First and foremost, thanks to Geoforce and dsade for picking me to log EPITOME. Currently I'm in a 200kcal deficit. Obvious goal is to lose some fat, keep strength and continue to compete in the 67.5kg PL class.

Starting stats (as of today, cheat meal hasn't washed off yet. My baseline is 148lb)
Weight - 150lb
Height- 5'5"

My "dieting" is IIFYM/Flexible dieting. Here's my current macros (for my deficit). Every Friday night I have a cheat meal + dessert as well. I always pop four EVOMUSE DEFUSE before this meal

Kcalories 2054
Cho- 245g
Pro-150g
Fat-52g

When my weight stalls, I'll drop my kcals 200 more.

Training is Mike T's Reactive Training Systems. For now, my cardio is supers setting my bb exercises lol I will add in my 16min tabata again to get the ball rolling as well.

I actually have taken two servings of EPITOME today. And, I have been running a little warm but I've also had a massive headache today. Hopefully that's just a fluke..

I'll keep the log updated with how I feel, core temperature, strength loss or gain, and measurements.

It's really more geared towards people at opposite ends of the spectrum (higher than him or lower), but Tyga is very detailed and we wanted to have some feedback from someone at this type of bodyfat.

We aren't necessarily expecting him to have as good a results as people at lower BF's or higher BF's where Leptin comes into play more, but we think it is worth seeing what happens.

Dosage
-1 cap at 815am - about an he and 15 after I ate breakfast
-1 cap at 4 o'clock pre workout (idk if I should or shouldn't dose this one here?)

- appetite suppression is very evident. That 815 dose destroyed my appetite. I'm usually hungry around 11 o'clock but I just kept on working. But I knew I didn't want to go to long without eating so I ate anyway around noon, even though I wasn't hungry.

Man, if the appetite suppression is that profound and pesists over time, my first world problems of outrageous appetite will be cured and year round shreddedness will be on the cards.

Nice job so far on the log. I'm 5 days in and my appetite is actually higher then it was before I started so it affects everyone different, I guess.

I had to drive into downtown Chicago today for work , then when I got back I had to help brother in law move.

Long story short, i hardly ate all day. No appetite, went beast mode on moving furniture, body temp up.

Not to hijack your log lol.

Increased body temp plus decreased appetites are the main effects we are seeing from the vast majority of our users across forums (blurry what's wrong with you man :)).

Interested to see how the longer runs treat people.

Appetite suppression....nice. That's something I need when I'm dieting down. The cravings are insane for me.

I'm hoping the bottle treats you well even if you aren't seeing the appetite reduction others are!
I have no doubt that it will. I have 4 bottles so I'm in for the slow and steady win on this one ?

Yeah probably because of the potent ampk activation. I asked him in a PM about dosage timings and he said it should be dosed away from workouts. I workout at ~5am and he said the 10am and 3pm dosings are perfect.

Ok did dsade mention a post workout dose? (~1 or 2 after working out?)

Here's my dilemma;
Wake 6am
Breakfast 7am
-EPITOME @8-830am
Lunch 1130-noon (usually 1030ish but epitome is suppressing appetite)
Pre workout snack - 3:00pm
Workout- 430-630 pm (includes prehab/rehab work)
Post workout meal- 7pm
Post post workout meal- 8pm
Pre bed snack/meal - 930pm

What would be the most optimal time to take my second dose? Geoforce or dsade ?


I'll keep my 830am dose and take my next one at bed time?

A 430 dose isn't feasible.. I start working out at 415-430 lol

I'm thinking 8 & 2pm are my best option, since it's a two cap a day product?

He has dosages split into two. The first dosage is 5 hours apart from the second dose, depending on when you workout, the dosages are 5 hours apart from the workout. When I said 4:30, that is your workout time. 3 different parts of the day where AMPK is activated (6 for first dose, 11 for second dose, and 4:30 is your workout). For me, it was 5AM (workout), then 10AM (first dose), then 3PM (second dose), all 5 hours apart.

EDIT: I haven't started dosing yet, but this was the plan he recommended to me through PM.

Day 6

Epitome doses
615am
215pm

First dose was about and hour before I ate. Started to get hungry around 11am. After my second dose I did notice I had a slight rise in core temperature again, but not after my first dose.

I did as LISS cardio in after my lifting session ~155 cals burned. Knocked me into a 300kcal deficit (without counting calories burned working out)

I'll update weight Sunday morning. I do expect anywhere between 1-2lb weight drop.

Question regarding defuse real quick.. I pop four pre cheat meal. Could I pop eight? Here's my reason, my cheat is rather large. Example;

Meal- sonic supersonic cheeseburger w/fries
Dessert- whole pint of ice cream, two donuts

I mean, I've been known to knock out an entire pizza, pint of Ice cream, chips and donuts.

What would the threshold be with defuse and one meal then? 200g cho? 300g?

There are a lot of other factors: combination with Slintensity, proximity to workout either before or after, systemic fat "burner" use. Defuse keeps FFA circulating, but they still have to be burned somehow. Something like EC/COmbustion/DCP or another systemic fat burner will help..

Myself, I've done about a 350g carb meal with Defuse post workout and noticed zero fat gain.

Ok. Usually my cheats are post workout. Defuse, epitome and occasional Pyroxamine is the only thing I'm using besides my pre workout.

Another question, my doses are (just got it fine tuned)
615am
1115am
Workout-4pm-6pm

Is that dosing ideal? Also, with someone who is hovering around 14-15%bf +/- will there be a big difference in body composition? I'm assuming my leptin levels aren't crap, although I've began to hold more fat around my obliques and lower abdomen.

So basically defuse is fine post workout and obviously no sense to dose slintisity with it.

What's the maximum dose one can take per day of Defuse? Say for example vaca we all eat like crazy all day which is basically what defuse is meant for.

Will say 3 caps for every meal and say 3 big meals in one day (9 caps total) with slintisity.

Day 8

EPITOME

doses
-730am
-430pm (haven't taken yet, obviously)

First dose I took before church. Usually just wake, shower and fast until church is out then come home and eat. Didn't notice the appetite suppression with the first dose this time :(

Weight is the same, but my waist on my pants have become more loose. I can fit a finger between my waist and hip bone (almost two actually)

Day one weight: 150lb
Day eight weight: 148lb (this is my baseline before & after my cheat)

Day 10 and forward my new kcal count is;

Calories oo1952
Cho-206g
Fat-52g
Pro- 165g

Knocks me another -100 in the whole. Also I've began adding my 16min LISS back in post work out
