Background: this is my first post on this site so any help will be greatly appreciated. Been lifting for about 6 years now. Joined the military 2 years ago (2d Ranger Batt currently). I'm currently deployed. I'm 5'11. There's no scale here so it'll be hard to tell, but my weight is usually around 190-195.

What I'm looking for: I'm looking to gain some muscle while shredding up a little bit for beach season. Also looking for my "Big 3" numbers to go up.

Workouts: My workouts consist of 2-a-days. 1st workout session is first thing in the morning (usually cardio or body weight excersizes). 2nd workout of the day is usually power lifts and Olympic lifts.

Supps that will be taken during this cycle:
Osta Shred by Hard Rock Supplements
Anafuse by Vital Labs
Joyful Joints by Vital Labs
Vital BCAAs by Vital Labs
Syntha 6 Protein by BSN
Men's Sport MultiVit by GNC
Mr. Hyde Preworkout by Pro Supps
For PCT:
Post Cycle 3x by Vital Labs
Animal Stak

Should be here by this Friday hopefully.

Just came in the mail today. Got here a little later in the day, so I took only one serving of the Anafuse and Osta Shred to see how my body would react to it (coming off a pretty bad concussion) after dinner. Didn't mess with me so I took some Preworkout and went to the gym.

Deadlift Day:
Deadlift with straight bar:
(Real sore from yesterday's workout)
135x5
225x5
315x3
385x1
405x1
385x1
315x3
225x5

Deficit Deadlift-Straight Leg (standing on two 45lb plates)
225x5
275x4
295x3
275x4
225x5

Hamstring Curls (One leg at a time)
30x15
50x12
70x10
30x20

Back Extension Machine
110x10
150x10
190x10

Kettle bell Deadlift Circuit-
2-35lb kettle bells for 10 reps immediately followed by a single 70lb kettle bell for 8 reps. This is done for three sets and it sucked!!

Last but not least- Unweighted back extensions-
Set 1-10 reps
Set 2-11 reps
Set 3-12 reps

All in all, felt pretty good throughout the workout (especially coming off a ****ty concussion). No change to how I usually feel. Cant wait to see these products start working!!

Rows:
90x10
110x10
130x10
150x10
170x10
190x10
Immediately followed by pull-ups: 4-3-2-1-2-3-4

Lat pull down:
110x10
150x10
170x10
190x10
210x10
230x10
250x8

Behind the head lay pull down:
130x10
130x10
150x10
170x10

Bis:
21s alternating the order: 3 sets at 70lb

Hammer curls:
70x8 for 3 sets.

Topped the whole workout off with some planks and tea cups.

Tea Cups with a 50lb kettlebell:
8 on each side for 6 sets

Planks:
1:00 each side-one handed oblique plank

1:00 push up pos. 0:30 oblique each side, 0:30 push up pos. 0:30 phalanx pos.

X2-phalanx to push up position for 1:00
Followed by 50lb tea cup-10 each side

Felt incredible this whole workout. Starting to see veins I've never seen before and it's only day 4. I also had an awesome back and bi pump while doing my workout. Cant wait to see what else is in store.

Sorry I haven't been updating as much, this deployment is getting hectic. With that being said I've managed to still fit in two workouts a day. This is my second full week on anafuse and osta and I can see results already!! The vascularity in my arms are unbelievable, seeing more definition in my chest and back, and I feel amazing when I workout. The BCAAs keep me feeling hydrated, and I noticed I'm not as sore as I usually am after a heavy bench or deadlift workout. I will update as much as possible (Army willing).

Week 5: Schedule is continuing to be hectic, but still working out twice a day. Noticing my abs are coming in, and the muscle hardness is real. I started my strict diet two days ago, so far so good. Slapped the chest around tonight with some chest endurance workout. Felt great.

Did a little Bicep and an workout today. Bicep has been spasming for hours on end, and it's driving me nuts. Muscles are definitely more hard and full. Along with my diet, tomorrow I will start taking Beverly International Lean Out and Pro Source Forslean ontop of my other supplements. I'm really excited, because Im continuously finding new Bicep and forearm veins. Tomorrow is deaf lift day and I couldn't be more excited.

Almost forgot..... My bench has gone up 20lbs since I started taking anafuse and osta shred.

Week 7: injured my ankle, so I can only lift upper body for a little bit. more veins coming out, and muscle hardness is awesome. Once I reach week 8 I might pause for a little until I get some Super HD to help cut, since I'll have about a months worth left. Bench is still going up so I'm stoked.

So... what happened? Did your injury set you back? did you stop taking it?
