Vujades BLR Rebirth Log - its time to get the boyz back!

Ok, i've been chosen to run a sponsored log of Black Lion Research's new Rebirth. I would like to thank
brundel this opportunity, because I believe in BLR products & i am really excited to use this new natural
product as I am not a fan of research chems.

I will be getting blood work done tomorrow morning and should have the results back in a couple days.
Test will show Total Test, Estradiol, LH & FSH. This should give me a good baseline on how shutdown i am
to begin this PCT and i will get blood work done again when PCT is completed. I will post my results in a
couple of days when I get them back.

I plan on giving this a fair and honest review. I feel that this product is definitely something that could be a
game changer for those that don't want to use a Research Chem or Pharma Grade SERM. if Rebirth works
as promised, it could be a game changer..!

I just finished up my cycle today. My cycle was 12 weeks long.

DAY 1 to DAY 80 RESULTS:
718% increase in Total T
193% increase in LH
216% increase in FSH

Overall, I would definitely say that it was a success. You can totally recover, even from something as hard as Trest
using Rebirth. My total T is now higher then when i started. The last time i had my T tested, it was in the low 400's.
Now its in the mid 400's..! Just a reminder, I am 46 and ran a 12 week cycle with 5 anabolic compounds including
Trestolone. Before this 12 weeks, I ran a 6 week cycle of Osta. So basIcally i was on cycle for 18 weeks.

In addition i had previously been diagnosed with low T around 35 and have even been on TRT in the past. So to
be 445 without any anabolic hormones and/or drugs, I am extremely happy..!

Ellagic Acid
Is a plant-derived polyphenol, possessing antioxidant, antiproliferative, and antiatherogenic properties. Whether
this compound has estrogenic/antiestrogenic activity, however, remains largely unknown. To answer this question,
we first investigated the ability of ellagic acid to influence the activity of the estrogen receptor subtypes ERalpha
and ERbeta in HeLa cells. Cells co-transfected with an estrogen response element (ERE)-driven luciferase (Luc)
reporter gene and an ERalpha- or ERbeta-expression vector were exposed to graded concentrations of ellagic acid.
At low concentrations (10(-7) to 10(-9) M), this compound displayed a small but significant estrogenic activity via
ERalpha, whereas it was a complete estrogen antagonist via ERbeta. Further evaluation revealed that ellagic acid
was a potent antiestrogen in MCF-7 breast cancer-derived cells, increasing, like the pure estrogen antagonist ICI182780,
IGFBP-3 levels. Moreover, ellagic acid induced nodule mineralization in an osteoblastic cell line (KS483), an effect that
was abolished by the estrogen antagonist. Endometrium-derived epithelial cells (Ishikawa) showed no response to the
natural compound by using a cell viability assay (MTT). These findings suggest that ellagic acid may be a natural
selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM).

Eucheuma cottoni
The edible red seaweed Eucheuma cottonii is abundantly cultivated for carrageenan production. This study
investigated the effects of dietary E. cottonii polyphenol-rich extract (ECME) on breast cancer. In vitro assays
showed that ECME was antiproliferative against oestrogen-dependent MCF-7 and oestrogen-independent
MB-MDA-231 human breast-cancer cells (IC50 values of 20 and 42 μg/ml, respectively) but was non-toxic
to normal cell lines. The ECME (150 and 300 mg/kg BW) was fed to female rats and, after 4 weeks, rat mammary
tumour was induced using LA7 cells (inoculated subcutaneously). The ECME inhibited tumour development and
erythrocyte lipid peroxidation in the cancer-induced rats, dose-dependently. It showed anti-oestrogenic effects
on the rat estrous cycle and serum hormone levels. Electron microscopy and histopathology observations
confirmed apoptosis in the rat mammary tumours. The polyphenol-rich ECME was tumour-suppressive via
apoptosis induction, downregulating the endogenous oestrogen biosynthesis, and improving antioxidative
status in the rats.

BLR Rebirth Log - Day 1

My cycle is over & today is the 1st day of PCT. Im really looking forward to seeing what Rebirth can do for me, especially
after running something like Trest.

Went to LabCorp this morning @ 6:30am to have my blood work done. i should have my results back in 24-48 hours and
I will post the results online. This should give us a baseline to see where Im starting at. Blood work will show Total Test,
Estradiol, FSH & LH & then in 4 weeks we will compare it to the 4 week blood work to see how well it kick started my HPTA.


Just took the 1st dose of Rebirth, Viron & Folli. So nothing to report yet in regards to effects.

Off to work I go. Have a great day gents..!

Well it was more of a recomp then a bulk. I probably could've packed on 20+lbs easily if i was bulking.
But despite trying to just recomp, I did manage to gain 10 solid lbs. I went from 165 to 175 and leaned
out some around my middle.

Adding the Fury, Stano/EpiAndro & 11 Oxo to the Trest really helped out with the leaning & hardening
effects, my muscles are harder and more dense then they've ever been. i

Things didn't go as planned last night, wasn't able to make it to the gym, but did go hit
30 min of Cardio @ the gym we have here at my complex.

I don't know if I'm just run down, overtrained or if post cycle lethargy is setting in, or maybe
a combination of the 3, but Im definitely feeling sluggish the last couple days. Its going to take
a lot of work to make this post cycle successful. Might have to start taking some stims to keep
my energy up until i start recovering.

Take two days off the gym and get back to it. Could be worn out. What I also do is try to take as many naps as you can.

I've been adding in the extra naps this week. Every day I come home for lunch slam down and protein shake
and then go take a nap. its been helping some.

Keep those calories up too. These overcast winter days have been making me lethargic,
combined with the DST change and not much sleep

I don't really have that problem. Its 82 & sunny right now

Post cycle you will experience lethargy and lack of libido and a drop in strength etc. Its different for everyone but its basically the symptoms of low test and sometimes high estro and prolactin depending on your cycle.
If PCT is successful you should start to feel better in 2-3 weeks and by 4ish you should feel normal.
Just hang in there. PCT pretty much always sucks. Your PCT plan is solid and things should turn over quickly.

I was taking Formestane & L Dopa the entire cycle.

You can bounce back from trest pretty quickly. I would say in a week or two you'll be back to normal.

Try not to pay to much attention to it. It can play mind games too lol

Is there any info out there on non-PCT recovery after a cycle? As in how much LH, FSH and Testosterone recover over time without any intervention?

No worries brother. Yes I couldnt believe how low it was...Trest shuts you done hard..!

I would think if your healthy, you would recover in 3-6 months without PCT.

Yes, you are significantly shutdown. Your TT is crazy low. But, since you LH & FSH are not very suppressed you should bounc3 back pretty quickly.
