I would first like to thank P.N for sponsoring this run.Im not looking to get shredded this time around as I did when running epi andro in the past what I'm looking for is to harden up, minimize bf% in this bulk and bring out the vascularity. My bf% is still fairly low due to a very clean bulk.I started this yesterday applied it 3 times, morning, afternoon (before gym) and again before bed.i did a full pump because my body likes epi andro at the 3 to 400 range which is my sweet spot.Other things I'm taking are RagNOrok Elite preworkout, ThermoCore by Dynamic Formulas, protein, creacore and bcaas.im training 5 days a week right now . I'm on a high cal bulk. 4200 cals, high carb, high protein diet. This is what yesterday's back workout looked like

So this morning was weighing in at 206 which is good I'm averaging about 2 lbs a week increase. At this point. This summer I had cut down to 186 so I've definitely put on some good quality gains and have remained relatively lean.So I took a full pump of the andro 300 to start the morning off.I slept great last night too.I had a small breakfast started getting ready to do shoulders today. Took my usual RagNOrok Elite preworkout (which is great btw) and ThermoCore by Dynamic Formulas. I did notice my aggravation level was definitely increased today . which usually happens to me with epi andro. Not usually this quick though. Probably the difference between it being topical as opposed to oral.

So you are doing 3 ML ED then 4 ML

Right on I like that plan! I know for me stano was perfect at 1000mg which is right about where you should be at 3ML

Day 4 weighed in at 208.2.thats a 1.2 gain from last week. Can't say for certain if from the andro but figured I should mention.didnt log for a few days due to weather here and super busy with school and work but gonna update now. .so day 4 woke up feeling great, alot of energy, libido was ridiculous. Felt mildly dehydrated though. Gonna up the water intake. Noticing a definite increase in aggravation. Which is usual for me when running andro.so I know it's kicking in. Besides that everything is going great . sleeping great and my appetite is ridiculous feel like I'm on e.q lol.so did biceps and triceps today.great workout was very focused, energy was awesome

They are one of my absolute favs in hitting the inner head of the tricep.. you don't see ppl do them often either.only thing I say is start relatively light they are awkward and you don't wanna lose grip on that position lol..Def my go too though love em

Great workout man, you are strong! I was especially impressed by CGBP and the 135 x8 curls.

If I do 235, I'll get maybe 3 with a lot of swaying.

Great update, it's annoying when cramps hit during a workout like that.

Man that is the BEST arm workout I have ever seen, and by your avatar you have GREAT arms! When you say preacher bar is that the same as an EZ curl bar? I also want to try those reverse grip skull crushers !

The Andro 300 seems to be treating you well so far. I personally am noticing some of the same things as you
and Ive been on it for 5 days so far.

So yesterday was chest day. .Felt good throughout the day. Definitely dealing with getting aggravated super easy. At times it gets annoying. Besides that though and some minor cramps only sides to mention. Starting to feel really strong and veins are just coming out of everywhere.legs look insanely vascular.one of fav things with epi andro is that crazy vascularity. Still maintaining my daily 4200 cals.diet is really on point this yr. Super clean. So here we go.

Thanks alot Grinnell. Took along time to get there. .A friend of mine wes was who Really reinspired me to get back at it. I had surgery on a torn labrum so I don't go to crazy especially on flat..
