So I am starting my unsponsored log of anafuse in hopes that ill get sponsored for another product (or even an extended run!!) I am aiming for a 8 week recomp/bulk cycle of anafuse with some kind of AI, atm ive got e-control rx 2.

I am 23 years old, coming off a 3 month break (due to stress, holidays, christmas etc) put on a bit of fat and lost a lot of strength

Weight-90kgs
Bodyfat- 16%

Im going to set my goals a little different then normal, rather than what i want from this cycle alone i will show my goals for the next 2-3 months

Goal weight -91-95kg (depending on if i put on size or lose bodyfat etc, I'll be happy staying in that range, but we will see what happens)
Calorie consumption will be around 3,500
Bodyfat % goal- 12-13% ill be happy with

Training will be 4-6 days a week and training arms 2 times a week trying to gain significant size, but also wanting to increase my deadlift by atleast 20kgs

Back, biceps, triceps
Chest, rear delts
Quads
Shoulders
Hamstrings, triceps, biceps
Off

day 1- Keep in mind this is my first proper workout back in 3months, strength and endurance is not there haha
Deadlift-2x10 @ 60kg (warm ups)
3x2 @ 120kg (power)
8x3 @ 90kgs (speed)

Rack Pull-3x2 @ 100kg

Barbell Row-3x8 @ 60kg (slow and squeezy haha)

Trx Bodyweight row-3x15

Lat pulldown- 4x10 @ 55kg

Barbell Curl- 3x20/15/12 (just a bar, arms were feeling heavy)

Plate Curl-3x12 @ 20kgs

Tricep Rope Pushdown- 3x20 @ 5(plate number)

Tricep dip-2x30/20

Was a really good first workout back, was really tired by the end, took about 1.5 hours to do. Diet has been pretty good today, bring on the next 30(hopefully 60 days ;) of anafuse)

3x6 @ 70kgs

Ring Dips(Chest) 3x10 @ bw

Incline Bench Press Hammer Strength Machine- 2x12 @ 40kgs
2x10 @ 50kgs
2x3 @ 80kgs
1x2 @ 85kgs

Cable Crossover- 3x12 @ 7.5 (was the number on the plate, def more than 7.5 kgs)

KB flye on swissball- 3x12 @ 8kg in each arm

DB bent over flye- 3x12 @ 4kgs

my chest is pretty weak atm due to torn rotator cuff injury, but felt ok at the end!

my shoulder is knackered too, I've switched to close grip bench and there's no pain now, just a case of working my way up to 140kg lol

Also I shake like a ****t*ng dog trying to do anything on rings lol
haha i was shaking sooo much, but it really smashed my inner chest, ill give it close grip a try. already feeling more alpha on anafuse, but could be to do with just being consistent

day 3-

Jump squats onto box (dont know the height it was around 60cms high) 3x10

Leg Press- 1x15 @ 40kgs
3x15 @ 60kgs

Double KB front Squat (ass to grass) 3x12 @10e/s (focused on squeezing the muscles and controlling the body, dat burn)

leg extension- 3x15 @ 35kg

calf raise machine- 1x20 @ 85kg (went bit of board to start)
2x20 @ 55kg

went for a swim after, strength will slowly come back taking this week pretty easy wont to get some volume in!

Will weigh in on sunday, but i know im up in weight already and feel as though tightening has begun, probs placebo seeing its only been 3 days, but i did start training properly again last week body could be just responding well

Day 4- had a rest day today, really weird. Felt pretty drained today

I have to admit... I have one rest day a week normally and its on a Sunday.
I should rest more but my physique is changing well and I enjoy training... Hasn't hurt me so far, BUT when I have had the rare occasion of having a week off, I come back stronger for sure.

look i planned on having a rest day, nekminute my mate calls me up and says lets train shoulders, so i did haha

day 4- continued

Barbell Shoulder press-4x15 @ bar(warm up)

single arm cable raise-3x12 @ 15

Band Lateral raise-3x20

rear delt machine-3x15 @ 30

Face pull-3x15 @ 20 SS with band pull aparts 3x30

Rope Sit Up-3x20 @ 45

Just a light shoulders workout felt good though!

Nice man. I often do a workout with a lighter weight just for a pump and contraction based session.

Nice to change it up.

