    First a BIG thanks to LeanEngineer all at Hard Rock supplements for the free one bottle of Super Mandro to log:

    Supplement Facts
    Serving Size: 1 Capsule
    Servings per container: 90
    Amount per serving %DV
    3-beta-hydroxy-5-alpha-androst-1-en-17-one 110 mg **
    Bergamottin (6,7-dihydrogergamottin) (dhb) 50 mg **

    Dosage- 3 cap per day. This will be a solo run. No other PH/DS used.
    One on wake
    One 5:00 pm
    one 9:00 Pm

    Stats: 5.5 height 230 lbs BF- uncertain

    Goals: bulk up a bit to about 245
    Diet - 7 meals per day- high protein, mid carbs

    Training- Train 6 x per day- hit one muscle group per day.

    Post workout isolate shake
    Vit D
    Fish Oil

    Bicep:

    ALTERNATING DUMBBELL CURLS 40,45,50 lbs
    4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

    PREACHER CURL- 60lbs preload golds
    3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

    STANDING HAMMER CURLS 35,40,45lbs
    4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

    Triceps

    CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS 1x45lb
    4 WORKING SETS OF 12-15 REPS

    E-Z BAR SKULLCRUSHER- 60lbs preload golds
    4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

    SINGLE-ARM CABLE PUSH-DOWN 20lbs
    3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

    TRICEPS PUSH-DOWN 20,30,40,50 lbs
    3 SETS OF 15-20 REPS

    Took on wake and will take other doses. Arms workout was great got an good pump going and hit hard. First day so nothing to report- kick in will take time.

    Dumbbell Bench Press 100lbs

    Taking the 3 doses. Chest workout was great. Hit muscle hard and felt a nice solid pump. Looking full and bulkier...but too soon for kickin

  10. Just curious on your workout : do you always do all your pressing first then do your isolation after or do you mix it up?

    Its not really in a set order. I tend to go by feel. I left decline toward the end, purely because on decline I tend to get blood going to head and I get light headed.

    Taking doses. Back workout went well. kill it in the gym. Still no kick in yet. Back tend to be dominate and I tend to like working it out.

    Taking doses. Just take in easy today...focus on abs and adding mass to calves. Not so gifted in calves area. Still not noticing anything...playing the waiting game.

    Taking doses. Delts burnt out good. R shoulder joint is cramping up, but still got a good workout going. Starting to feel a kick in. I appear alot fuller and I am harden up.

    Taking doses. Legs workout was great. I am now feeling it. Good amount of aggression and harden up alot. Feel good and hitting hard.
