I want to start by thanking wasme and Finaflex for giving me another opportunity to log yet another one of their great products!

I came home Thursday after work to my goodies by the front door! Funny thing, I took my last little bit of Stimul8 this morning before my workout! Finished it just in time to start this log!

I am currently cutting. I have been slowly dropping my calories for just over 2 months. Currently my calories are around 1700-training days and 1500 on non training days. I have around 25-35 grams of carbs post workout but otherwise they're backloaded in the evenings.

I weight train mon, tue, thur, and fri. Cardio is added in throughout the week usually Tabata. I take the weekends off to be with my family.

Let's get started...here's this mornings workout!

Superset (80) jump ropes with everything

Workout was great this morning!! The rows really kicked my butt--but my lats are still aching all of the way down so I'm loving that!!

As I was leaving the gym, I fixed a scoop of my Fruit Punch Active Aminos! It mixes really well! It was fully dissolved within a couple of minutes. It taste very very good! That is one of the two things I love most about Finaflex's products- not only do they work great but they mix well and taste amazing too!

I'm really looking forward to using these active aminos!!

Fixed a scoop of my fruit punch Active Aminos! Used 8 oz of water and it was like drinking kool aid! So good!! I could drink this stuff all day long- but then a tub wouldn't last very long! Lol

Attempted pull ups but left shoulder is still catching/popping. Not sure what's up with that...any suggestions?

Good morning! Well, we got our net in yesterday and let me just say it was made for a kiddie soccer goal. Take it from me- you can't order a 8'x6'x4' net and expect it to fit a goal that same size. It was more like a little cover for the top of the goal. Lol

Onto my workout...although I had a hard time waking up due to allergies- I took a pseudoephedrine and some epic then hit the gym. Workout ended up great! Still had to bounce around- it's like Jan all over again. Lol

Them there are some strong pull downs !! I also noticed the gym was packed last night, I guess everyone trying to get in shape for summer, or maybe soft ball season ...

Yesterday was a rest day. Went at lunch to get my cardio in though and also did some calves and abs as well. Actually fixed my active aminos with my pwo a drank it on the way to the gym. Soreness is very minimum this week mostly just a little tight here/there.

Haha sorry, didn't mean to put Friday. I was changing it from morning. Guess mind was stuck on Friday! ...yeah those knee bend really work the calves well...just like the 1/3 flat bench I watch them do EVERY DAY too! Lol ...Thank you!

How high do you take your clen?
I'm not sure. I only took it two weeks last year. I bumped it up to 30mcg today. Will just bump 10mcg at a time to test my tolerance. I seem to be very sensitive to it! Get shakes pretty bad!

Happy Good Friday everyone! Hubby took off half a day so we are having a mini spring break hanging out with the kids. Was going to try to go somewhere but we need to be here on Sunday because we are both in the praise band at church. So we decided to stay here. Gonna go to the movies and maybe bowling or something.

Think my glutes and quads are steady growing...

Happy Monday! Hit the ground running this morning and just now slowing down. Not for long though- I have my first official wedding cake, cake pop, and cupcake order this week! Excited and nervous!
