i want to start out by thanking Platinum Nutraceuticals, rocket3015, and grinnell27 for giving me a chance to log this product. i always enjoy trying newer products before alot of information is out there on it, that way i can find out for myself how well it works. i will be posting my plan of attack in and out of the gym in the next posts. thanks again guys im really looking forward to this. also i will trying out some new things as far as trying to post some vidoes of some workouts while running this logs.

yea its not to bad when the boat isnt gone, cause i hit the gym in the morning before work. but when we are out there isnt always a chance we will be pulling in somewhere where i can hit the gym so i made up the body weight plans to use and we also have the adjustable db set i can use also

Ok so first workout with therm x pro.
Bb bent over rows 4x8@ 2 sets with 95lb and 2 sets at 115
Flat bench 2x6 @ 185
Incline bench 2x6@155
Seated db press 4x6@ 45,50
Bb skull crushers 4x8@55 way to lite will go heavier next time
DB curls 7x7 running the rack with 15 sec rest between each set.
Product notes
Took on a empty stomach to see how the cayenne would be. I usually get the burning feeling up my throat with this stuff on a empty stomach but I didn't this morning. I was burping up raspberry like with raspberry ketones but that's not on the label so not sure what causing that but that's nothing. I did have increased sweating and a good focus going. Could be just a placebo effect but i.will keep noting on that. Over all a great first workout with the product and new program

Thanks Yea my goal weight is 205 to 210 and with this run I hoping to be at or around 225.

I have noticed that it is really clean. No jitters or crash. I feel that I am focused when in the gym and with stuff outside the gym.

Quite a big amount of caffeine (200mg) so suppose it depends on your bed time... If you go to sleep at 2am you'll be fine :)

Caffeine usually will not Effect my sleep. I can drink a cup of coffee in bed roll over and go to sleep.

Just like me, I reckon you would be fine with sleep as long as it's taken about 4hours before.

Nice to not use a Bb sometimes. Looks a good session, bet there was a decent pump going on too, especially at 20reps for chest.

Might try that, just go super light with it.

Yea I have issues with my back also so heavy squats and Deads are hit and miss but when everything feels good I take advantage of it and go heavy

Shoulders and arms hypertrophy
Machine shoulder press 4x10@100
DB Lat raises 3x12@20
Snatch grip upright rows 3x12@75
DB shrugs 3x15@60 nice and slow
Cable curls 3x12@80 this was lite so will increase next week
Incline prone ez bar curls 3x12@60 these felt nice
Hammer curls 3x10@30
Cable press down 3x12@130
DB overhead ext 3x12@55 will increase next week
Cg grip bench 3x10@135
Cardio
Did 25 yd trap bar farmers walks between each set on the last 5 excersize so it was a total of 15 sets of 25 yds. Forearms are toasted.

Dosed a second therm x yesterday and got a nice little kick of energy and still didn't have jitters or crash later so that was awesome

Great workout and glad to see no jitters or crash with a 2nd dose!

CGBP & Incline EZ bar curls are great! I love them.