Still a bit tired so did couple of hammy exercises and light cardio

Kb Stiff Leg deadlift-2x12@ 20kg
2x12@ 36kg

Seated leg curl 3x20@ 35

Rowing machine 2x500m

Kickboxing-10 minutes

I am feeling tighter already, can't wait for Monday to try and beat my deadlift on

ive got some ostashred coming, now im looking for maximum results and efficiency from my cycles, would it be better to;
A- buy another anafuse do a 8 week cycle then do the 8 weeks of osta and do pct
B- do 4 weeks of anafuse then go straight into osta and use another 4 weeks of anafuse after the 8 weeks ostashred for pct

Run both together for 8 weeks. Then run a PCT, anafuse can be stacked with ostarine without any issues, should work well together.

Make sure your PCT is decent so you can recover quickly as possible and keep those hard earned gains.

probs will get another bottle of anafuse haha

That would be fine, personally I'd wait (I know it's hard lol) and run them both together for best effects.

Be a nice little cycle that way.

PCT looks good too.

day 6- Hiit
started with 10 minutes on the stepper alternated between 1 step at a time to 2 steps (longer strides)

battle ropes- 4x30 slams

Medicine ball single arm through to burpee- 4x10 @ 8kg med ball (this was brutal)

20 minute swim with high knee intervals

was wrecked at the end of the workout, im starting to notice the body is tidying up a litttle bit! will weigh in tomoz

The odd time I throw something lol this into my workout I feel destroyed. It's Such hard work.

yeah man im really unfit at the moment, i was sweating sooo much with med ball through/burpees really good fun tho, would help with my explosiveness im thinking... i want to workout tomoz, but ill probs just go for a walk and do some abs at home

rest days are defo important but to be fair I have normally only 1 a week when I should have more.

I bought some bulk zma, not sure if it's underdosed 1 serving size includes
Magnesium asparate 916mg
Zinc mono 66mg
B6 18mg

Should I double dose or is it ok, using it for sleep and recovery

Weighed in today 91.2kgs, bf% roughly the same or less, feeling good I'm going to push myself hard tomoz with my deads. Can't wait for the next 3 week's or possibly 7 more ?

That dose of ZMA is fine man, in fact it's higher than normal doses. So just stick to 1.

Good to see your body fat hasn't got higher

day 8- did a session with a PT, learnt more about stretching tight muscles and how to strengthen certain relevant muscles. Did a few 20kg kb swings, reverse wood chops and single leg deadlifts focused on explosiveness. after that i did some chest, nothing special or even worth writing down haha... overall was an ok workout, more about learning

so my ostashred came in today (really fast!) so ill probs start that at the end of the anafuse 4 week run, would have liked to do an 8 week run to see what it can do, but probably wont have the money to spare, going to the gym now to smash a back workout

Lat pull down- 4x12 @ 20(e/s)

Lean in machine row-3x10/8/8 @ 80kg

did this workout really late at night after a really hot day, so i was pretty wrecked... got a good pump doing the deads though

day 10- was ridiculously hot and ****ty today, had very ltitle energy to go to the gym so i did a workout at home
Lunges- 5x12e/s
DB squat-4x10 @ 12kgs (slow down and explosive squeeze up)
leg extension 4x12 @ 50kg ( i have a mchine down stairs)
KB swing 3x20 @ 20kg
reverse woodchop 3x12 @ 20kg

going to smash shoulders tomoz, still feeling muscles tightening

Hey man, missed a few of your posts in here. Sorry about that, keep up the good work.

As far as ostashred goes, yeah start it when it arrives. That way after anafuse is finished you can just run the ostashred standalone.

You've got your PCT sorted so that's great.
Should see some decent results.

Great to see your getting on well with this!

As far as dosing, it has a half like of 24hours so it doesn't matter. I'd just dose 2 in the morning personally.

today i did 1x3 140kg then 1x1 150kg weeeeeeeee

Hey I'm new to this website but im looking for reviews on anafuse because I'm looking to get some soon, anyways I saw that you noted that your going to take a pct with your anafuse . On many sites I've seen that you don't need to take a pct with anafuse . Do you think it is necessary or no?

Yea I'm liking it so far seems to be helping with recovery and strength has definitely gone up, would like to do 8weeks, but not enough money haha

He's taking PCT for ostashred not anafuse.

Anafuse is fine by itself.

I am still alive, haha sorry i moved house and just completely forgot about updating and stuff. At the moment I am 1 kg up, but this is solid pure muscle and my fat has gone down soooo much, as a recomp agent this stuff is amazing... for strength on all lifts ive gone up from 10-20kgs... will start logging workouts again on monday, ive got like 3-5 weeks left i think will have to check the bottle
