First and foremost, thanks to Geoforce and dsade for picking me to log EPITOME. Currently I'm in a 200kcal deficit. Obvious goal is to lose some fat, keep strength and continue to compete in the 67.5kg PL class.
Starting stats (as of today, cheat meal hasn't washed off yet. My baseline is 148lb)
Weight - 150lb
Height- 5'5"
My "dieting" is IIFYM/Flexible dieting. Here's my current macros (for my deficit). Every Friday night I have a cheat meal + dessert as well. I always pop four EVOMUSE DEFUSE before this meal

When my weight stalls, I'll drop my kcals 200 more.
Training is Mike T's Reactive Training Systems. For now, my cardio is supers setting my bb exercises lol I will add in my 16min tabata again to get the ball rolling as well.
I actually have taken two servings of EPITOME today. And, I have been running a little warm but I've also had a massive headache today. Hopefully that's just a fluke..
I'll keep the log updated with how I feel, core temperature, strength loss or gain, and measurements.
