This is my first log on anabolic minds and I'm going to be taking:
X-gels- serious nutrition solution (from TGB)
GMS- live long nutrition
Low dose aspirin (does the same as Carnitine)
The training will be a cycled percentage for my main compound lifts and I will do high rep workouts to hit hypertrophy every workout after I've done my all my compound lifts. The cycle percentage will be a 4 week cycle in which i work down to my 1RM and then start the cycle over again. My diet will be high protein, low fat, low carbs. I'll post my workouts on here and I usually do extra lifts after my team lifts. I will be conditioning for the next 3 weeks and then starting spring practice for football. I also took before pictures.

I'm going to post my workouts from today and tomorrow tomorrow so I can look at the sets I did on my card but my first day was pretty good I got a good pump on my leg day even though I had the worst workout. I went very light because of lifting in the morning and my legs were dead from running on Sunday.
Tomorrow I have running at 6am then upper body lift at 230pm so I will be napping all day and kill that workout

First day on them I had a lower body day, went very light, not gunna lie

Squat: 10x135. 6x185. 4x225. 4x250. 4x275
Power clean: 10x135. 8x145. 5x155. 5x 185
Leg extensions: 3x8-130
Glute ham raises: 3x8
Calf raises: 3x10-225
Good mornings: 3x8-95
Upright row: 3x8-95
Neck: 3x8
Lunge: 3x10- 135

It was a bum morning. Squat is usually higher

Next is my upper body day, my chest was very pumped, I also do extra stuff after my team lift

Bench: 10x135. 5x225. 4x245. 3x265. 2x275. 1x300(barley)
Incline bench: 10x135. 8x155. 5x165. 5x185. 5x185(my incline sucks)
DB row: 3x8-100lb
DB side raise: 3x8-20lb
Incline barbell front raise: 3x8-45
Pull-ups: 3x8(didn't get 8)
DB curls: 3x8 each arm- 45s
Dips-3x8 with 45lb plate
Standing Military press: 10x95 10x155 10x135

Extra after team:
Bench with chains: 8x185 7x205 6x225
Peck deck: 3x10-115
EZbar curls: 3x8 with 25s
Decline DB bench: 3x8-90lb

So yesterday I did legs again and pretty much did the same things as my first leg day but I went up to 315 for my last set of 4. It felt light but my running has made me sore as hell.

I have spring break off from football so I will be doing my own lifts for about 9 days my splits will be different. Today might be an off day because of the snow

Were you straining? I get headaches when I squat too heavy.

I'm not doing my team lifts so I'm just doing my own thing. I'll log my next bench day on Thursday. Today I did legs but my head is still killing me. Tomorrow I'm doing a back day with some running

I keep seeing u asking this. Nobody knows, just run it as long as u want and you'll find out if it's ok to go longer.

After my 6am death running and then my 2:30 lift I got 13 on 225 bench test. Feel like I coulda got more if I didn't run in the morning but still ok with it

50 days is the studied safety dose. Beyond that we have no idea what will happen. You may potentially explode. I have gone longer and didnt have issues though
I've done 54 days. After 50 I got majorly suppressed and lost all gains. I shriveled up. Some also say you'll get pregnant.. And die. :kneeslapper:

I've heard that you're joints will melt completely and blaze01 will show up at your house and slang terribly constructed sentences at you about how you didn't follow the labels.
