machine close grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 8,8,8

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 8,8,8

wide grip bar cable machine seated rows: first time doing these ass on floor lol. Our gym doesn't have an actualy row machine like the normal ones. 235 lbs x 15, 280 lbs x 12,10

close grip cable machine rows: 280 lbs x 12,10,8

Oh yeah and two sets of deadlifts with my friends that were doing them. I did 275 lbs x 5 and 316 for 4 reps.

I will say this you have to dang sure keep up with the dosing lol. Taste wise well I can say this it's not bad like liver lol but it's not tequila either. It's not bad just has a lil twang to it. But I love twang!! Hit up chest today. To early to tell things yet.

Chest:

incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 8, 255 lbs x 5 300 lbs x 3

cable flyes: 50 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10

db lying flyes: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

not sure what to call these but seen people do them. We tried them today. Taking the t bar standing up and pressing up and down to chest: I damn sure felt it.

T bar standing pushes: 45 lbs x 30 90 lbs x 20 135 lbs x10

Dosing can be a little challenging until you work it into your daily routine! Some strong inclines!!!

I love to train chest. Just wish i could still do good numbers on flat barbell. I don't know why my chest is built like that but inclines don't hurt. I want to get my biceps and shoulders stronger. Last night we hit up biceps! Did 25 min treadmill first for 1.33 miles

Biceps:

sup db hammer curls drop set sets for 2 sets: 55 lbs x 8 45 lb x 6 35 lbs x 8 25 lbs x 8, 15 lb x 16

1 set of ez bar curl drop sets: using total of 60 lbs incl bar. we took 18 2.5 lb plates and 2 5 lb plates. Loaded the bar up til the end. Hitting 8 reps then taking 2 plates off til the bar total of 80 reps !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my arms hate me know

preacher bench cable curls: 50 lbs x 10,10 60 lbs x 10

spider db curls: 35 lbs x 10,10

concentration curls: 20 lbs x 10,10,10

Shoulders:

seated db presses: 50 lbs x 10,10,8

lat machine pull downs: 150 lbs x 10,10 120 lbs x 12

seated smith machine front press super set with behind neck military presses: 135 lbs x 8, 8, 8 both 8 reps on each exercise

machine cable side lateral raises: 20 lbs x 10, 30 lbs x 10,10

db front raises: 20 lbs x 8,8,8

db shrugs: 70 lbs x 8,8,8 110 lbs x 4

machine chest press shoulder shrugs: 180 lbs x 10,10, 270 lbs x 8

Wasn't feeling best today. In terms of energy then on top my top right upper chest and shoulder felt like it was going to come out of my skin. I was dealing with it for 4 days. I think from over doing it on skull crushers. But it is not to bad I can't push through. Hit up chest but was super packed so couldn't do my normal inclines. SO did flat bench at my house after wards. Did 1.5 mile cardio on treadmill then lifts

Chest:

flat bench db : 50 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10,10

peck deck: 150 lbs x 10,10,10

standing barbell chest press: 50 lbs x 15, 100 lbs x 15, 10

flat barbell bench: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 4

Hit up gym tonight. Had cardio warm up 15 minutes. Then bicepsl Were going to lighter weight for couple weeks then maybe 5 x 5's

Biceps:

seated incline bench db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,10

Haha, and yes Kat feeling stronger on some lifts. I went yesterday to do cardio and sauna. One of our friends needed spot on db incline press with the 60's. We spotted him then my friend was like I got to try it. lol I was like hmmm 60's I went and grab the 85's and did a set of 10 reps. Cardio 1.42 miles treadmill.

Today hit up 10 min warm up treadmill then biceps. My arms are hurting so badly. Lethargic as all get out.

Biceps:

ez bar curls drop sets of 2 sets. First set with 6 5lb plates on both sides doing 8 reps each all the way down to bar to failure then next set 7 5lb plates on each side with 2.5 lbs on each as well. These sob's hurt

zotterman curls: 20 lbs x 8,8,8

machine preacher curls; both hands 70 lbs x 10, 10, 60 lbs x 10

machine preacher curls single hand: 40 lbs x 12, 30 lbs x 10, 20 lbs x 15
