You dose 4 caps a day, 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM...

I'm interested to see how TNT works for you. I think it's the only product I haven't used from Iron Champ USA. The other products are excellent!

Well I'll admit I didn't start this morning... Couldn't resist so had 2 caps of the PM yesterday.

Didn't feel anything happening, not expecting I would though.

So this morning was my first dose of the AM, again I haven't felt anything so far but we shall soon see :)

I'm self conscious so I may not post pics now, I will likely put one up at the end of the run and have a comparison pic of course :)

No gym today so a little gutted as I normally do fasted workout & cardio.

Ah well we can see tomorrow.

I was actually about 7lb lighter 2 weeks ago but I'm holding a lot of water due to a few celebrations that came up:

Daughters 2 birthday (pizza, bread, cake etc)
Guy leaving work celebration (Indian and cakes)

So a little bloated for sure... I'll strip most of that by the weekend or next week.

just a heads up...you might notice night sweats if you dose pm right before bed, if you do try dosing an hour or so before bed...if you don't get them then before bed really is most effective, imo.

I swear all the time at night, have my fan on all year round. Perhaps I'll dose just before bed tonight and see how I get on.

It's currently about 35 degrees here (farenheight)
And I sweat lol.

Well it's the morning... No night sweats for me :)

However the AM dose of this stuff gets me super sweaty!

Also I don't want to be too optimistic but it looks like it has started working already from the past 2 days, I have dropped quite a bit of water I was holding so I looked a lot leaner and 10x more vascular!

That's not placebo either... It's honest.

Would you guys be interested in seeing my workouts?

No problem :)

Well here it is from today-

Back & Arms-

Back-

Wide grip pullups-

BW x 8-10 (4 sets)

Seated Rows (wide grip, sat on a DB)-

225x failure (4 sets)

T-bar Rows-

11x 25lb plates x failure (3 sets) Managed to hit 6-8 reps each set.
8x 25lb plates x failure (2 sets)
4x 25lb plates x failure (2 sets)

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns-

190x failure (4 sets)

Standing Cable rows-

110x 12-15, squeeze and pause each rep at the top. (4 sets)

Arms-

Supersets today...

Standing Alt curls- @35x failure, into Tate Press- @35lb x failure (4 sets)

Standing hammer curls @45lb x failure, into Plate loaded tricep dips @160lb x failure (4 sets)

Preacher curls @70lb x failure, into CGBP @135x failure (4 sets)

So thats the Hypertrophy part of the workout done...

Just cardio left-

Nothing crazy here... Just burn 200-250cals per day at he moment, ill up it when i stall with weight loss (been doing this for around 6weeks now)

Stepper @25mins- 230-250cals (obviously the reading is never 100% accurate)

Currently sat at 185-190, fluctuate a lot with water.

5ft 10", eating 2000cal per day.
I have a slow metabolism which sucks lol.

Looking to lean up nicely using this stack, hard to say a final figure but I'd like to be sat at maybe 175-180 at around 11%.

That weight sounds kind of low but here are my current measurements-

Arms- 16.5...17" (with pump)

Legs- 25...26" (with a pump)

Chest- not sure, last time I checked it was 42 (1 year ago lol)

Calfs- 16.5"...17" (with a pump)

So todays update:

Took the normal 2 caps last night, slept great and obviously fat was slowly dying :)
Took the 2 caps this AM, no noticeable effect until I hit the gym and started working out... One word. SWEAT!!

Today was Chest and Shoulders-

Shoulders-

Side lateral raises, super setted with Rear delt Flys-

Side laterals- 25lb x failure, drop into 12lb x failure.
Rear delt fly's- 25lb x failure, drop into 12lb x failure.
6sets

I never go heavy with either of those movements. Don't feel the need to, get a great pump and contraction like this.

