x 10 (2 sets)
225x 5 (2 sets)
315x 1 (2 sets)

Close stance leg press-
Full stack x failure (3 sets)

And that was it today, no much volume today as it was a heavy singles day.

Cardio-
15min HIIT treadmill work.
+ Cardio at work (walking around) est. 300-400cals

Ive noticed that im definitely getting stronger 100% so something is working great :)
Also im feeling focused throughout the day and wide awake.. Somnidren must be helping with sleep too.

So todays morning weight (didn't use toilet before this) was 196? so up a lb according to the scale.

Im definitely drinking enough... 2 gallons per day, so its not that... Im going to drop my calls from 2400, to 2200 next week and see how I get on.
That should also drop me around 30-40carbs.

One thing I will say is that I forgot to mention im also running MST CRE 02 (forgot to mention this) so this could attribute to strength and possible weight gain alsong with the other things im taking like laxogenin & carnage.

Who knows lol.

Right so today was ARMS + Forearms!!!

BB Curls-

90x failure, 65x failure, 45x failure (5 sets)

EZ Curl-

90x failure, 65x failure, 45x failure, 25x failure (4 sets)

Standing Cable curls-

110x failure (4 sets)

Lying cable curls-

Seated alt curls-

Preacher curls-

Hammer curls using a bar (not a barbell)-

Right update time.

Yesterday (sat) I forgot to weigh myself...

But it was a chest day so I knew today would be a big difference in weight due to water retention.

Morning weight- 198lb... Expected that obviously, decided to do some cardio and another arm workout today.

I'm expecting to be around 195 tomorrow as salt was kept relit let low and I've drank nearly 2 gallons today.

I obviously have been taking riptide and shred ultra, along with carnage, somnidren and CRE 02 :)

Arm workout-

Everything today was a super set.

BB curls into Skull Crushers-

80x failure, 80x failure (5 sets)

21's into Tate press-

75x 21, 45x failure (4 sets)

Hammer curls into French press-

45x failure, 80x failure

Preacher curls into machine dips-

80x failure, full stack x failure (4 sets)

Lastly was just. Reverse curls-

75x failure (4 sets)

Cardio-

15mins (200cals)

So that's it for today felt great and sweated like crazy!!!

Mini update-

So it was a good week for all the MST supplements definatley noticed differences, I got a lot of weight fluctuation so I've decided to drop from 2400 cals to 2200.

This is reducing carbs by around 30-40g per day so hopefully that makes a difference, I'm also going to do 200-250 cals of cardio per day along with my normal walking I do at work.

Let's get this shredding on the road :)

Early start, in the gym for 5.15am today.

Flat BB Bench-

5min warm-up
barx 10

175x 8
225x 5,4,4,4.. Positive i could get 5x5 with a spotter. Everything just felt great today with bench, these were controlled reps with a minor pause at the bottom (1sec).

Incline DB Press-

70x failure (4 sets)... Heaviest that this gym goes (not my regular gym)

Incline DB fly's-

45x failure (4 sets)

Smith machine flat spoto press-

1x 25lb plate each side, wide grip... xfailure (4 sets)

Seated machine press-

Half of the stack.. x failure (4 sets)

Standing Pec dec-

135x failure, 110x failure, 90x failure, 60x failure, 45x failure.

Sadly I ran out of time for cardio :(

So far im very much enjoying this run and feel it has great potential. If an 8week cycle was done of these supplements, the results would be just INSANE!

Mini update on each product:

Somnidren- Sleep is fantastic, wake up ever so slightly 'out of it' but within a minute i feel refreshed.
CRE 02- Sure this is helping with strength and muscle fullness.
Carnage- Havent seen any effects from this really... Dont think you would though to be fair... It tingles though :)
Shred Ultra- This is the most intense thermogenic ive ever taken! I have never experienced sweating like this before!!!
Riptide- There is no doubt that this keeps water weight at bay.. Considering im normally up at least 5-6lb after a cheat day, its back to normal the next.

Man besides the sweating part that I love it gives solid energy. I'm not bouncing off the wall or having crash issues. Appetitie been good as well. I could use riptide all yr long
