Big thank you to SNS and mw1 for allowing me to extend my current run of Inhibit E from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. I am currently 3 weeks down and I loved the results so far so much that I was really eager to extend the run to an 8 week total.

Over the last 3 weeks, I have been lifting 3x a week full body with a combo of 5x5 for the main lifts and 2-3 sets of 20 for accessory lifts. I've done HIIT on two days of the week and rested 2 days OR done light speed work with a client i coach (football).

I've gone through a break up of 4 year relationship during this run, so stress was at an all time high! My physique and progress stood firm and I attribute it to inhibit e's slight cortisol blocking properties.

Water loss was extremely rapid and noticeable the first 12-14 days. It has since calmed down (frequent urination and increased sweating) but I haven't gained back any water. I've been consistently drinking a gallon a day.

Diet has been critical as always. I have been utilizing a low carb diet consisting mainly of eggs, veggies, chicken, lean and fatty beef, avocados, nuts, coco and olive oils, and some PES select protein and quest bars. Same couple things on a daily basis to keep it simple. I've also incorporated one higher carb day (not surpassing 100g) as a slight refeed with lower fat that day. I've also increased amino intake. To help with MPS.

The biggest things I've noticed from Inhibit E has been, in order: Increased vascularity and around the clock muscle hardness Loss in belly fat / waist circumference -- I bought 4 suits a month ago. All pants are now too loose in the waist (thanks sns) Libido is an equal 2nd... I am recently single, but I was nervous Bc I've had performance and drive issues in the past... I now get sometimes uncontrollable erections, even at not so appropriate times lol. I am 26. I feel like I'm 14 in health class again.....

Gym performance has increased as well... I've hit PR's on seated presses and DB presses as well as reps for +25lb weighted pull-ups. Due to the loss in body fat, I've also appeared to put on some muscle.. It's been a great recomp so far. I am on a deload this week so training will resume Monday. I will be doing an extremely high volume version of one of Arnold's contest prep routines..... I've customized it slightly with less leg work and less chest work. But set and reps will be 4-6 sets of 6-10 reps. It will be deliberate and to the point pushing failure each set with 85-95% max weights 5 days a week. I am not sure where I'm gonna fit in the cardio and may keep it to a minimum for maximum growth- will all depend on body composition throughout the program. I intentionally took this week off in preparation of this program.

Here are some current pics. I estimate myself at 11-12% bf. 5'7" 163lbs and I will take measurements on Sunday for this log.

Dosing has been 1 cap immediately upon waking, 1 cap 4-6 hours later, 1 cap at bed time

Other supps (staples) Citruline, COP, Agmatine, TMG, ZMA, Multi, Low dose fish oil on non lifting days, ALCAR, Recompadrol (4 caps daily only)

I really wanted to give this a fair shake since it's such a comprehensive and strong looking profile... It has NOT disappointed

I'm gonna meet a buddy tonight for some MISS Walking... I am antsy on this off week and looking a little puffy so I wanna sweat and shed some cals.

It's worth noting that i had sex last night and not even 10 hours later this morning I was in the mood again all by myself haha but she was gone :(

Ended up carrying 15lb kettle bells on the treadmil for 30 minutes 15 inc 2.7-3 mph.. Wow.

Also did a lot of rotator work to help my rehab

Something since I've been on inhibit e when I get into the gym it's just like a switch flips and I have to go hard

That treadmill deal sound pretty brutal on the grip! I need to do more weighted carries. I used to carry 70# DBs back and forth across my gym. I used to get some crazy looks, LOL.

Nope, not at all! Now that my gym is MUCH larger, I might just have to start doing them again. The treadmill is a good idea :)

I wanna get a weighted vest very soon for treadmill and weighted carries. I'll have my buddy film some walks and post to my IG/Youtube and link u all

The above routine is a modified version of Arnold's mr Olympia routine.... I removed a lot of leg work and chest work Bc those are my strong points and grow easily. I want to get thick and dense from this as my final push for lean mass heading into May when I will begin to dial it in for summer and be sub 10% by Memorial Day.

It's gonna be a grind but I feel very confident and rested heading into it on Monday

Late but i'm here now :) How you like the Pro More?
the cinnamon bun and Snickerdoodle were great. I've never been a fan of orange creamsicle so I don't prefer it.. It's taste was spot on tho fwiw.

It mixes SUPER easy in a blender bottle and has a very refreshing crisp taste and goes down smooth in water

I was holding off on posting this but it's definitely verified at this point:

Acne and oily skin is increased a good amount.. I rarely get pimples or oily skin but I have had 3-4 on my face since week two and a bunch of little ones on my calves and elbows which are tell tale signs for me that hormone manipulation is taking place... I used to see this when I first began using arimistane. I am gonna try to get blood work at the end of this 4 weeks. I had some done back in mid feb when I wasn't on any type of AI and estradiol was 39 IIRC and test was 548 IIRC.... Would be VERY interested to see where I'm at after these two bottles.

First panic attack of my life today. Totally non supplement related. Being a small business owner (taken over family's business slowly) he's crept up on me and the reality hit today on top of my other full time job that I don't want to give up Bc it's solid money. Just had to take a half hour and breath..... Gearing up for the gym and Gonna unleash the leftover tension from a full week off. Making tonight an epic workout.

After my neck injury I went completely flat for the rest of the week... There is stiffness And pain and I am doing all I can to work thru it. I've noticed little to no progress Bc there are so many knots and scar tossues developing that it's really inhibiting overall blood flow and recovery. Next week I am going to hit it hard with some rehab and graston with my DR. I will most likely implement body weight circuit training to keep myself in a lypolytic state but I don't expect to make much gains in the way of size.... Really sucks Bc I was feeling like a straight beast after my back workout Monday. Trying to be smart without having to take another full week off...

So bomb.

I have some ROM issues in the right trap and shoulder that really inhibited any progress this week but the pain is negligible at this point... It's just the ROM I need to fix before any more scar tissue builds up and fuks my posture... My right arm is turned forward and right pec is super tight, esp at the serratus tie in

Did a nice 45 min session for neck and upper back/delt... Massage cupping and some MFR in the lats, pec minor, and serratus... She said my Lats were almost too big for her to get into the pec minor lol but she did and my goddddd. Now I can feel how tight the left side is. Taking this week for body weight circuits and cardio to let this whole read recuperate

Man, every time I see the after pics from cupping I cringe, LOL. Take it easy and get better, man. Just being minimally active should get some blood flowing and heal you right up :)

I Mean body comp is holding up fine.. Holding a bit of water around the waist, and don't feel as vascular and full as when I'm training 4-5 days a week hard w weights obviously... I would wonder if maybe my e has dropped too low but then I recall yesterday's morning sex with a new girl and I must say my endurance and drive is nothing short of a high schooler. I don't think I've ever felt so alpha and also been able to hold up in the sack for 20 minutes consistently..... Inhibit e is definitely shining here
