Thanks to thebigt for giving me an opportunity to try and log IronChamps HPTA/VOLUME stack.
I received them this past Friday and started using it on Saturday.

Taking them as recommended. I will be dosing HPTA before my workouts between my pre and post workout meals.
Volume I will be doing 3 am and 1 pm and could increase on nights that I get lucky;)

Look forward to next few weeks and seeing how this affects me.

After reading a little more with the HPTA I will be dosing 6 per day on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
Volume I will go with at least 4 per day and as high as 6.

After reading a little more with the HPTA I will be dosing 6 per day on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
Volume I will go with at least 4 per day and as high as 6.
looks good...i like to use 3 volume with my pre before workouts, then another 3 pm....or just all 6 30 minutes before if i have sexual activities planned that night...
volume/hpta is a fantastic stack, i am sure you will enjoy it!!!

i am getting ready to start the ironstack myself after a few weeks off, i am always amazed at how fast i feel effects!!!

Awesome workout with the help of my HPTA/VOLUME stack. Pump was amazing, arms looked bigger than ever.
Also had an amazing night time workout. Stayed long and strong and was very intense.

This is the real deal. And recovery time has greatly increased in the bedroom
this is why i asked the boss to let me pick some loggers for these products, so guys could see that these products are legit!!!

I will increase weight on my first two exercises and drop rest time to 40 seconds on my other 3 exercises. Decided to go with higher rep leg press for my knees and so I don't have to use as much weight especially since I am limited at home with how much I can put on.
Definitely starting to feel it today.

Volume/HTPA stack is in full force right now. Pumps are amazing. Legs were swole up after leg press alone.
Just a light breeze and I am at full mast..lol also libido has been pushed to high gear.

I dosed 3 of each pre workout but only dosed 1 volume before bed cause I knew nothing was happening last night. Going to try to stretch it out by doing this a little more. But I will be stocking up on some in the very near future.

I dosed another 3 volume before bed and boy did it work good. Harder than ever and didn't have any lag time from the first to second time. Stayed ready the whole time. It was a very good night;)

Only dosed 3 of each Volume/HTPA on Friday and Saturday, no workouts and knew no action would be taking place. Between work and long day at the ball park.
I dosed 3 of each before my workout on Sunday and by that night was feeling spunky but no action and starting to feel that build up again after having that great release on Thursday night.

after 2-3 weeks of every day dosing going to a 5/2 protocol works very well for me...not only does it lessen diminishing results, it also makes it last longer!!!

i can run hpta/volume for 2 months take a week off then repeat!!!

thanks mate, i am running a different stack atm and therefore i will need to finish it first, but i was interested in these products since a while and always wanted to try, i will give it a go once ready for sure, unfortunately i am in the UK so i guess i will have to find it here, can't buy in US, customs will charge me a lot :) thanks tho

FINAL REVIEW

First off thanks to thebigt and Iron Champ USA for letting me try and log their HTPA/VOLUME stack.
I have to say this did not disappoint. I started with 3 HTPA before workouts and 3 before bed and 3 Volume before training. Then would take another 1 to 3 volume before bed depending on if I was getting lucky or not. Eventually went to a 5 on 2 off schedule with HTPA to make it last longer and kept Volume at the same dosage.

Definitely noticed a rise in libido from the HTPA and longer, harder and quicker recovery with the Volume.
Pumps in the weight room were also noticeable.
I was eating at maintenance or below while on this but was able to maintain strength and muscle. This stack worked really well after coming off my PCT to keep some hardness while leaning back out.
I plan on using this again in the future as part of my PCT and recovery. I plan on using the Volume by itself as it really helps in the bedroom and recovery time.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a little extra umph in the bedroom especially for us 40 and over. But also good for in the weight room with pumps and strength.

No problem with water retention at all. I have been in the process of leaning out by keeping my diet below maintenance. But while doing this I haven't lost any strength.
I haven't noticed any negative side effects.

bulbine is a natural anti-estrogen, and a nice dose is included in hpta!!!
