So I decided to start an unsponsored log with the new products I got last week Ergonine, Forkskolin95, and AmentoMAX. I might throw in some LGD/Osta in about 4 weeks. I am extremely excited to run and log these products for the next 8 weeks. My goals are recomp/cut. Starting weight is 250 as of today. I am aiming for 235-240 come June. I am more concerned how I look in the mirror than how I look on the scale though.

I hit a heavy push workout today. I started my Forkskolin and E9 yesterday and took my first serving of AmentoMax with my Game Day preworkout today. Had an awesome workout and felt great throughout the entire lift.

Bench 4x6: 230x6, 245x6, 255x6, 265x6 (Will be bumping up to 275 next week)
Incline DB Bench 3x8: 70x8, 80x8, 80x8
Pec Fly 4x8: 35x8, 35x8, 40x8, 40x8
BB Shoulder Press 4x6:
115x6, 135x6, 135x6, 135x6 (Bump 5-10 pounds for next week)
Dips 4x8: BWx8, 15lbsx8, 25lbsx8, 30lbsx8
DB Front Raise 4x8: 35x8, 40x8 45x8, 50x8
DB Lateral Raise 4x8: 25x8, 30x2x8, 35x8
Skull Crushers 4x8: (count weight on bar only) 70x8, 90x2x8, 100x8
Tricep Pushdown 4x8: 85x8, 100x8, 110x8, 110x8 drop set 77.5x8 62.5x8 47.5 x8

Overall great workout, cant wait to see where this goes in a couple weeks!

Alright got the lady friend to drive the next two hours so I can update...
Overall good workout, crushed it all in about an hour, form got a lil sloppy because we were in a hurry to get on the road but overall a great workout, dosing 1 f95 in the morning and one preworkout, along with amentomax pre...drinking my E9 daily about ten in the morning but here's my workout. Today was a lighter weight, higher reps pull day.

Wide lat pulldown 4x12: 135,150,165,180x12
Reverse pulldown 4x12: 135,150,150,165x12
DB Row 4x12: 75,85,90,100x12
Straight arm pushdown 4x12: 40,50,50,65x12
Upright row 4x12:65,75,75,85x12
Superset with DB shrug 4x12: 65,75,75,80x12
Machine rear delt fly 4x12: 70,80,80,90x12
Straight bar curl 4x12: 45x55,65,75x12
Preacher curl 4x12: 40,40,30,30
Superset seated DB curls 20x4x12

Was dead by the time I got to the peacher and DB curls so I went somewhat lighter and focused on form and squeeze , overall great workout! Only thing that really bugged me was upright row due to a winged scapula problem I have had for a lil over a year and a half from football. Looking forward to heavy legs tomorrow!

Apologize for the lack of updates, on a lil vaca visiting the future in laws but was able to rock out a leg day and high rep push day, both felt great and went heavier on all my lifts than the week before.

Heavy leg day
Squat 4x6: 275,295,315,335
Jack squat 4x6: (first time ever doing these, and only counted weight on the machine) 90,140,180,200 w/ 3 second pause at the bottom
Leg press 4x8: 360,450,450,540
RDL 4x8: 135,185,205,225

Leg curl 4x8:130,150,150,150
Standing calf raise machine 4x8: 100,160,200,220, added two more sets 240,260

Anything that I used on the multipurpose cable machine was done, just didn't know how much weight I was using due to the numbers being worn off, working out of my normal gym always bugs me but got two great lifts in. The leg workout absolutely destroyed me, not sure why as I'm usually pretty good with leg day but I'm loving this new push, pull, legs routine. My body is starting to adapt and I love my daily e9.
Ps my f95 makes me clean out the system like no other! Not a bad thing sometimes...

Every since I kicked up the dosage it's been cleaning me out, not mass about it...excited to see how this goes in the next couple weeks, feeing pretty strong all around

You may be sensitive to the Choline, and Forskolin in addition can cause more discomfort.

I see you use it in the morning, how long before or after are you using the Forskolin / Coffee?

I dose my e9 before or after my lunch usually by an hour or so, sometimes I take it right after breakfast...f95 is dosed morning with breakfast and and preworkout

My initial suggestion would be try waiting a little longer after lunch since it seems you are probably sensitive to the choline (I am as well). Also, try to sip on it rather than drinking it all at once.

Alright hit a heavy pull day, loved it and was feeling great. Sometimes my ego gets in the way and I go too heavy and my forms drops but hey, its heavy pull day...felt like going as heavy as possible.

Seated Cable wide grip row 4x6: 165, 165, 180, 195x6
Assisted Chin ups palms in 4x6: 59, 52.5, 46, 39.5x6, hoping to get this down to zero in the next couple weeks
Lat Pulldown 4x6: 195, 210, 225, 225x6 drop set 180,120,105x6
Close grip seated row 4x8: 180, 195, 210, 225, added another at 225x6
DB Shrug 4x8: 90,100,100,110x8
Rear Delt Fly 4x8: 15,20,20,25

Overall great workout! felt like I could do some more back but I guess we will see how I feel here in the next day or two. Day by day gettting better and better, weight is still the same...Im sure the holiday break had something to do with that but I will be hitting some uphill cardio here in the next hour or so.

Loved my high rep leg day today, just felt great overall! and its always nice with people at the gym comment on how great my squat form is, plus hit higher squats reps then the week before.

Squats 4x12: 225, 225, 245, 275x12
Step Ups 4x12 each leg: 20, 30, 30, 35x12
Machine Leg Press 4x12: 290, 350, 370, 400x12

Don't hate but a body of mine invited me to a free week of crossfit , gave it a shot today and it kicked my ass, we did 20 minutes as many reps as possible, I actually enjoyed it and am serious considering throwing it in 2-3 times per week since I hate regular cardio damn much, doing lifting with it makes it more exciting for me. I thought I did pretty good keeping up with the regulars and but my legs are killing me, will be going two or three more times this week to see if it's something I really wanna include but here's my workout for the day, as always enjoying my E9!

I haven't done crossfit myself, but I can imagine the change in pace / style would be brutal

After a week of the crossfit experiment it was back to my own routine tonight, I enjoyed switching it up last week and I want to add some routines into my own to do as a replacement of my cardio but anyway smashed some chest with my two brothers tonight, really felt good for the most part, my right pec might have a small strain or something but it's really tight. Loving my daily drink or e9
