brundel hooked me up with an opportunity to try his new transdermal he is working on. He has supplied me with a silver pump bottle that will give me 20-30 days of applications.

29 year old male, 219 lbs 6ft tall 14%bf

Goals: Recomp/Cut, continue gaining strength and leaning out.

Diet: Targeted Keto Diet, Consume carbs and fats depending on my training, on active rest days I run keto, on training days depending on intensity and volume I determine my carb intake. My protein is always high at around 220-320

Day 1
I applied two to three pumps ( when i opened it the first pump was funny) using my wrists to my upper chest traps and midsection. The liquid is easily applyable, doesnt really smell too crazy and applies very well. It remind me of the wierd yellow guys blood in sin city when bruce willis destroys him lol. I havent felt too much difference. I had to pee alot at the gym, but im well hydrated, and drank alot of water through the day.

Yea i feel u. So listen i took about 2.5 pumps yesterday before the gym. Thats it. Today i was going to do 2 before the gym and 1 pre bed. Thing is i just did my midday cardio, 20 mins stairs and im sweating like crazy. Havent taken since yesterday, and i havent even had a coffee or anything to increase body temp. This stuff is crazy

Wow... I also experienced a huge increase in hunger this morning. I ate my entire lunch before 11am. Two piece of chicken breast, three cups of broccoli and three turkey burgers patties. When i woke i had a two scoop protein shake with peanut butter. Then i go do the cardio and im pouring sweat. Lol

Yea i was thinking the same thing... I have been recomping like crazy the last 45 days, gaining strentgh and all.

I applied two pumps pre pm training.

I was sweating like crazy. Still too early to tell any other effects. Had a great workout. Based around an awesome deadlift workout, then tons of volume for arms, rear delts and abs. I am going to apply 1 pump to the inner thighs before bed

This is a new transdermal ai with added fat burners.
Our old carrier but less scent and byproducts added. Clean and simple.

Yea its great accountability. Also ive been seeing crazy recomping lately and my training had let me eat more, so im happy in both regards haha

So far im loving it. Eating a good amount and hitting my training aggressively. Yesterday and sat were both fasted am sessions and i applied before hand. Thermogenisis was super high!

I think the way i write it is a little misleading, its like i do one of each excersize for a set, so for example, squats, curls and pushdowns. I just list all the weights and reps under the same excercise title.

Ive been thinking of keeping may calories a little higher lately because of the volume and workload i have put on my body. I need to fuel it and grow, while still staying lean. My strentgh has stayed consistent, so i am just focusing on more clean food and continuing to train hard. I spoke with an experienced bodybuilder yesterday and he told me that i need to treat my food as my drugs because im natural and thats my most powerful anabolic. I already knew this, but hearing it eith such emphisis really stuck with me. Since ive been very consistent in my meals and timing, i know im not too far off from where i need to be.
