Hello AM members!

This will be my DTH log, first thank you to Chuck to give me the chance to run the product.

About me: 37 years old, have been active all my life, I just recently rejoin a commercial gym after 5 years working only at home with a bowflex and some dumbbell,

Right now I a echography for my left knee next week to see if I have a meniscus tear, which I am 99.9% sure have since I have already had a piece of meniscus remove when I was 19 year old because of a football injury. So no squat and deadlift in the next month.

I have planned to lean out for this summer, by running is out of the equation for the moment, so I have started to do some interminante fasting from 8h00 PM to noon next day in order to continue loosing fat.

Scale in the morning indicates between 210 to 215 lbs.

Other supplement I am using:

Muscles tech clear muscle
Ephedrine
COP
Multivitamin

And I use different preworkout in rotation.

Today I did train at home and it went like this

Shoulders DB lateral raise
20lbs x 25
30lbs x 18,15,14,12

Standing DB shoulders press
40 lbs x 12,11,10,8

Bent over rear delt cable pul.
30lbs x 10,10,9,8

15 minutes P90X abs ripper X

I have started taking DHT yesterday I recommended on the bottle 1 cap 6 am and another one around 2 PM. So far I have a bit of balls pain, like manufacture have started up lol. Libido seems to be slowly creeping in. Other than that not more of a change.

Unfortunately tomorrow afternoon I live for a few short 3-4 day vacations back home, so I will not be weight training, but I will be able to comment on the HT effect when I come back.

I don t take a lot of ephedtine 4time 8 mg cap per day, maybe this is why, and yes not DHT BUT DTH LOL.

But i will let ephedrine a side in the next fwe day to ge a better feel if DTH

I will stop for a 2 weeks to be able to better asses the effect of DTH

Time for and update;

I am back from out of town I did train yesterday and it went like this:


Morning training went like this:

DB bench press 90lbs
x 10,8,7,6

Low incline DB bench press 75 lbs
x8,8,7,7


Push up, explosive on the way up, controle on the negative
14,10,8,8

Triceps cable push down 80 lbs
x 12,10,10,9

Horizontal bent over triceps push 70 lbs
x 14,13,12,12


PM workout
Standing DB curls 30lbs
x 50

40lbs
x 28,22,20,20

Standing DB hammer curls 40 lbs
x 30,30, 24,20

Inside forearms curls, no rest
30lbs x 25,14,9,7

Week one is in the bank here is a review for this week:

First 5 days I dose two Horse cap a day, 1 in the morning, one around 3 PM

Since yesterday and today I dose 2 caps am and 2 caps PM.

Effect:

-Libido boost is huge!!! My GF is already tire of me!
-Balls are heavy and painful
-Increase hunger from day one, and it does not seem to get better, I crave food, red meat, eggs
-Always thirsty, pee is yellow can seem to get enough water still I think I drink plenty of water trout out the day
-Aggression is up, especially if I am lacking sleep
-Pump seem to be better during training
-Pimple in my head, hairs
-Better mood, better clary, probably because of the Panax ginseng, Rhodiola Rosea.

That about it, I will be able to do more work out this week and see if it can improve my gym performance.

Today training at the gym, did not bring my log book but went like this

One arm barbell row 50lbs x 4 sets each side

Lat pull down cable 4 sets

Bent over barbell row 135 lbs x 4 sets

Seated EZ bar triceps behind the head 70lbs x 4 sets

Cable triceps push down

Was sweating like a pig, agression was up, good pump and good training

It was my cheat deal, 3 slide of meat pizza and a dougnut, I should be full and hard tomorow morning

Good workout, great pump, I needed to go train hard to let some anger out a bit. The effect from last week continue to applied, libido is up, mood also. So far so good,

I seem to have lean out a bit nothing major but still visible. Got my echo this week, some fluid in my knee so n running for now, will have the full resut later on and I might have to take a MRI

Ok since the last update I did 3 training but I did not log them in my log book, sometime, well most of the time I train I have a rough idea of what I want to do and then I go with the flow and see how my body react instead of trying to force thing.

Tuesday was shoulder at home

Standing lateral raise 4 sets

Seated DB press 4 sets

Up right cable with straight bar attach to cable (bow flex)

Rear shoulder raise with dumbbell

AM was P90x abs ripper X workout

Last night was Biceps and abs

Standing tow arms biceps curls 4 sets

Standing alternate hammer curls 4 sets

Seated concentrate curls 4 sets

Seated inside forearms curls

Today training at 6 am

Bench press 4 sets

Dips bodyweight 4 sets

Cable crossover 4 sets

Pump was still there a bit more painful since I am a bit leaner also, thing are going in the right direction.

I still love DTH, great libido and mood, I am more productive at work thank to the ginseng and rhodiola rosea.

I had plan a rest day for today, but i had to stay at home with my youngest daugther that was sick. So i did a little power nap with her in the earli afternoon. After the nap and my second dose of DTH, I felt good and ready to train.

Push up close hands 5 sets

low incline DB bench press 80lbs x 5 sets

DB shoulder lateral raise 30lbs x 5 sets

DB uprigth row 40 lbs x 5 sets

Standing simultanious DB biceps curls 40lbs x 4 sets

Standing DB alternated hammer curls 40lbs x 4 sets

Pretty good workout!

I finished my bottle of DTH around the 8 of june and here is my review:

Here is my review of my 20 days run, 5 on 2 off, 4 caps a day.

Definitely one of the best natural boosters I have ever used, if not the best, I felt more aggression bursts on this product, this product gave me the "on feeling, alpha feeling" which was awesome. Erection strength was really good. Strength was increase, not in the sense of doing PR, but taking the same weight as the week before and being able to handle it more easily with more reps.

Hairs and nails were growing pretty fast, almost annoying.

I got a few big pimples on the forehead to clear out about 1-2 weeks after the product.

I will weight myself tomorrow morning official, but I have lost weight, which is normal since I carbs cycle, but I have not lost a step in the gym.

Mood was better, more productive at work, great mood in general; my temper was high only after night where I did not get enough sleep

Some people do the critic that this is a lot of ingredients, but man look at the size of the capsules; this is not and under dose product.

Did it raise my test, I have no blood work to prove, does the increase in motivation was form the adaptogens rhodiola and Panax ginseng? Maybe, one thing I know it that I feel real good on this product.

I also add to cut taking caffeine, or pre workout pass 4 PM, since it made it difficult to sleep at night.

Overall, real good product, the proof is that I bought myself 3 others bottles. What a better proof than that?

Hey alvin1 thanks for the review/log. I think this is the only one someone actually finished on Hardcore. Also thanks for ordering 3 bottles.
Good info...the old version, pre 2010 people use to say their hair and nails grew like crazy but I havent seen that recently. All in all glad it worked.

I'll have you in mind to log new stuff as it comes out that's legal in Canada. I got my vegan protein line starting soon, might send you some to try out and
mini-review.

I have lost weight, which is normal since I carbs cycle, but I have not lost a step in the gym. Yes I check and I am between 200 to 210lbs compare to a month ago where I was at 210-215, so another 5 lbs drop without strenght lost!
