OK so here's my first update which will cover the first 4 weeks of this stack....
As I had mentioned in my original post, I had lost about 4-5lbs during the first 4 weeks of dieting. At that time I was simply using E9, AIV, Vitamins, and was going back and forth between a couple non-stim pre workouts.
After these 4 weeks, I started in with the complete stack listed. I will list my thoughts and impressions of each product individually:
PES Norcodrene - Just the perfect amount of "get up and go" from this product. The mood boosting effect of this stuff is truly exceptional as is the appetite control. There were times after my morning dose of 2 caps that I would completely forget that I needed to eat. I think I mentioned this before in another thread but I honestly compare the mood and appetite suppression to the original Gaspari Detonate...but with that product, it was the meth lol. I don't usually put much weight behind fat burners, however, I have tried most of the popular ones out there. We all know that a fat burner alone won't do anything, but when paired with proper diet and training, there aren't too many out there that can touch what Norcodrene has been doing for me.
PES High Volume - Honestly, what else can I say except....holy flipping pumps! There are some really great non-stim products on the market right now, many of which I've tried out, using full tubs, but none of them can touch HV. The pumps aren't the only standout effect with HV though. I have been seeing acute strength gains which could be attributed to the Amentoflavone, along with my extra dosing of AmentoMax caps.
PES AminoIV - Daily staple for me. I don't think I really need to go into much detail here. I am still using the original version so I am looking forward to eventually trying out the new version to compare it with.
PES Erase Pro - I am running the newest version of EP and is the second time I've used the new formula. I used it a few months back during a "mini cut" during my bulk to try and shed a little excess body fat that I had gained. I only used it for 4 weeks the last time and didn't really notice much as I was at a higher body fat level than what I was at when I started this run. Anyways, I didn't really notice anything for the first 3 weeks, but during the 4th week, I definitely noticed a difference. I had expected this after reading numerous reviews as well as the explanation of the new formula from Cooper a while back. Where the old formula would really dry you out, this stuff seems to actually attack fat. I am now on week 5 of using it and can without a doubt say that I have made the most visible changes over these last 2 weeks.
PES Select - I picked up 6 tubs of PBC during the insider.......holy god I am addicted. That is all.
Athletix Ergonine - By now, I don't think this product needs any more introduction. In my opinion, this is the best daily staple product on the market today, or ever, for that matter. I am keeping my strength and endurance up while dieting and have actually increased weight on some of my lifts.
Analyzed Target A2 - Let me first say that I am extremely yohimbe sensitive. I get that flu like feeling every time I dose something with a decent amount of Y in in...some products worse than others. I haven't once felt any of these symptoms from TA2. As mentioned in my dosing schedule, I take a cap with my single cap dose of Norco and another cap pre workout with 200mg of caffeine. Once thing I have definitely noticed since taking this, is that the fat stores in my lower back and inner thighs, which are the areas I store most of my fat the longest, is disappearing much earlier in my diet than normal. These are always the last parts of my body to lean out but during this diet, my entire body seems to be leaning out together at a proportionate rate. The studies on Y usage seem to indicate that these are areas that Y would have the best effect and at this point, it seems to be true for me.
Analyzed Forskolin 95 - F95 is actually a daily staple for me. I usually take it for a few month at a time and then take a month or so off. For any goal, forskolin seems to be an amazing ingredient. I am mainly using it for it's synergistic effects with Norco's B-Agonist, Higenamine. When I first started using forskolin, I was using a 10% extract and quickly found out that I am in the camp that does not react well to low extracts of the ingredient. That stuff went through me faster than I could ever explain. Once I started using F95 though, I have had zero issues with GI distress.
Analyzed Dopadex
Analyzed Chlorotest - I am going to group these two together as the combo is amazing. I have been experiencing amazing sleep which includes an ability to fall asleep faster than usual, along with enhanced recovery. I have been waking up after the most grueling training days which I have followed up with HIIT cardio and I feel like I could go do it all over again with even more intensity. I have also been noticing that I am keeping a lot of size during this diet. Previously, when dieting down, I have seen myself lose quite a bit of muscle along with the fat. This time around, I am keeping size on much easier and potentially even getting bigger. My wife has been telling me that my chest and shoulders are feeling bigger than it did before starting dieting. This may just be in her head though as I've lost about 4" or so from my waist. She (and I) may just be feeling/seeing that change in proportion, but from taking measurements, I have definitely not lost anything across my chest or shoulders except for what I can attribute to fat loss.
Analyzed Amentomax - I am dosing this daily for the fat loss benefits. Dosing pre workout seems to have an effect on acute strength gains and dosing daily on fat loss, however, I have definitely noticed both effects.
Allmax L-Carnitine L-Tartrate - This is a staple for me when dieting. No real need to mention here.
Vitamin D3 - I live in Nova Scotia, Canada.....I dose Vitamin D3 even higher during the winter months as I generally don't go outside unless it's to shovel my driveway (which I had to do a ridiculous amount of this year). Now that the sun is coming out (even though its 3 degrees Celsius today), I have dropped my dose a bit as I am outside in the sun a little more. I dose supplemental D3 year round as I am an extremely active individual. No real need to log it's effects.
Vitamin K2 - Taken year round. No need to really log it's effects.
Omega Sports Burn24 - OK...so this stuff is pretty great. I definitely have been noticing my muscles staying much fuller throughout the day. I have been dosing before my 3 main meals which all contain carbs and depending on how many carbs my meal ends up having, I have sometimes been noticing crazy muscle fullness and vascularity after eating. I have on a couple of occasions now, taken my B24 and got called out of the office or into a meeting and have had to delay my meal. Usually I aim to take in 20-30 minutes pre-meal but on those occasions, I have waited up to an hour later to eat. I have read some reviews of people going crazy hypo if they don't eat or take in enough carbs after taking it, but I haven't really noticed that too much. I have noticed that I get a touch lightheaded and get a little brain fog but I don't get to the point where I think I'm going to pass out. I don't really want to test that effect out that much for obvious reasons, but I will discuss it in my future posts if I do experience it.
Well, as mentioned before, since starting the stack I have lost another 8 pounds since starting this stack, so about 2lbs a week. I just dropped my calories this week so I am now about 500 calories lower than when I started dieting and 250 calories lower than when I started the stack. I am going to continue my log on a weekly basis for the next 4 weeks which brings me up to near the end of May. I will post my before and after pictures as well during my last update (pre-diet, at start of stack, and final). Once I am finished with my diet, I will be working to "gaintain" for a couple months before starting my contest prep. During this time I will be down to just my daily staples again (E9, AIV, HV, Vitamins).
I'm looking forward to a solid week of training this week...stay tuned for my next update this weekend.