Front delt raises into shrugs-

Front delt- 25x failure, drop into 12lb x failure
Shrugs- Heaviest DB's (65lb) x failure, drop into 45x failure.... Note that this isn't my regular gym so the DB's are poop lol.
4 sets

Reverse Pec dec into Seated side laterals (machine)-

Reverse pec dec- 90x failure, drop into 60x failure
Side lateral raises- 60x failure... No drop.
4 sets

Chest-

DB fly's into 15% incline DB press-

I did this because the DB's only go to 65lb so putting fly's first will exhaust my chest :)
Also my shoulder is still not 100%... Its much better but still a little painful.

Fly's- 25lb x failure, no drop
DB Press- 65x failure, no drop
4 sets

Pec dec into seated chest press-

135x failure, into 70x failure... Cant go heavier because of shoulder pain :(
90x failure, no drop.
4 sets

And that's it for today, needed to get my cardio in so no flat BB bench today.

Cardio-

25mins of cardio.
10mins- Stepper
15mins- Incline walking.

220cals burned (according to the machine).

Still sweating like a crazy man in the AM after my dose of TNT, dripping when doing cardio and weight lol... clearly the thermogenic properties work!!!
As far as composition goes... Looking leaner as it seems to have dropped me some water!

All good so far guys.

Couple of quick arm pics as im at work... This isn't ideal lighting which is actually good... Its more of a 'real' photo.

IMG_6217 (Small).JPG

I think my arms always look so small... Im training them 2-3x a week but to be fair im cutting so I shouldn't be hard on myself.
Sat at 16.5" here.

Looked quite lean this morning which was nice! Obviously its working...

Took 2 AM caps before the gym and headed out.

Todays workout-

Legs & Arms-

Legs-

Squats-

I haven't gone heavy for quite a while now in dead or squats, haven't been focussing on powerlifting reps as much, so today was a shock lol.

10mins of dynamic and static stretching to begin with..

Bar x 20
135x 10
225x 8
315x 2
350x 1
405x 1 (failed) Was very annoyed at myself for this. Ah well, time to get back onto strength training.
315x 6

Leg ext-

110x failure (4 sets)
110x failure, into 50x failure (2 sets).... CRAZY PUMP!

Leg press-

Stack x 5 (2 set)
Half stack x failure (2 sets)
Quarter stack x failure to finish. (1 set)

Lying Ham curls-

110x failure, into 50x failure (4 sets)

SLDL's-

225x 12 (4 sets)

BOUNS: Deadlifts-

225x 5
315 x8
405 x 4
440x 2 (this felt stupidly heavy which was annoying also. Ive pulled 500x2 before.)

Arms-

All supersets, I've been enjoying doing this recently :)

EZ bar curls into Skull crushers-

70x failure curls, into 70x failure (SK) (4 sets)
110x failure curls, into 70x failure (SK) (2 sets)

Hammers curls into Tate press-

45x failure hammers, into 45x failure Tate (4 sets)

My hands were getting sweaty, makes Tate Press stupidly hard.

Reverse Curls into CGBP-

35x failure Reverse, into 135x failure CGBP (3 sets)
35x failure Reverse, into 180x failure (2 sets)

Preacher curls into Dips (machine)-

70x failure curls, into 110x failure dips (I can do the entire stack but love the pump and cont. with the lower weight) (4 sets)

No cardio today as its my cheat meal day, I don't do cardio on these days... Seems pointless :)

Also the sweating was crazy again this morning... haha i love it!

Same story guys, 2 caps last night.. Burning while sleeping :)

2 this AM ready for the gym, thermo doing its thing and making me sweat CRAZY!

Today's workout,
Shoulders & Chest-

So 2 scoops of creatine energy, caffeine in the system... Ready to go!

Shoulders-

Side laterals-

Did a 'run the rack' style today.

Warm up- 20x failure (4 sets)

Run the rack-2 sets

10x 20
15x 15
25x 10
35x 8
45x failure... Then back down.
45x failure
35x failure
25x failure
15x failure
10x failure
5x failure

Rear delt flys-

(Head against pad)

35x failure, into 10x failure (4 sets)

DB front raises-

25x failure (4 sets)

Arnold press-

45x failure (4 sets)

I've gone as high as 70 or AP but I don't feel the burn and contraction as well, so I stick to a moderate weight.

