This will be my DTH log, first thank you to Chuck to give me the chance to run the product.
About me: 37 years old, have been active all my life, I just recently rejoin a commercial gym after 5 years working only at home with a bowflex and some dumbbell,
Right now I a echography for my left knee next week to see if I have a meniscus tear, which I am 99.9% sure have since I have already had a piece of meniscus remove when I was 19 year old because of a football injury. So no squat and deadlift in the next month.
I have planned to lean out for this summer, by running is out of the equation for the moment, so I have started to do some interminante fasting from 8h00 PM to noon next day in order to continue loosing fat.
Scale in the morning indicates between 210 to 215 lbs.
Other supplement I am using:
Muscles tech clear muscle
Ephedrine
COP
Multivitamin
And I use different preworkout in rotation.
Today I did train at home and it went like this
Shoulders DB lateral raise
20lbs x 25
30lbs x 18,15,14,12
Standing DB shoulders press
40 lbs x 12,11,10,8
Bent over rear delt cable pul.
30lbs x 10,10,9,8
15 minutes P90X abs ripper X
I have started taking DHT yesterday I recommended on the bottle 1 cap 6 am and another one around 2 PM. So far I have a bit of balls pain, like manufacture have started up lol. Libido seems to be slowly creeping in. Other than that not more of a change.
Unfortunately tomorrow afternoon I live for a few short 3-4 day vacations back home, so I will not be weight training, but I will be able to comment on the HT effect when I come back.
