First off a big THANK YOU to AE14 and Chuck Diesel for choosing me to run and log Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether . I will be running this as per label instructions. Loading at (1) scoop per day for three days and than (1-2) scoops per day Pre-Workout and (1) scoop Post Workout.

Day 4 Weight 191lbs, I get up a 4am take my Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether , get on the computer (AnabolicMinds Forum) wait 1/2 hour, Down to the basement/gym at 4:30am. Workout last about 1 hour.

After work 5pm Cardio - Eliptiacl 30 Minutes heart rate 120-130bpm, some ab work.

This was my 4th day on Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether, I did not start the log before as I figured the first three days were "Loading Days" and I would wait till I was at a full dose to start. I have noticed very good pumps and a very full feeling in the muscles though-out the day. I believe I will up the PWO dose tomorrow to 1 1/2 scoops. Looking forward to seeing what this brings to the table. Tomorrow is arm day and who doesn't Love A Good Pump on arm day.

Day 5 Weight 191lbs, I get up a 4am take my Get Diesel Nutrition NOS Ether , get on the computer (AnabolicMinds Forum) wait 1/2 hour, Down to the basement/gym at 4:30am. Workout last about 1 hour.

I must say the flavor of this supplement is right on, I mix it with a 4oz warm water make sure it is all dissolved and add about 4-6oz cold water and drink..it's like a treat!

The reason I got less reps on my last two set of Reverse Curls was not that the weight was to heavy or I was running out of energy, it was my arms were so pumped and full I could not flex my bicep..........It Felt GREAT !!!!!

I really can't say I feel any stronger or harder and I have not increased the weights I have been using. I have not lost any strength, but have dropped 9lbs in body weight in 13 days. I am very Happy with this run so far. I will be adding a BCAA to my preworkout on Monday and also to my PM/Bedtime drink (Fiber, ZMA, BCAA)

This morning was Squats and I thought I might die. I have been trying to lose a few vacation pounds and I was down another pound this morning. Sunday I was around 1500 calories and Monday & Tuesday I was under 1900, this morning after my warm up I went to the squat rack with 5 set of 15 reps in mind, after my second set I could tell having been in a caloric deficit for three day was not conclusive to maximum squatting power. I had very little energy or endurance but I am proud to say I got 4 sets of 15 and on the 5th and finial set I did 16 reps....I fought the weight and I WON !!!

I did add a Stim base PWO ! I also must tell you I believe every time you dose this the effects get better, I did back and arms this morning, and the pumps were crazy and the vascularity is insane and I am up about 10lbs of vacation weight (fat) right now. I get back down to my target weight, my arms are going to look like road maps (to Gainzville). I am loving it!!

I would cycle it or "yo-yo" it like you would do Creatine, if you cycle creatine. I don't come off ETHER, I just low dose it 4 months out the year because I don't like to use Creatine 365 days a year. So I do as directed like 12 weeks, then workout days only for a month, then back to regular.

This is definitely the best results I have ever had with a creatine product, I just want them to continue !!

My lower back has bothering me for the last week or two, have been using Icy Hot and a Hot Tub, I thought I would do a workout today that would be easy on it.

I have never had any luck with creatine before, but with this product and some guidance from xR1pp3Rx on the best way to dissolve it, I believe I have found my new favorite creatine base supplement. Thank you Get Diesel for the opportunity!!

II do not have a problem with it dissolving, however I read if you let it sit in warm water for about 1-2 minutes it will break down and be absorbed better in the stomach. So that is what I do and IT WORKS GREAT !!

I am amazed at the endurance I have, I am sometime able to add rep as the sets go on rather than like usual and the reps keep dropping. I am using more weight for more reps than I have been, while I losing weight. I have been keeping my calories around or below 2000 and would think I would run out of steam but I just keep going. On that note I was hoping to be down about 12lbs by now and have only dropped 8lbs but I do believe I have lost body fat while building some muscle. Vascularity is up, strength is up and pants are getting looser, so I may not be totally happy with what the scale says, the mirror is in my favor.

This morning I really did not feel like working out, My lower back hurt, my right knee hurt worst than usual and I had a head ache, But I took my NOS Ether 2 Advil and decided I would do a lighter, non back stressing work out. No afternoon cardio at the Gym but I did spend 3 hours Mowing (walking) a large, steep bank at work. According to my phone app I burned 1,272 calories between my Lifting and Mowing. I was spent!!

After almost 4 weeks I believe the effects of this have leveled off, please don't take this as a negative statement, I do not think I have every taken a supplement that keep getting better and better everyday for a month so this is a plus. My workouts are Great and the Pumps are Awesome and I still have about a week left in the tub.............So Life Is Good!

This week is a crazy week at work from now till Saturday I have to go in a half an hour early and stay 1 hour late. So I will be cutting my workouts down to about 1/2 hour. My body weight was up 2 pounds today but I believe that is due to last night I was so hungry I took a serving of Whole Psyllium Husk and drank 2 glasses of water.

So I do 80 reps of squats go up stairs drink my second serving of NOS Ether do 25 more res of squats and I am at the bottom of the stairs starring up.................HELP !!