Flat bench-

135x failure. Stop 1" above chest and pause for 2 secs. (4 sets)

DB fly's-

35x failure, into 10x failure (4 sets)
The pump was just stupid from that!!!!

Incline machine press-

110x failure (4 sets)
Pause each rep, top and bottom... SQUEEZEEEE!

Seated Chest press-

110x failure (4 sets) pause at the top and squeeze.

Standing pec dec-

90x failure (4 sets)

Cardio-

20mins of cardio, stepper... 230cals

So that's it for today, overall a decent session. Still can't go heavy with shoulder pressing and bench pressing because of my shoulder.

I'm saving any pics right until the end to show how it did instead of weekly updates :)

Keep you all in suspense! But it's working well ;)

2 caps last night, 2 caps this morning... Really amazed how well this stuff is leaning me out. You can tell from my avi lol

Cant wait to see the final result.

Today was heavy 2 rep squad day...

Lets begin.

I keep my adrenaline and music low key during warmups and moderate weights.

Squats-

Stretching x 5mins
Bar x 10-12
135 x 8-10, 2 paused at the end. (2 sets)
225 x 6-8 (2 sets)
315 x 4-5 (1 set)

Now was time to get pumped, changed the music.. Hood up on my jacket and time to get emotional/angry.. If I go for a 1RM i normally cry lol. I go to a very very dark place.

375x 2... 2nd rep was a real struggle, So much so that I have winged my back :(

Really quite sore, can't tell if muscular or nerve at the moment, it feel a little better when in a bath so I'm guessing Muscle.
Its in my left Erector.

I decided to just hit some lying ham curls and call it a day.

Lying ham curls-

90x failure (5 sets)

No cardio today sadly because of my back.

No gym for the rest of the week either. Ill keep taking my creatine however to keep on top of the dose.

Thanks

35x 6
35x6
27.5x 8
25x 10
15x 12

Standing BB curls into SK- 4sets

75x failure Curls, into 75x failure SK's.

Reverse Curls into CGBP- 4sets

45x failure, into 135x failure (stop 1" from chest each rep)

So thats it for today, nothing crazy but got it done and felt GREAT to be back!!!

So today I really wanted to kill back and chest... However I didn't do deadlifts or anything super heavy just in case... Next session will be heavy dead however :)

2caps last night so woke up feeling great, looking leaner and ready to hit the gym!

Back-

Wide grip pullups-

BWx failure currently hitting around 10-12reps per set.

Seated cable rows-

225x failure (2 handles to allow for a better ROM and contraction) 4 sets
265x failure (same grip and handles, sat on a DB however to raise me up) 2 sets
180x failure (wide grip bar) 3 sets

Lat Pulldowns-

225x failure (Close grip handle) 4 sets

Rope cable standing rows-

Full Stack x failure (4 sets)

Lat Pullovers-

110x failure (4 sets)

Chest-

Flat bench-

135x failure (4 sets)

Flat DB Press-

65x failure (4 sets)
90x 5 (2 sets)... Still testing out my shoulder since the injury...

Flat DB Fly's-

25x failure (4 sets)
45x failure (2 sets)

Incline hammer press-

1 plate each side x failure (4 sets) I feel a little pressure in my shoulder with this so I won't go heavy.

Standing Pec Dec-

90x failure (4 sets)

Ill admit I actually forgot to take my AM dose today... Dammit! obviously going to take my PM dose. Sorry guys.

110x failure into 70x failure

Arms-

Standing BB curls into SK- 4sets

75x failure Curls, into 75x failure SK's.

Standing hammer curls into tate press- 4 sets

45x failure, into 45x failure tate press... You need chalk for this as your hands are already sweaty from hammers, don't want it to land on your face!

Reverse Curls into CGBP- 4sets

45x failure, into 135x failure (stop 1" from chest each rep)

So thats it for today, nothing crazy but got it done and felt GREAT to be back!!!

when i was your age heavy was all i knew, as i get older volume is the name of the game-physique wise i think moderate weight with lots of volume is more productive than just a few reps at max weight, just my opinion.
