I just got back from an 11 day Cruise I left at 184lbs returned home at 200lbs so now I need to get back in shape. My goal is to end up at a ripped 175lbs. I am not sure if this is a sponsored log or not, I am a Rep for Platinum Nutraceuticals and will use supplements from that company. I took some before pictures and will post them here today (3/15/15) and start my log tomorrow.

I will be using Platinum Nutraceuticals Thermo-Pro X & 5HD LAX and an unnamed supplement.

Hey it was an 11 day 24hour buffet, We had a great Waiter, Diner one night was you choice of Lobster Tail or Prime Rib..He brought me Two Lobster Tail and a Prime Rib Diner! I had Cookies, Cheese Cake and Ice Cream Everyday!!

Most of my bench and shoulder exercise are pretty light, I wrecked my shoulders in my younger/dumber days !

Took (1) Platinum Nutraceuticals 5HJD-LAX 25mg Post workout with breakfast and (1) Platinum NutraceuticalsThermo-X Pro 11am before lunch and (1) more 5 pm before cardio.

5:30 PM Cardio Elliptical 25 minutes heart rate 135-145bpm

I did notice a lot more sweat on the floor after my cardio session, must have been the Thermo-X Pro

While I was on vacation I went 2 weeks with no Supplement (including stims) and no workouts, I did walk 5-8 miles a day. After Mondays workout my chest is sore as heck...and I like it!!

My heart rate is higher with the Thermo-X Pro I am using the same setting on the machine and my heat rate is about 10-15bpm higher.

Great workouts rocket!

I enjoy mornings more than evenings now for sure... Just find I'm not quite as strong because Im not 100% hydrated etc.

I can really feel the joint relief that the 5HD LAX provides, it make training a little easier! The pounds are coming off and sweet and heart rate have increased during cardio, so the Thermo-X Pro is also doing it's job. Less than a week in and I have lost 5lbs.

The joint relief from the 5HD LAX is great, and the increase in sweet and heat rate from the Thermo-X Pro is perfect, so right now I am a happy dude! 20 more pounds to go!
