Oh yeah, its going to be a hell of a 50 day run

38 years old 5' 11" 207lbs.

Been lifting since I am roughly 11 years old. I do 7 days a week of fasted cardio at 350 am and lift 6 days a week.

Monday-Legs/Bis
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wednesday- off
Thursday- chest
Friday- Legs/Bis
Saturday- Back/Shoulders
Sunday- chest, tris

Very excited to see how 3 Kings has improved over the years, and to see any differences from the older JP8 to the newest version. I will say I opened the JP8X Hardcore, and it smells good. I know from experience that previous versions were tough to handle. I am really pumped to see the improvements.

Subbed.Curious on the taste of JP8X Hardcore.
Subbed, and he as well as anyone else should be shocked being old JP8x Hardcore was sitting at a -10 out of 10.
Personally I put this one at 8.7 out of 10. The regular JP8x tho is 10 out of 10. Hardcore has more herbs, etc.

Yeah same formula for reg JP8x, JP8x Hardcore is some what stronger. But I swear you can drink JP8x on ice all summer.
Total 360. If I put this much into flavoring back when I was like "fck flavoring, use it because it works" GET DIESEL would
be a vary large company by now. Not to hijack, but even if you look at the reviews at NP, everyone was like "I love this stuff...
taste like dirt and vitamins." Anyway new era now.

Quick update: using JP8x now. Taste is vastly improved. Actually taste like a fruit punch and better yet, the affects are within 10 mins. VERY powerful

Keep updated on how Diesel Pro Cycle treats you. In terms of strength, libido, erection strength, acne, etc, anything you can attritube to it. Chuck very kindly sent me 2 bottles to log (half sponsored), so will be on it as soon as it arrives

Just finished my chest workout....here is the rundown

By the time I finished my pre w/o cardio, the JP8X Hardcore was very pronounced. My energy and focus were definitely on target. I took 2 DTH taps as directed for the 3 Kings. Here is a link to the directions:

Cardio- 40 minutes 12% incline 3.7-4.0 mph
Sweat was good and energy was peaked

Chest:
Incline BP- 5 sets @ 225lbs 5 reps per 4 other total sets @ 135, 185 & 205
Flat BP- 3 sets @ 275lbs 3 reps per
Incline DB super set- 55lbs flys and press sets of 12 per exercise

Had a little more time to workout than anticipated so got to throw in some JM press for triceps
5 sets @ 185lbs to failure

Nothing unexpected to note. I got home quite late last night, had a late board meeting for work. I was concerned about my energy level when thinking about the workout in advance, but I was definitely pumped and ready to go

Back tomorrow for shoulders/back (my favorite day)

As an aside, that Minnie Mouse cup in the pic is not mine :)

35 minutes of pre w/o cardio 12% incline 3.8-4.0mph

Shoulders:
Seated Press (8 sets) 3 sets @ 185lbs 5-7 reps
DB lateral raises super set (5 sets) side & rear laterals 30lbs to failure

Back:
Banded Reverse Hypers (4 sets) sets of 12
Wide Chins (5 sets) BW sets of 10-12
BB Rows (4 sets) 2 sets @ 185lbs 7 reps
Meadow Rows (5 sets) 2 25's sets of 10

OVerall good workout. Energy was excellent as well. 1 thing to note, as I drink JP8x Hardcore, I do have to mix after each sip, just to make sure that it all stays.

I cannot stress enough how improved the flavor is. This is a good tasting drink with fairly immediate impacts.

GHR (6 sets) superset with a 25lbs plate and bw to failure

1 arm preacher (4 sets) 45lbs sets of 8

Great pump for sure, felt great, and right now my legs are jello

Here is my rundown

45 mins treadmill 3.8-4.2mph 12%

Chest:
Flat BP (8 sets) 2 sets @ 315lbs 2 reps per
Incline BP (6 sets) 3 sets @ 225lbs 5 reps per

Tris:
JM Press (5 sets) sets @ 205
1arm db ext (5 sets) 35lbs sets of 12
Weighted bench dips (4 sets) 35lbs to failure

Overall, felt great. Tried 2 scoops of JP8XH and it might be too much. Going to cut back tomorrow to 1.5

I am in on this one and let me say I've ALWAYS been a huge fan of JP8X HARDCORE with the bad taste and everything
which honestly I could care less about but this new flavored version is DEFINITELY IMPROVED and there won't be any
complaints about this one. Yo this stack you got going on in hear looks crazy!!!:eek: Looking forward to seeing how it

1.5 seems to be my sweet spot. He 2 scoops was way too much.

