Good morning AM I'm back with a new company promotional product from Dynamic. I will be logging their new fat burner Thermocore for the next month. This will be done in conjunction to strength training and some hiit. Diet will be clean bulk.

Expectations will be increase in energy, increase in fat loss, and more definition after my 8 month bulking process.

Current stats:
22 yrs old
186lbs fasted
14% bf

Dosages will be 2 caps a day for 4 weeks Additional sups include multivitamins, fish oil, hawthorn berry, joint support, garcinia, and white kidney bean extract.

In week 3 I will also add the addition of 400mg 7-Keto dhea. This will be done through week 3-7 for body composition.

Lookin forwardo a great log as the Thermocore product looks really promising.

On day three now

I can say this product is pretty impressive. Blood pressure is raised, increased temperature, increased energy, no crash.

I have taken my fair share of burners in the past. Super hd, hydroxycut, animal cuts, free form staks, ect. But I really like this one.

The products enhance my mood, the focus and energy is great, and just from how much hungrier I get I know I'm incinerating those cals.

I'm carb cycling this run. Hitting right around 75 carbs total 3 days, and about 300 on refeeds.

No change in weight obviously on the third day, but the water shedding has begun for sure .

Will keep you updated

Day 5

Upped dosages to 3 caps a day after assessment and in glad I did. Taking dosages at 7am, 1 pm, and 7 pm.
Hoping not too much energy too close to bed but I usually sleep around 11-12. Should be fine. Have zma on hand for relaxation and some herbals if insomnia comes up.

Great workout with increased energy. Def want to stay hydrated though for elevated heart rate.

I'd say the energy is comparable to hydroxycut but more thermogenic. Sweat a lot more On this and hungrier.

End of week 1

Had a junky workout tonight. Think I was dehydrated. Diet was crap today (had a egg roll and some crab Rangoon with my lunch and the fried foods really weighed me down after not having any for a few weeks)
As far as the product goes, things are still looking up. Even at 3 caps ED my body is still running hot. Don't see it leveling off like I'v experienced with some burners
I'd compare this closely to hydroxycut as far as thermo. Less water retention. Less jitters.

Not seeing much as far as physical differences, but hey it's only been a week on the product and a week of cal deficiency. I'll give it some time

Did about 4 miles elliptical at 150hr and a good good mile cool down on the bike.
600cals down, and carb feeding has begun for the day!

Went trail walking with the wife when I got home from Tulsa.

No gym today, just didn't make it. Went to go get my new tattoos estimated for costs. Need to save back some of my ph money...

Loving the run. Ostashred comes in the mail tomorrow. Can't wait to add that in afterwards

Day 7 finishing up week 2

Weight is down from 172 to 170, but only minimal loss of any muscle. Most definition is still there. Some of it is def from decreased glycogen storages from carb cycling.

No insomnia issues this week. I can feel the effects a lot more with proper water intake so keep that in mind. It'll dry you out.

Monday hit chest for a good while
Decline dumbbell press 60/65/70 to failure
Incline fly 40/35/30 failure
Incline press 145 x 10 x 3
Dips, 3 sets to failure
Standard flys 3x10 @ 35
Cable pull downs 3x15 @ 60each

Killer. Did bench press burn outs 3 sets to finish out. Barely repped out 15 with 95 I was so sore. Killer.

Tuesday was abs and cardio. Standard ab circuit and ran 2.5 miles on tredmil at 7.5 plus 1/2mils sprint and 2 miles on elliptical

Today will be back day. Updates to come

Day 25 - mid week 4 recap - few more days of thermo core. Been a decent run. Def tapers at the end. Less potent to me. Just body gets used to it. Water shedding is still pretty solid. Cut up pretty good for 4 weeks. More arm and leg definition. Slight abdominal cutting. I'll be cutting for 12-14 weeks total so this was a good kick off for sure.

Had a decent workout yesterday with the wife. Friday ended up being a rest day due to ice. Took us 2 hours to get home on a drive that normally takes us 30min. Missouri hills and ice are unforgiving.

Saturday hit some good chest. Mostly heavy lifts/low reps with the guys. Always trying to one up each other

Circuit with the lady

Decline sit ups (20)
Squats (BW) (20)
Curls / 30/30/35 x 10
Side raises 15/15/20 x 10
Shoulder / arm extension thingys... 15s for 15 circle motions. Not going into detail on those. They were good but idk how to explain them
Triceps overhead extension 60/65/75 x 10
Cable fly 60/70/70 x 10
Lady - lunges
Me - Incline Bench 165 x 10

3 circuits - no rest period

By this point I was BSing and lifting heavy junk with the guys and she was ready to head out.

Sunday was mute. Sucked. Zero energy haha

Deads
145 x 10
235 x 10
235 x 10

Calf raises
275 x 20
275 x 20

Smith Machine Leg Press Wide Stance

285 x 10
335 x 10
335 x 7

Squats
145 x 10
145 x 10
(Pulled something in the groin in those smith presses, went light and started to feel some strain so I stopped here)

Incline bench cause I can
205 x 5
205 x 5
235 x 1 PR

Last day

Well I had a good run with thermocore. I give it a 7/10 in general effectiveness compared to substances Iv run.

Energy - 7/10
Was really good as it started, but diminished as time went on. I began to become used to it.
Fat Loss effects - 5/10
Saw some trimming down. Kept a clean diet. Saw some good results for a 4 week run. More than Super HD by Cellucore, Less than hydroxycut
Water shedding 9/10
I liked this effect of the product a lot. I had a lot of water loss which contributed to the weight loss. This effect was consistent the whole way through
Raised metabolic rate - 6/10
I used a calorie burning monitor and app to see a raised metabolism. Workouts were consistent with added cardio. I did see a slight raise in calorie burn rate while on the product compared to before taking it. But this also diminished with time on the product. But this isn't necessarily due to the product. But could be.

Will post after pictures in the morning when rested and fasted.

Thank you to the folks at dynamic labs for the opportunity to try this product. I though it was pretty solid and would be a great addition to a stack.