I believe this is day 5. Weights are normal to high for me. Looking forward to when they really bump up.

Great sweat, and was rearing to go

Weighted GHR (4 sets) 25lbs <left knee twinged alittle, so I called it off>

Bis:
BB Curls (5 sets) 2 sets @ 135lbs 5 reps per
Seated incline curls (5 sets) 50lbs sets of 8

Pump was excellent, as was my energy and focus.

Havent done curls at 135 in a very long time, so I was very excited to do that again

Tomorrow is a cardio only day, so wont be too much to update.

Wanted to focus a little more on the lifting portion today as opposed to the cardio, so here is what today became

Cardio

Chest
Incline BP (7 sets) 4 sets @ 225lbs sets of 7,7,5,5
Incline DB super set (4 sets) 55lbs flys/press to failure each

Tris
JM Press (9 sets) sets @ 205 & 225lbs typically between 5-7
CG BP (4 sets) sets @ 225lbs to failure

Strength was good, sweat was decent, and focus was awesome!!!

Will provide a weight breakdown on Saturday to see if there are any other changes of note.

Legs yesterday was unimpressive. Calf was slightly tweeked, so it altered my approach. I focused more on arms.

Tris:

DB superset tri ext (5 sets) 75lbs & 55lbs

Overall solid workout, strength is good and slowly and steadily increasing. BW is 205lbs .

My focus and intensity is getting better throughout each workout.

Tomorrow will be back and shoulders with a focus on back.

was able to get out of work a little early since I have to go back tonight for a meeting. So I had an impromptu workout :woohoo: Did not have the time for cardio but was able to scorch legs and bis

Legs:
High Rep box squats (8 sets) sets up to 225lbs all sets over 10 reps <pure jello legs>
GHR (4 sets) bw to failure <had no leg strength at all

Bis
Standing alternating curls (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 12
Seated incline curls (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 10
1arm preacher curls (4 sets) 45lbs sets of 8

Now its time to eat. My vascularity and endurance were off the chart considering I was up running at 4am and worked a full day :)

lol. Every day at home. Ended up buying a full power rack and 600lbs of free weights. Also bought a safety squat bar and a GHR

Lol. Been several years as an admin and while the pay is vastly superior the nonsense is ridiculous and time consuming. Not gonna lie, I do miss the classroom at times.

Had a nice solid chest workout today. Didnt both to work on tris due to time constraints.

Chest:

Flat BP 4 sets 3 sets @ 295lbs 4,3,3 reps respective
Flat DB flys/press superset 4 sets 70lbs to failure

Awesome pump, strength was great considering the time of day. Will be hitting a heavier day for shoulders tomorrow. Really starting to see some strength increases

Focused on cardio this am, and since I should be back relatively early from work, decided to lift this afternoon with a little more energy.

Couple of things of note over the last few days.
1. Slight back twinge doing shoulders yesterday, nothing of any concern, but definitely noticeable
2. Strength is definitely increasing. Was able to do a seated press @ 205lbs for 2 sets of 2 per
3. Appetite is through the roof. Not sure how good that is, but it is very noticeable.

Incline BP (8 sets) 2 sets @ 255lbs 8 reps per :woohoo: strength definitely up
Incline fly/db press superset (4 sets) 55lbs to failure
CG BP (6 sets) sets @ 225lbs for sets of 7
Weighted bench dips (5 sets) 35lbs to failure

Strength is definitely showing noticeable signs of increase. Also had a rare mid day weigh in.....amazingly I was 202 after eating and being fully dressed.
